LG Electronics lg receiver giant tallboy speakers

I have placed an order on the 2nd February 2018 it was a LG Receiver Giant Tallboy Speakers and it was delivered on the 9th February 2018 and it costed me R16732, 89, when I opened my order on the 24February to my surprise one of the subwoofer is not working, trying too inform home-choice and sending them emails but they still have not responded till today and now its 13 March 2018, funny they keep on sending me SMSes balance..am confused how come their appliances does not have guarantee, I will not be held reliable for not paying my monthly instalments as I have made a complaints but you just don't care about your customers you have a bad poor service you will never ever see me making any orders delete me from your data base can't have an agreement with you any longer there are more companies that are selling what you are selling you just not qualified to be in a bussiness, as soon as you can reply thats when you will receive payment from me am done trying naw its up too you ...#POOR BAD SERVICE 0Rated

LG Electronics non delivery of repaired device

LG Home Theater System given for repair on the st week of November 2017.
Job no HOLGDV081117W008. This is most disgusting as I have already paid Rs 4000/- out of the estimated repair cost of RS 6166.52 as repair charges on the 26.01.2018.I was promised that the repair will be completed within a week and returned to me. It is the 11th of March 2018 today 4 months since I have given for repair.Your personel at the repair continue to mislead me with lies everyday saying it will be done in 1 week. Enough is enough, If ni action is taken on this complaint, I am going to take this matter to your Director Board
and will complain about Abans Ltd to International office in Korea about the pathetic service standards here.

Never will I buy products offered by Abans in the future. This is the most shameful service I have ever encountered.

LG Electronics smooth top range

After completely furnishing my new kitchen with an lg double oven smooth top range, a top of the line lg refrigerator, top of the line lg washer and dryer, buying 3 LG tvs and 2 phones I will never purchase another LG product. My biggest complaint is the $900 + smooth top range. It is extremely inferior both inside each oven and the smooth top. I am going to be your worst advertisement for sales as well as on all social media accounts if you do not provide a replacement. I bought this range in Oct 2017. It wasn't used until Nov 2017. It looks like it is 50 yrs. old. I am OCD about caring for my furniture and appliances. I read the instructional material and follow the recommendations to the letter. I have cared for this range with the best of my ability, but it looks dirty and discolored. Even the oven racks are discolored. Definitely not like a new range. The only solution for me is a replacement of this appliance. I have all paperwork but no address for which to send them.

LG Electronics I have not received service by lg for ac

We have purchased Dual invert-er AC of LG last year in march.It was not working properly so my father visited the LG's outlet in Rishikesh and asked them to look into the issue but nobody came and no service provided by dealer.Later in feb this year, We got a call for service of AC and when person came we asked him more he told us that 3 services are free.Then I asked him in February you came first time and in march 3 free service will expire and we also complained earlier but nobody responded who is responsible for that?He had no answer and refused to extend time for getting our 3 free services.

LG Electronics washer model number wt5070cw

Purchased washer from Home Depot with 4 year extended warranty on May 19, 2012. Within the last 2 months we noticed that the the surface around the bleach dispenser was starting to bubble then starting to corrode. We've tried on 2 occasions to speak with someone from customer service but could barely understand the person we persons we spoke with. Both times it was someone from the Philippines.
We first went to Home Depot with the problem but were told the washer was out of warranty. We were told that this should not have not happened to our washer and should report problem to LG.
We can no longer wash white clothing because the rust makes it into the wash cycle and stains our clothes.

The 5070 is an awesome machine. In fact, it's one of the few top loading high efficient models worth owning. The rust, by no means happened overnight. If you're interested in having it fixed, very inexpensively and easily, drop a message back. There are too many individuals who just "dump and run" these complaints, so I won't provide the information unless asked.

LG Electronics lg g5 mobile phone

Hi i have my lg g5 just over a year. From the begging the phone losing gps signal wile driving. The phone was 4 times in the repair centre, 1 be EE and 3 tmes by lg. My phone is still not working correctly. When i call. LG customer service they just said they cant do it anything else because is wasting of time and they don't gonna do nothing about it. When i ask for a manager the person said that there i no one i can speak to with. I never see so poor customer service as LG.

last few days mobile giving hanging problem during calling, seen message etc. I also reset it in factory reset but after that problem is running still same. Please resolve the problem or replace the set as well as soon, because I am very hrashment in mentaly due to the behavior of the new cell phone within or before 6 month after the purchasing.

I have bad experience with LG customer service in Egypt, shortly i will tell you the story i buy LG tv 3d smart 32" from store in Egypt and this was in year 2014, and from two weeks ago i had light on and off in the corner of screen and i call the short number of LG CS in Egypt to fix it, and i was out of warranty, and they sent me technician and he told me the back light will change and i have to pay the fees of fix becuse i am out of warranty, and because i had good experience with LG before in the service i accepted that, and he change the black light but bring the tv with other issue the screen had different brightness between its halfs
and of course i call the LG Egypt and i told them how come you told me evrey thing done and i found this problem and they toke the tv to fix it again and after one day the technician call me again and offer to me some money to accept this issue and don't make trouble.
again i call LG Egypt and after many bad calls with them they told me the technician confessed and after all of that they told me they didn't do any thing with my tv problem and they told me it is not our problem and i am try to find solutions with and what i had very bad experience.
I am really trust in LG but what i faced with them gives me a very bad impression
I am looking for help from you

LG Electronics refrigerator

I've been in a 6-month fight with LG Canada to have an brand new and unrepairable Kenmore Elite Fridge replaced. The fridge has been reported to LG as 'unrepairable' several times by their local authorized service repair tech here in the Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada region, who has to date submitted several service reports to LG which included several requests that an 'order for replacement' be issued by LG, following the reporting and service guidelines he'd been given by LG.

The fridge has been serviced 8 times by this local authorized service tech. We have now replaced every possible part, at least once but mostly twice...replacing new parts with more new parts, and the fridge's internal temperature still cannot be regulated. Every few hours I am required to set the Thermostat of the fridge up and down to avoid either freezing the food or spoiling the food...which is impossible at night while sleeping or while working or leaving the home!

This is not FAIR and REASONABLE in terms of LG's willingness to resolve this issue not of any expectation of their customer to have to do this.

There is obviously a manufacturer's design flaw in this Refrigerator model. LG needs to stand behind their products and support their customer.

The normal internal temperature for a fridge is 37-38 degrees F. Setting the thermostat of this fridge at 44 degrees F. quickly brings the internal temperature of the fridge down to 31-32 degrees F. - freezing everything. Increasing the thermostat of the fridge one degree to 45 degrees F. quickly makes the internal temperature of the fridge increase to 45-46 degrees F. - spoiling the food. To date, I have lost hundreds of dollars in spoiled or frozen food!

LG Customer Service Agents finally explained to Mr. Stiller YESTERDAY, that they will NOT be replacing the fridge but will continue to replace parts till April 17, 2018 when my 1-yr LG warranty expires. LG Customer Service informed their authorized tech that they have no intention of honouring Sears products, despite being the manufacturer of the product. So LG's Service Tech Department has been lying to their own local authorized service technician for these many months as well, costing him god knows what in wasted business expenses as he isn't paid per visit.

By virtue of accepting responsibility of servicing this warranteed unit LG has legally accepted responsibility for the entire 1-yr warranty, not just part of it which states that the unit will be replaced if deemed 'unrepairable' by their authorized service technician servicing the unit. A company can not, legally or ethically, just arbitrarily choose to accept responsibility for PART of the manufacturer's warranty and not the WHOLE manufacturer's warrantee. Doing that would constitute consumer fraud.

Upon receipt of the fridge after purchasing it through Sears and immediately experiencing problems with it, I was told by Sears Customer Service in September '17 to contact LG for either the repair or replacement of the Fridge as they were the manufacturer. I did. I've been fighting with them since!

Are all LG customers across our country being held hostage by LG? This is not FAIR and REASONABLE treatment of an LG customer nor ethical resolution of an issue with their customer.

I have currently lodged a complaint against LG Canada through the Manitoba Consumer Protection Agency, the BBB, the provincial Attorney General, the consumer TV shows of Marketplace and W5, written reviews online, etc, etc.

I can't be the only Sears and LG customer fighting alone in this desert! We've all just been thrown under the bus by LG, and Sears. Shame on LG. I have a 1-yr. manufacturer's warranty where the manufacturer is responsible for repairing the appliance and if it is deemed 'unrepairable' then to replace the appliance...and LG IS the manufacturer!

The fact that through a dozen personal calls to LG customer service myself and several by their service tech, 8 service repair visits, 3 reports submitted to LG by their own local authorized service technician deeming the fridge 'unrepairable' and requesting replacement...LG representatives had NO INTENTION of telling either myself or their own service tech that they intended to just keep replacing new parts with new parts until after my 1-yr warranty had expired and then kick me to the curb, is completely unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated.

This is a case of clear fraudulent business practice? There have to be MANY Canadian customers of LG Canada who are in the same boat.

LG needs to be exposed for these unethical and unprofessional business practices to their consumer.

There are so many horror stories online of folks who have been harmed by this organization. A Class Action Suit needs to be started regarding this company and their illegal, immoral and unethical treatment of their customers.

Hi Maureane. Appreciated reading your concerns. LG does make quality appliances and their fridges are top rated. So much so that Sears does have them produce certain models for their Kenmore brand. There are plenty of models that are also produced by other companies however.

Because this is a Kenmore product, working directly through Sears would be preferable. Ultimately they are the one directly answerable for the warranty coverage. They are also the individuals who would be responsible for any exchange.

LG Electronics customer service for ac repair

To Whom it may concern,

I hope this finds some sort of upper management who can help me to continue being a satified LG customer. I have been buying LG products since LG's been around. I refer people to the LG products that I've bought in the past, I buy people LG products as gifts, I request that my boss buys LG products at my office. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars with LG.

I bought an LG24k btu air conditioner about 9 years ago, which recently broke. I bought an LG 24k btu window air conditioning unit on September 27th 2017 to replace the broken LG unit, that cost me $630 which is a lot of money to some people, me being one of those people. I used this unit very little last year. When I started using it this year it worked for about a week and then it stopped Cooling. I went online and found out how to put in a repair request, I started that process online. I got the troubleshooting part of the email taken care of on my end then I made plans and preparations to take it to your trusted appliance repair company, Davis Appliance. I called them to make arrangements and they told me to bring it to them or it would cost me $90 to have them come out to my house. So I didn't want to just do that so I called LG to make sure that this would be okay. They told me it would not be okay until I had it dispatched through LG which was not in the email from the repair request that I received from LG originally so I'm glad I called. That particular series of phone calls that I made took me approximately 2 hours. After getting the dispatch setup I proceeded to take the air conditioner unit to Davis Appliance who said they would evaluate it and let LG know the outcome. Davis Appliance called me few hours later and told me they had determined that the unit was unfixable, Davis Appliance told me after being on the phone 3 different times with the LG service technicians. The LG service techs said they had to see the test being done, Davis Appliance tried to use the app for the live feed repair unsuccessfully. Davis Appliance is one of the companies on your email directed me to take it to as a trusted repair center, why did the LG servcie techs need to see test if LG trusted Davis Appliance. If LG didn't trust Davis Aplliance, why was I instructed to take the unit there. At this point Davis Appliance called me and told me that the unit was unfixable and that they weren't able to do the live feed and LG needed me Steve Boucher to come pick up the unit to take it to a different repair center. Then I called LG who said that Davis Appliance did not have the equipment to fix the freon problem that the unit had which was a lie, Davis Appliance told me the reason why they weren't able to finish the work order was because they could not do the live feed. Please help me understand what is going on there? That is about the time that I lost my patience.

Everytime I call LG while holding, the recording says you are a valued customer and your time is important to LG. I really don't feel like my time is important to LG. The series of phone calls that ensued which took me through a couple of call centers and finally I got frustrated that they kept telling me the same thing over and over again and I asked to talk to a boss. After holding for 1 hour I was put through to a rude young man named Willie who didn't want to hear anything I had to say he just wanted to tell me what was on his sheet of paper and he didn't want to hear the problems that I had been through during that day. I asked him if LG was going to pick up the unit from Davis Appliance and take it where it needed to go and he said no, I would have to do that. When I ask to talk to Willie's boss I was put on hold for 30 minutes. He came back and told me that his boss was not available and that he had up to 72 hours to respond to me. Then I proceeded to ask Willie if he could send me a confirmation email of our phone conversation and he told me no 3 times, when I press the issue he finally agreed to send me the email and put me on hold for 30 minutes came back and said he had sent the email.

So now I'm in for about 8 hours of phone calls and about an hour drive time dropping off the unit and driving back home about an hour drive time. What do I need to do here?

Do you have an expectation for some units that come out of the factory to fail? Do you expect that I should just say oh well and be out the money and the unit? What would you have me do? What would you do?

I hope that I will continue to be a satisfied LG customer. I just want what I paid for, a working LG 24k BTU window unit and to be treated fairly as the consumer. This is my case number.

LG Electronics lg rebate

The issue that I have experienced was: I was told that If I purchase two phones for $1700 from T-Mobile that LG will send me a $400 gift card. I never got the gift card from LG after following their directions perfectly. LG is now claiming that I did not fill out the forms needed in time for the rebate. This is false and LG told T-Mobile that their systems were down and that could be the reason my submission did not go through.

I confirm that someone in your LG team (Supervisor) informed me that your system was down and that my submission could not have been received. I request once again a full credit of $400 as was promised.

I talked with T-Mobile that ensured me that if I email this email ( [protected]@lgv30more.com) and provide the following information below that I will be taken care of by LG. And thus far I am only getting the runaround. This is very unprofessional of both LG and T-Mobile.

LG - My apologies for including everyone but I need this resolution ASAP. I do not have the time to go back and forth via email. Spent 2 hours with your team via phone and email and I was told very clear directions on how to resolve this issues but now it seems as though I was once again misguided. Someone please look up my account and help me with this issue.

As per my conversation with T-Mobile today I have been given confirmation that I am qualified for this refund from LG. Offer ID#437258 was given to me for this claim from T-Mobile. (T-Mobile Manager - Mickey)

FYI - T-Mobile has called me from their CEO office and has given me a personal guarantee they will take care of me regardless of what LG does, but asked that I report back with LG's final reply.

LG Electronics pcb not provide for manufacture failure

I got a LG Nexus 5X (H791 Black 16GB) phone from LG Abans Sri Lanka. I use it very carefully without any physical damages. But phone has a manufacture fault called as Boot-loop error (Now phone can not power on). It is clearly not my fault. I gave it to fix to authorized Abans center. Then their service manager (Mr. Amicis) agreed (on 29th January 2018) to replace free of charge rectified PCB received from LG head quarters with in a period of one month and now he is suddenly refuse to fix my phone and said he will not received PCB from LG head quarters. Please concern on this matter immediately. I paid total amount but I already lost my daily using phone because of this company matters.

LG Electronics lg egypt

I bought a home theator from 5 years and something went wrong . I called the maintainace after several times the technition came and adviced me that the problem is with the main card of the player and that they don't have it. I asked him when will it be available? He told me it want be available. I told him that means that the DVD player and the 6 speakers are a piece of accessorie now he told me yes.
I made a complain in egypt and the answer was the don't repair products 5 years old and yes the home theator is an accessorie now because the spare part is not available due to that LG stoped manufacturing it. I told him that means that I don't but LG again bec the life time of its products is max 4 to 5 years. His answer was as you wish.
My complain is how do I buy a product from a big company like LG and can't maintain it. The way the customer service deal with the customer was the worst ever.
Please take care because the reputation of LG is going down if you can't repair a 5 years old product.

I bought a LED/ LG almost 6 years ago and after a period of using the device something went wrong with Smart share feature because I missed the ability to use smart share feature from my LED .
I contacted the maintainace after several times the technician came and adviced me that
The problem is that this feature was cancelled from my LED because LG company cancelled the model from LG server " according to the answer of the maintainace manager to him by the mobile.
After that the technician asked me to pay the fees because I am out of the guarantee period and left my without giving me any solution to my problem of having the feauture usable. I told him that means I shall make a complain in egypt and the answer was they don't repair products 5 years after the production date, and the home theater is an accessory now because the spare part is not available due to the fact that LG stopped manufacturing it. I told him that'll mean I won't purchase any LG products again because the life time of its products is max 4 to 5 years. His answer was as you wish.
My complaint is how do I buy a product from a big company like LG and can't maintain it for such a short time whereas other companies provide guarantee period of 6 to 8 years. The way the customer service dealy with me was worst service ever.
Please take care because the reputation of LG is going down if you can't repair a 5 years old product.

LG Electronics smart tv

Our smart TV 2013 -was used for almost one year collectively, as we're so busy, - was not operating properly, after contact with LG egypt, so many visits from mentainence, paying for wrong spare parts, we've been told that they stopped producing the required spare part 😳, they will sell us another TV for less price, 45 days with NO action, kindly help us, they don't answer or care with LG reputation

LG Electronics refrigerator

Our year old LG fridge died the first week of January. This is February 7th and after one more lengthy phone call (at least 10 phone calls in) we're told we still don't have a case number. We have made zero progress. Took weeks to see an authorized service person (there's one authorized repairman servicing all of Wyoming and he lives in Colorado) and two weeks ago he pronounced the fridge terminal. LG still claims we need a case number from their team. Frustration does not describe what this terrible customer service adds to the fact we have a broken new product and have been living w/o a fridge in our kitchen for 6 weeks. Needless to say I'm worried about our new LG tv and assuredly will never buy another LG product. Only wish we had been smart enough to check some reviews before we purchased.

LG Electronics service for broken refrigerator purchased from costco

My daughter and her husband bought an LG refrigerator through Costco a couple of months ago while pregnant with their first child. Right before the birth of their baby, The refrigerator went out completely. They contacted Costco who referred them to LG for service. A repair man came out and advised the part necessary for fixing wound not be available until the end of January. With a newborn baby and with milk which needs to be refrigerated, this is completely unacceptable! Neither LG nor Costco has done anything to expedite or accommodate them for any inconvenience this subpar appliance has caused. I plan on taking this complaint to the BBB of Arizona so others don't have to learn how awful LG customer service is and how incompetent the repair department is. We will also be going to the local news stations to alert consumers to this travesty of customer service.

LG Electronics lg v30+ h930ds

Bought the phone from a known site (Bravobuy) as there was no possibility to have a dual sim variant in Italy. As soon as I opened it I noticed bad screen banding issues, a vertical line in the middle of the display. I would like to know what shall I do now, I need a working phone, with the issue I described (and its getting worse, at times there are multiple lines across the screen).

Could you please see on the dispute I have with the local (Greek) LG company who does not accept responsibility for the (small) damage detected although its packaging was intact.

the message you sent in response to my Jan. 4, 2018 request to examine replacing the door of the freezing department of the newly bought LG GBB60PZGFS (serial No. 701WRWkkd153) was 'For covering possible repair of damage to a device under its factory warranty, there is a prerequisite to notify our company within the first thirty days from the date of purchase, as well maintain its packaging so that we can find out whether our company is responsible or not. ' My view is that for the customer to be aware of this prerequisite, you have the obligation to label it clearly outside the packaging. Otherwise, the customer is not to blame for getting rid of the packaging before placing the refrigerator in its kitchen position.
Please honor your responsibilities. "

LG Electronics lg lcd television

I have had my LG LCD TV for about 4 years or so. Its been working fine, however all of a sudden I am facing issues with all HDMI ports on the LG. The TV came with 4 HDMI ports and all of them stopped working all together. I called LG customer service and went through standard steps of hard reset etc. None of that worked and LG support is now telling me, because it's out of warranty, I have to schedule a call with LG Authorized repair technician who would charge $125 just to come over then depending on the diagnostics will charge more for Labor and parts! This really sucks given that you put in so much money to buy LCD TV and when there are so many other brands available! I have had friends who been having Samsung, Sony etc.. brands TV running fine for many years!

Doing more research on the internet, it seems this is a known issue on LG HDTV Models specially on LG [protected] LCD TV models. I am hoping LG to care for this customers and take care of this issues!

Hi,
Here I would like to raise a complaint for your respectful company concerning a defect in your apparatus (55 LA 7400-TC. BFUYLWE S/N: 311EGGD0E095) after only three and half years of purchasing (see the attached bill of sale).
Yes, the Guarantee is two years of purchasing but defect like that (see attached photo showing the defect) should not happen in a brand like L.G
I contact one of your adopted service center for repair, they astonished from the defect during the visit and asked us for some time to reply and unfortunately, they told us that we should change a big part in the apparatus costs us nearly half of the price!
Please your interference is mandatory as a brand name in Egypt care with his customers to solve that defect without this big amount of cost especially it is clear that the defect is not a user defect
