LG Electronics lg tv

I have lg 55 inch I bought it about 6 years ago and last week the screen was going off in stand by mode
So I call lg in kuwait to fix it but I was very sorry to know that it will cast 480 kd to fix it? When I buy it it cast me 450 kd! The service man who check my tv at home before he take it to lg workshop told me it's going to cast about 75 kd!?
All my household goods are lg brand.. Now I feel bad about lg even that like it... How fixing the tv is much more expensive than the tv itself?

LG Electronics inverter a/c

Low cooling after servicing by an authorized LG Provider.
It has been 2 weeks and no one calls us. You're customer service in the Philippine is the WORST..
I call up you're service provider and emailed customer service. All they do is commit. But no one came to check the unit.
Please help us resolve this issue. I have waited too long to have this fixed.

LG Electronics air conditioner technical problem and lg services

Dear Madam/Sir,
This is R. Namazi from Iran.
About 10 days ago, I chose LG between many brands in Iran and I purchased an Air conditioner (NT247SK3 - made in Korea) from LG Representative in Iran (Goldiran). The air conditioner was installed by two experts from Goldiran and when the installation was complete and they wanted to test it, they encountered a technical problem in the internal panel and they stopped the testing process and they reported the malfunction to Goldiran.

Since no one called me afterwards, I've been following up the issue the whole Iranian week and I haven't received a clear answer yet. They only say that they are evaluating the problem.

It is clear that the internal panel must be replaced but I don't know what LG is waiting for!

Maybe this panel has been missed from the quality control process and it may have some other problems.

This can damage LG reputation in Iran and I hope you can ask your Iranian representative to replace the air conditioner ASAP.

For your information, it seems that my file/data is saved in Goldiran system with my cellphone number which is [protected].

LG Electronics 250 ltr double door fridge

With reference to complaint no rnp [protected]

Sir I mr nitipal sisodiya with immense regret to become lg customer and decided to bad publicite your product

I brought frdige and washing machine 10 months back and fridge got dumped due to compressor got fail in just 10 months.

I registered for service your service team is making fool to my wife from last three days also not replying and if we call them giving us flase commitment not only that

They are enjoying abusing if asked about whats problem in

So either we are our self feel very nonsense to choose your product

As I am feel very unfortunate to have lg product in my home you people are not selling bad product as well as you people enjoyed to ushamed your customer by using bad words, false commitment

I am very disappointed to become your customer and asked and suggest as much as can possible for me publicaly not to choose lg products as your product quality is third class within a year your fridge got dumped as garbage which is having warranty of 10 years

Also you you split shower of abuse word on your customer those already have in frustrated buying your trusted prducts

I will take very serious action against this in coming time and will take it very long

LG Electronics customer service for mobile phones.

One of your representatives had me holding for a total of 23:43 minutes. Telling me or lying to me the entire time. There was no supervisor ever called to my line. Shame on you to treat a blind person like that. I will go on every social media and tell them how your company disgraced a disabled person. You should better train your staff for manners and professionalism.

LG Electronics g5 cell phone

My wife and i both purchased the G5 almost 2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since we bought them. But since we had a contract there was no way out for us. My phone constantly freezes and gets hot. My wife's sends the same text over and over. I have always been a fan of Lg products but this is a huge disappointment for us. Our contract is almost up and we will decide which phone to buy. After the experience with these phones it would take a lot of consideration to purchase another Lg product.

LG Electronics lg french door fridge

Purchased on 12/12/14. Six repairs for lack of cooling. Even after repair freezer doesnt work ice cream soft serve. They replaced control board twice. I have lost hundreds in food plus eating out because u have no place to keep food. Additionally multiple service calls require missing work. Within the first two months the fridge quit working Its a lemon and now fighting with Warner Stellian in Apple Valley Mn to replace while still under warranty. Once again I am without a fridge and service didnt return my call.

LG Electronics french door refrigerator

LG french door refrigerator purchased 7/9/17 refrigerator arrived and within 24 hours FROZE EVERTHYING IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Hours and hours on the phone trying to get help.
2 weeks with no refrigerator. The replacement worked wonderfully...until 2months in. f]Frost buildup occurred on front gasket of both freezer drawers. Hours on the phone.
Local appliance center was sent. Tech told me they had ALREADY RECEIVED AN EMAIL regarding this problem. he fixed it. Eventually the bottom freezer drawer stopped automatically closing. And the FROST IS BACK on the bottom. 2 weeks ago LG promised tech was contacted. 2weeks and 2 phone calls later they are trying to tell me why there might be frost build up again. Can I sue LG for lost work time...hours on the phone.. Frustrated. Product not quality. Class action suit wouldn't be wrong.

LG Electronics lg v20

I bought an LG V20 a year back just after using it for 6 month the product start getting heated up so badly you can't hold it with your hand or keep it in the pocket I went to LG service center 4 to 5 times every time and they tried to give me a work around just tied to complete the warranty period now I still have the same issue . I just spent 41500 RS to buy the product and found it good for nothing . I wasted my hard earn money .
the customer service & support staff, technicians all of them are same just not listing to any issues of the customer . If it will go like that LG has no future in INDIA.
Very Very dissatisfied with the LG. Please any one who reads that comment I would request them not to buy any LG product specially LG Smart phones in INDIA.

LG Electronics uhd 4k tv, slow respond from technical support

Purchased on 16th December 2016
Recently the color turn into blue and red.
Call the customer service 1800822822 on 6th June 2018, waited till today 11th June 2018 still haven't received any call from the technical support group.
Have been calling the customer service since 7th June, but received the same standard answer - the tachnician will call me in 3 working days.
Fell frustrated and dissappoited with your tachnical support group, don't they even have the courtesy and responsibility just to inform you the appointment date? I hope this will not be my last purchase for LG product

LG Electronics terrible disgusting service

Being a loyal customer to LG for over a decade recently I have received most disgusting, terrible customer service through Phillipines based call centre and the best part they promise everything but they give a damn about customers, put customers like myself on hold for 30-45 minutes . Case manager like Nate and call centre reps like Monika Jenna Steve are ruining the LGs image and goodwill . Nate assured me to sort out my problem, never heard from him again, tried speaking to him but he refused to come on line . Steve was also one of the rude call centre operative who wasn't listening to me at all. Monika assured to provide support which initially she did, called me back once then never heard from her . I have been through hell dealing with this call centre. I spoke to another person two days ago who assured me that the case manager will call back with in 24-48 hours, which never happened . I called back again and spoke to Jenna today she firstly tried to put case manager on the phone keeping me on hold for 20 min then she said case manager Nate is busy on other call and shall call me back which I never believed . I insisted to wait until he finishes his call so I could speak to him then she was adamant that he can't . My younger son has a medical condition who needs my utmost attention . But LG customer reps have tortured me emotionally by putting me through such a turmoil. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy LG though it's one of the best product but if anything goes wrong customer is on his own .really really disappointed .

LG Electronics uk6300 55 inch smart tv

I purchased a smart tv on may 2nd 2018 and installed it on may 11th as I bought a table that fits it as proven by the Ikea purchase receipt. The smart tv broke on May18th and I contacted us agent in Egypt on their hotline 19960 which was hard to reach since they did not respond to their what's app number first place they sent a technician on May 20th that teared the TV apart in the living room on my couch and stated the screen needs to be changed since it went all black ...since then they didn't respond .
I called mr Hegazy in maintenance and Yousry, Silvana and David they all stated that there were no reply from the administration and there are no time limit for the reply service !
I hope to hear from your agents customer care service level is so unprofessional and supremely incompetent ..other wise I shall start taking legal actions through industrial quality control and consumer protection together with legal action to protect my rights in a decent after sale warranty and service.

LG Electronics lg 47 inch led 1080p smart t v

In March, my TV went out just after the initial 2 yr warranty. LG agreed to allow a one time free extended warranty to fix the tv. A service warranty provider supposedly fixed it and it worked for only a couple of hours. LG guaranteed to get it fixed once again but I cannot get them to find a service provider or give me any kind of solution. This has been going on for a few months. I have been promised calls back from a supervisor a couple of times but no one from LG ever calls. They tell me to be by the phone at a certain time on a certain day and yet no calls. Very very poor service. I will need another TV and members of my family are looking to buy TVs but I am going to have to spread the word that they should not buy an LG because their service sucks.

LG Electronics lg customer service would not cover a refrigerator part because it was only two months past warranty

I purchased an LG refrigerator back in March 2011 and the refrigerator broke down one week ago. The compressor stopped working and my refrigerator stopped cooling. I looked in my owner's manual and saw that LG had a 7-year warranty that covered just parts and not labor if something like the compressor broke down. I found my receipt from 7 years ago and saw that I was about 2 months past the 7-year warranty period. I called LG Customer Service and asked if LG could possibly still cover the parts for my refrigerator because it was only two months past the warranty period. LG said they would review it and I uploaded to them a copy of my receipt. After a few days, I received an email from LG saying that "your request for courtesy repair coverage could not be approved because the unit is too far out of warranty." Two months! Two months is too far out of warranty? I called LG and they told me that even if the refrigerator was one day past the warranty period, they would not cover it. Why do they even have a courtesy repair coverage request then? What's the point? This is how they treat their customers who kindly request they make a concession for a product that is not far past the warranty period? I am not asking for full warranty coverage that I would get under the 1-year warranty period. I just wanted the parts to be covered. I would pay for the labor. But LG would not do it. I am very disappointed in LG and will not purchase LG products in the future and will recommend that others not purchase LG products as well.

LG Electronics refrigerator

I contacted your customer service on May 22nd and was pleased that I received a visit the next scheduled day, May 23rd between 1 and 5. The technician Carl Andrews called at 3:30 to state he was ill and could not come. The appointment was rescheduled for May 31st . Carled showed up on the 31st, proceeded to tell me that he would not be the one coming back, I asked what did he mean, stated he had to order parts, that this was his last day at LG that it was a horrible company and job. He then ordered the parts and left after much complaining. He made the follow up repair visit for June 5th between 1 and 5. On June 5th I came home from work and no one showed up. I called LG customer service on 6/6 and was told that I would receive a call in one hour with a technician to make the appointment, no one called. I called again this morning to be told that it will now take 3 to 5 business days for someone to call me and that there was NO supervisor to speak with me regarding this issue. I have a refrigerator that is making noise that keeps me up at night for the past month, the inability of your customer service staff to tell the truth is ridiculous and there is no means for a customer to speak to a supervisor to get this resolved. I also attempted to submit an email with the above information and it would not allow me to send! SMH this is ridiculous!

Same experience when I contacted warranty service which is located offshore. After spending several hours across multiple phone calls repeating the same information and clarifying the representative's (mis)understanding of my responses to questions, I asked several times to speak with a supervisor. I wasrepeatedly told that the supervisor was "busy".

It appears that LG appliances are of low quality and that the demand for warranty service cannot be met. The refusal of the customer service representative to allow me to speak with a supervisor suggests to me that either there is no management oversight at the service center or that the supervisor has been overwhelmed with complaints.

I will NEVER purchase another LG product including appliances and electronics (cell phone, etc.) because the quality of their products appears to be lacking and they don't or can't stand behind them when warranty service is needed.

LG Electronics brand new gas stove

I purchased a new LG Stove from Sears in Fairmont, WV in March this year. I paid 2, 799.99 for this stove. Two weeks ago we had our local gas company come out to install gas to our home, Our contractor had already hooked the stove up to the gas line. When the gas company employee turned on the gas his equipment showed that there was a gas leak coming from inside the stove. At that time the gas was turned off and I called the local store where I purchased the stove I was then referred to call Sears customer service. From there I was told it was LG that I needed to speak to. Since that day I have gotten nothing but a total run a round. I am at the end of my rope and refuse to call them again today since I was promised that they were expediting my complaint and I would hear from them in the next 24 hours. Of course they never called me back. How can a company do this to their customers? I am beyond stressed and am now thinking I might as well put it the hands of a lawyer. I hope others read this and decide not to purchased any LG items. I have only revealed about half of what I have went through this past 2 weeks with this company. It would take me all day to go over all of it. I really hope maybe someone from LG reads this and decides to listen to the phone calls I have made and the ones made to me by LG customer service and from their repair service.

LG Electronics warranty service

1 year old LG refrigerator / freezer purchased at Home Depot in May 2017. Compressor has failed. No cooling for three days now. Contacted LG Electronics Warranty Service and was provided contact information for several different service contractors. Of those provided, three stated that I am not in their service areas. One could not provide service for a week. Calls to another resulted in anonymous voice mail message. Last of the contractors will not commit to a date and time for service to be provided.

Considering the experience, I strongly suggest to prospective appliance buyers that they run quickly away from LG branded electronics. Though the units may be attractive, they are unreliable and prone to failure. Execute an internet search for "LG refrigerator compressor" and you will hundreds of reports of nearly new units failing and the very poor customer service. The offshore representatives struggle with comprehension of the English language.

Lastly, I implore Home Depot, Lowes and other national appliance retailers to pull these inferior products from their stores. The experiences of your customers with LG warranty transfers to their impressions of your company.

We bought LG television (43'smart) this April... Last week, the TV fell down from the table because the stand was broken... We observed that the stand couldn't withstand the heaviness of the television... We strongly recommend you to replace or repair the TV immediately... We already reported this problem in Qatar but technition said we need to bear the cost of repairing but that is not possible as this is due to TV

LG Electronics 65uh7700

I bought a tv last year. Still under warranty.
Since a couple of months I have been getting an error on my browser whenever I try to watch anything in the Google chrome browser. The browser would restart and the error message APP WILL NOW RESTART TO FREE UP MORE SPACE appears. It happens all the time now with alot of websites.
Browser also displays a message update chrome but when i try to update it says it is not supported on this device.
When I try to watch any movie website it just loads but doesnt work.

I have called customer service in the Philippines and they have come to my house 3 times To troubleshoot. The last time they came they even changed the motherboard. And still the same.
They changed back to the old motherboard and left. They said they will update me.

They have not responded to my inquiries anymore. I have called them more than 10 times and send messages and spoke to the manager of the call center who promises to follow up, but never does! I am a spanish citizen and Your customer support here in the philippines sucks, it is nothing compared to the one in spain! Your tv is browser is having issues and they dont know how to fix it. They keep dancing around the problem and I am really upset that they won't even answer me anymore, all they say is we will follow up on this. It's been almost 3 months now with the same issue! Nothing has been done. Are you waiting for my warranty to end? I did not expect this from LG

LG Electronics lg smart tv

My smart TV had a problem since I bought it
The problem is a small dark spot hard to notice from normal user after some time this spot become more and more and now my TV is. Working as a radio only sound got out from it
And I call customer service and they plam me because I didn't notice the dark spot at the frost
No thay want my to pay even the problem was from manufactur not me
I hope to solve this issue as soon as possible
