LG HBS-900defective product and terrible customer service

Ordered Bluetooth LG 900 headset from on 14 Dec and received defective product (right ear bud did not work) on 22 Dec. Requested RMA number on 23 Dec, to return, and only after two emails did I receive RMA # ex24927 on 29 Dec. I shipped defective product via USPS on approx 30 Dec and USPS showed it arriving on 2 Jan. On 11 Jan, queried if esurebuy had received my RMA shipment and only after two more emails did i finally receive the following response "replacement shipped via usps. your tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX6255." That was it! Well my replacement product was not shipped as stated, as my tracking number remained a shipping label "only" until 30 Jan when apparently something was finally shipped. No notification of back order or anything. Received what I thought was a replacement product on 2 Feb and discovered what was apparently the exact same defective headset (right ear bud still not working) I had ordered and received in the first place!!! The battery had a near full charge just as I had returned it. It surely was not new as advertised.
