LG Electronics replacement for tv lg suhd 49uh850v can't repair

Problem start on 19 July 218 till today Not Solved yet

I bought TV LG SUHD 49UH850V from one year ago and the TV screen has Lines anI i sent it for Repair by LG after three months TV back without Repair and i got a reply from customer service TV can't repair and it will be replaced

They offer UK6400PVC as a Replacement, We replied we will check the features before approval, We found out that they already approve the replacement and they insist us to accept this TV and this is the only solution they can offer

There is a differences between our TV and the Replacement they offered and we don't accept this replacement

We just request to have a replacement with same features or close to our TV as we manly use this TV for Gaming and Netflix

We are almost 4 months and more than 20 Calls to customer service and We still can't reach to a fair Solution with Customer Service

There is a TV on Market SK8000 ( 21000 EGP Price in Market ) is Very close to Our TV but Customer service ask me to pay 10000 EGP extra to have this TV ( I already Pay 23000EGP for my Original TV)

Your Support is highly appreciated as i reach to end road with customer service in Egypt with out any consideration to my request to have a same TV or even Close to my TV features

LG Electronics lack of support from greek representative (lg hellas)

Dear Sirs,

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support shown by the Greek representative of LGE.

I am the owner of a refrigarator "Side by Side/GW-L227YTQA " for which I am searching for a spare part. The answer I have received from the after-sales "support" is that this item does not exist any more. No alternative, no solution, nothing.

I trusted a large Korean firm and now I see that this trust has not been appreciated.

LG Electronics lg v10 h960tr

İ have an LG V10 with model number LGH960TR. A year ago i wanted unlock bootloader then i notice that it was not possible in Turkey for LG V10 mobiles. İ was ok with that because you already biring us (lg v10 H960TR users) Android 7 Nougat release. At these days LG V10 is 3 years old phone and won't get Android 8 Oreo update. it is ok for 3 years old mobile acceptable indeed. The matter is my mom has a samsung j7 core which is less powerfull than LG V10 and that phone (j7 core) got oreo update last night.
it was a gift from me to her. I just paid about 1500 TRL this year but for LG V10 i paid 3500 TRL in 2016 and this phone costs about 2000TRL yet in the country markets. Not nice indeed to compare with low-end phone. About bootlock you let for some Europen models to unlockboot and don't let for Turkish LG V10 users. İs it some kind of racist marketing of LG ? Is it equal? Just give me a reason if you can buying again or offering again about LG products.

I am writing to you because I have a complaint to report about a LG V10 model phone number LGH960TR. Last year, I wante to unlock the bootloader and that it wasn’t possible in Turkeyfor LG V10 mobiles. I accepted that because I was given (LG V10 H960TR users) Android 7 Nougat release. LG V10 is a 3 years old phone and it wont get android 8 Oreo updates. My question is if it could be possible ? since, my mother has a Samsung j7 core which is less powerful than LG V10 and in that phone (j7 core) She got the Oreo updated last night. That phone was a gift from me to her, and I paid about 1, 500 TRL this year, but for my LG V10, I paid more than that (3, 500 TRL) in 2016 and this phone price is about 2, 000 TRL still in the market. This isn’t good comparing with a lower end-phone. I know that your company let ‘bootlock’ application for some eruopean models to unlock it and not for Turkish LG V10 users. I think on my opinion that it is a sort of discriminatory aptitude for marketing sector of LG phones? It should be equal everywhere ? Please, can you give me a reason if it would be possible to buy or offer again such as LG products ?

LG Electronics 4k 55 inch_smart t.v.

Well I loved LG productucts up to this point..

Until I had a issue with my T.V.screen

A small blue line, going down the screen?
About a 1.5 old.

I contacted LG Canada../ at [protected]
I was told to take pictures of my T.V screen & send the their. "Team"?

Asked why? Or what dept is this..
They woukd not give me any information..

They sent me a E mail
To attach my photo's & receipt!

After : a week I called...
Sir: They want you to take more photo of you T.V.?
Again I asked why.?
So they can make a decision on the best way to help you?

So, again they sent me another E mail..

So again Took more picurtures, thinking this is really odd... Customer service?
What the Hell?
Can I talk to this Dept?
Was told no..

Days again go bye...
I call again...

Was told the person that received the photos from me, did nit send them to the Reveiw Team?
They did it wrong?

But, this person was going to fix it
Now..
And note : the issues..

I was to call back in three days..

So I call back to, be told they can't help me..?
I said why didnt you tell me this three weeks ago?
I think when you buy a 1, 000 4K
T.V. it should last longer then Two years!

They just keot saying

Well sorry doesn't helo me!

It was the oddest, worse customer service I have ever had!

See LG U.S./ Canada is all based in india
Now. And they Dont care about you!
Or standing behide their product line.

At the end of my call I asked for a superviser to call me...

To this day its never come!
I will tell everyone, why not to buy LG products..

Products made in mexico, & customer services in India!

LG Electronics customer service and product supports are very bad

I wanted to purchase a magic tv remote control for model 55UB850T - TA but was told the original remote was obsolete and was given a compatable one MR 700. They taught me how to sync with the Tv and so I did. For days I have been trying but fail to register the remote to my tv set. I called LG services many times and each time the officer taught me a different way. (hold home and back button together for 3 secs and then press enter. Do it 3 times continuously) I have try many ways on what the different officer told me to do but still unsuccessful. I called the helpline many times requesting for the technical service guys to call me or assist me in getting this done but all they said was they will call me back shortly till now 2 weeks past and still no one call. With such a services and support for a customer I thing LG Singapore needs to review back on their staff. I can be contacted at [protected]@hotmail.com OR my mobile +[protected].
P/S I am still waiting for the call that were promised by LG staff.

I bought lg tv model 55sj800v on 16th april 2018
After 20 days longitudinal lines appeared on screan and has been extend overall width
I contacted LG service center in Egypt they have sent technician who prepaired report for replacement dated on 8 May 2018
Since that time daily i was calling LG for replacement but no answer
So I hope LG korea could help

LG Electronics air conditioner

I bought a air conditioner LG 3000BTU five months ago.
Since it did not have enough cooling, I contacted the installer. After a five-month call with the following numbers

[protected], I did not get any results. It's unlikely that such a major LG company will be weak in services. After six month, they says that it maght be fake. I ask their why they install it if it was fake. I complain about it.

On the 28/07/2018 I purchased an LG TV plasma at Makro Germiston, all the checks were done but repacking the TV remote packed was put in front of the screen, when the technician came to install my TV he found that my screen is damaged, I took it back for repairs, the manager shows no concern now I'm accused for damage whereas no impact from the box

LG Electronics refrigerator

We bought a LG refrigerator in December 2017 from PC Richards. Model LFXS2463W $2500.
We bought the protection plan from pc Richards . Thank God for that. We have had service technicians to
Our house at least 6 times because of loud unusual noises. They replaced 2 fans and then the compressor. After the compressor was replaced all was normal. However a few months later we noticed noise again. Technician is coming out today. Don't know what's wrong now !
We are very unhappy with this refrigerator and feel that we got a lemon !
We love the refrigerator and would be willing to replace it with the same refrigerator model because we believe we got a lemon the first time .

I Highly disappointed with your worse/pathetic services regarding my HT LHB625 3D Blu-ray system. I registered first Complaint on 9th August 2018 and last for the same reason on 15th September 2018. My product is in warranty But your people (COO MEGHA THADKE and Area Sales Manager NIKHIL DANDANI) can't arranging the Faulty part and giving reasons like in whole India LG don't have part for replacement of the same. I said refund my Money or replace the Same Hometheather . But they are not replacing and not giving any written assurance as well.

After replacement granted by LG . I message them the other two Home theather Models for replacement but they are refusing by saying not available. Is it some kind of joke you people play with customers?

From last One month i called planty of times to your customer care services in India and COO Megha Thadke. But they are not solving the problem. COO Megha Thadke committed verbally on customer care conference call that she will replace product in fifteen days. I said OK give me written message or mail(I message her my Mobile number and mail id but still day she is not sending any message or mail regarding my replacement.

I sent this mail to LG india two days before but no any call or hand of help seen.

I'm sorry to write this and questions raised in mind.

Is it really Lg or Any Local brand?
Is this Lg culture?
Is Megha Thadke and And Nikhil Dandani deliberately doing this?

Looking into this pathetic response I thought to launch Court Complaint against LG and Your COO and Area Sales Manager regarding Mental and Financial harresment.

Please solve my problem as early as possible. I hope your kind Cooperation in this regard.

LG Electronics manufacture quality and defauts.

TO LG GLOBAL head office:
After complements
I bough LG TV 4k ULED that was made in Egypt from LG Store in Egypt, just after the one year warrantee expired, I noticed a white line on the screen from up to down that was initially coming ang going then later became persistent, there was no cause as the TV is well stabilized on place, also cleaning only with dry microfibre cloth, I called the LG in Egypt and after they came and saw the problem, they told me that screen need to be changed and the price is almost the same price of the TV when I bought, as trial of repair failed with other TVs of the same model with same problem and I paid them for the visit.
So, It is clear that it is manufacture default in this model and that should be repaired by the LG company in Egypt without paying so much money but that was refused.

I spend a lot of money for that and I regret
I was about to buy OLED 4K LG but after what happened and after I complained to LG Egypt and I did not get any response, so I decided never ever to buy any LG product specially that made in Egypt due to low production quality.

LG Electronics complaint about lg washing machine

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is to inform that I had purchased LG Washing Machine (front door) 8 Kg capacity from Universal Electronics, Faisalabad, Pakistan on 25th March, 2018. For the last three months a fault was occurred in the machine. That to any washing mode(s), the timer of the machine becomes halt in time countdown process (and the time does not come to zero indication) and in the whole process the machine remain operational and washing is not completed.

In this context, I have tried to contact number of times to the LG service centre dedicated for Faisalabad region but non of the representative from LG Service centre turned up to our home for fault rectification.

Finally, the undersigned send a number of email request at "support.[protected]@lge.com" with the request to rectify the fault in the machine. Eventually a representative from LG Service centre turned up on 15 September 2018 and upon checking he identified that two kits of the machine have become faulty and required to be replaced. He took the faulty parts with him by intimating that he will send the faulty parts to LG Head Office in Lahore for seeking replacement from Dubai.

Nearly one month has been lapsed, during this period I have tried to contact number of times to LG Head Office Lahore representative Mr. Abdul Manan (who is dealing all out-city complaints). Every time he communicated me that they have placed request to Dubai office for the replacement of faulty parts.

Now on yesterday (10/10/2018) when I made communication with him on his whats-app [protected] and inquired about the delivery of washing machine parts from Dubai he intimated that "your parts not available in Dubai stock also thats why part was not received"

It is noteworthy to mention here that the undersigned purchased this LG appliance with view in mind that LG is pioneer in the innovative technology and its products are reliable in functionality.

I would like to request you to please direct the LG Head Office in Lahore Pakistan to rectify the fault in washing machine at the most earliest. If they are unable to find any solution, then replace the faulty machine (as this machine is still in warranty period).

Look forward for a prompt response in the matter.

LG Electronics refrigerator

I purchased an LG Refrigerator 2 years ago and it is no longer cooling, not making ice, and the freezer is no longer cold.
I called LG about the issue, and they said it will be covered under warranty, so they dispatched a service company to replace the compressor and circuit board. After a few days, it was still not working. They came out again, and again, and again trying other parts and changing settings, etc.

After repeated calls to LG (15 calls in 2 months) it is still not working. I asked for a full refund and was told I was not eligible. I would assume NO situation is eligible. I will be reporting them to the BBB as their service is unacceptable, with no regard to repair or replace the unit at all.

I bought a refrigerator LG GC-H702HLHU 3 month ago. The refrigerator make too much loud. I wanted to help from LG technical services. They said that, the loud is normal. But its too much for me and its too disturbing. I wanted to help second time from your technical service. Same technical service staff came again. I asked him to explain, what is the problem? In the refrigerator catalog; maximum 39 decibels is normal. But my refrigerator make 43 decibels sound.
After that i asked him to write a report but he wrote anything, shouted me and gone out. I called again and again customer represantative at the same time i wrote e-mail repeatedly. But i can not get any result. Because of that i’m writing this to you now.
The reason that i prefer LG, it is a World Brand company. I know that your motto is “Life Is Good”. Unfortunely, it was not for me like that . If I choose your company more high price, you care about your customer’s satisfaction.
My favor from you, my refrigerator troubleshooting.

LG Electronics counter depth french door refrigerator 24.0 cu ft

LG has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was without a refrigerator for 5 weeks and 2 days due to the compressor dying after only 20 months of use. I would call often to get status and everyone had the same speech to me, I mean literally the same. They all apologized and said they would feel the same way as I do if they were in my situation and told me someone would contact me but they didn't. I even asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and again, I was told someone would contact me but the didn't. I am the one who initiated every phone call to resolve this problem.

I probably lost about $500 worth of food, mostly consisting of ribeye steaks that I used my food saver on and froze. I have been trying to get resolution on the food loss starting on 9/18. I have called 3 times about it and finally someone called me back today 10/8. I was told on 10/8 that I am only allowed to receive $100 due to the model of my refrigerator but he would increase it to $120.

Due to the poor quality of the product and the customer service, we had to live out of an ice chest for over 5 weeks and are only getting reimbursed for about 25% of what I lost. I can say with certainty that I won't be purchasing another LG product.

Hello, that is terrible to hear what you have endured due to your refrigerator failing. I can definitely understand how frustrating it would be to be without your refrigerator for five weeks. LG Electronics lg refrigerator

I have already sent a complaint. It took 2 months to get my refrigerator fixed after initially calling LG service.
I sent a certified, return receipt, letter to Mr. Kim who is the president of LG on 8/23/18. It was signed for by a person named Brandon Lowery at LG. I have still not heard a word from any one.
SO SAD! What a way to run a multi billion dollar corporation. PATHETIC!

Rest assured I will spread the word that LG appliances are not worth the money. I work at Ford and already have posted it on the bulletin board.

This is the first time in my life I have been so ignored by a company. I will tell everyone I can that LG customer service does not care about people only the money they can get. PATHETIC and SHAMEFUL!

LG Electronics damaged and scratched solardom

hello dear sir,
I ordered a solardom (model and serial number: ms95scr/707kmuz0w310) in LG store (ramin shomali branch-kashani street-tehran-iran) but unfortunately when i received it i found that it was damaged and scratched. I did all my effort to submit my complain to the store manager and customer service office and explain the matter in order to consider my case and to change it with a new one. They did not listen to me at all and said it is my fault. please consider my email.
It is better to mention that in all of the process the manner of employees at the customer service office was awful and anti-customer!

LG Electronics service and product

I purchased an LG refrigerator in June 2015 for my daughter and three grandchildren. It stopped working in August 2018. They have been without a refrigerator since then. I have repeatedly called service to get the refrigerator (french door) not cheap -- $2600 refrigerator looked at and fixed.

Finally on September 18, 2018 they came and pronounced it officially broken (compressor and two other major parts). They said they would order these parts but would not be able to replace them until October 5th.

I told the service center that mold had built up in the refrigerator but they said that the repairman would have to verify this when he came out to repair on October 5, 2018. He arrived and I had to point out the mold in the refrigerator to him and show him it could not be cleaned because the plastic shelves were sealed and the mold had got in between the plastic. He agreed and then he said he has to order the entire inside shelving and units to replace the entire inside. At this point I don't know if it will be resolved because I don't have a date for the next repair. The service center said I would need to wait for the inside parts to arrive before any repair can be done.

I wish I would have checked online before I purchased anything from Sears especially something this expensive. I agree with all the previous comments.

I will never shop at Sears again.

LG Electronics refrigerator

Had our LG sidebyside for 3 yrs. We have been having intermittent problems for the past year. We are having trouble with the freezer/icemaker. We contacted our warranty company who in turn made us call LG direct. LG gave us a service technician information with him we contacted. He came out and did Absolutely nothing. He did not even have the appropriate equipment to service the refrigerator. Of course the refrigerator had started working again and was making ice and freezing. The refrigerator does have a porch so that a computer can be plugged in to diagnose it considering it is an intermittent problem I think this would have been appropriate. Of course as of today's date the refrigerator freezer and ice maker are still having intermittent issues . We are extremely disappointed with LG. We will never buy their products again.

LG Electronics treatment of your agent (representative) in egypt

It is very disappointing experience to deal with your agent in Egypt. My name is Emad Nabil. I live in Cairo Egypt. My mobile number is [protected]. I had a problem with my LG AC on the 22 nd Sep. It stopped totally cooling all of a sudden, I contacted customer service. They sent me a technician the following day. Diagnosis a non return valve is leaking and it needs replacing. Will call you to tell you by when? I waited for 3 days and then called CS hotline. They told me the valve is out of stock and will call you back in 2 days. I waited for no avail. 2 days later I sent a complaint via LG Egypt site. I received an email and a phone call the following day telling me we are in the process of finding you an alternative solution and we let you know in 48 hours. Today after 48 hours I called CS to ask them for an answer. Answer was that you will be contacted next Sunday. That 3 days from today. I sent another complaint and the answer I received this time was shocking. The spare part in question will be available after 45 days as it is not considered a serious failure to replace. I did send them another email asking what do you mean ? The answer was we mean it is not serious.
Now I pose the question to you, if the customer satisfaction is not a serious matter to the customer service department, then what is the definition of serious to them? I need you to please help me. I have been a loyal customer to LG and I trust that you will help me and help protect the reputation of LG in Egypt. Please feel free to call me or email me in case you need further information. I have all the email correspondence ready for you upon request. Please help me.
