LG Electronics washing machine

Hi there,

I am complaining about your reseller in United Arab Emirates. I bought LG 19/11 Twin wash and LG 3.5 Kg washing Machine (models: F0K1CHK2T2 and F70E1UDNK12) 5 months ago (see Invoice attached). We noticed water leakage in the very first week and your reseller told us its from the wall and had it fixed. However the leakage never stopped and recently became very strong. We reported it again and the reseller sent technician a week ago who claimed it is from the detergent! I had to complain again asking for replacement so they sent another technician today promising they will replace it based on his report. The technician saw the heavy leakage (attached video and photos). The technician confirmed it is not a problem from detergent but rather from Dryer Blower. Now the reseller is asking to take the washing machine to service center to repair it and offered to send me a temporary used washing machine. I have the following notes:
1- This leakage issue was there since the first week (we were eligible for immediate replacement ) but instead they had wrong diagnoses and now they say it should be repaired.
2- I paid for the most advance technology (most expensive machine) and I expect nothing less than top service.
3- How can I use used machine..I do not trust this for my kids health

Kindly solve this issue asap. I expect LG to be keen on customer satisfaction and I request immediate replacement for the faulty device.

LG Electronics hoover

I bought a Hoover 2.5 years ago but I didn't use it after a year and half I used it twice and I was exposed to a problem in it, I went to the main office for lg to fix it they took the Hoover and told me we will get back to u, I followed up with them for A YEAR with no solution to my issue they provided me with another Hoover and told me it is the only absolve Hoover with a discount, the offered Hoover is very small with a very limited capacity to the one I have and then they gave me my original Hoover taking from it a spare part without getting back to me and told me they have sent it to Korea based on their request, they returned it back to me in a bad condition while when I have it firstly to them it was brand new. I think if LG cannot offer me a solution to my problem or a spare part they would do like any reputable company and give me another Hoover like mine and not a very poor one and paying it ! You can refer in the is case to Mr. Mohamed Saad from LG cairo as he was handling my case.

I purchased lg led 3d smart tv in 2012, Now led in good condition but you tube application is not available in LED, LG technician visited at my place but he told me due to 2012 model you tube contract is over for this model,
So tell me who is responsible for this contract customer or LG or YouTube?
Because customers already paid amount for smart function so why customer suffering in that type of reasons?

LG Electronics g5

I bought my phone less than a year ago. It is already defective. My phone turns off by itself with a fresh battery, apps don't work correctly, speakers distort and some calls and texts never appear on my phone. I spoke with customer service and even upper management isn't willing to send me a replacement refurbished phone to keep me happy as a customer. I spoke with a friend who has had the same issue with the G5. I know this is a manufacturer defect. I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service. This is my second LG phone and was happy with your product until this out issue. I'll never buy anything LG again unless your willing to send me a replacement phone. Your replacement phones are refurbished anyways and I don't see why it's such a big issue to try and keep your loyal customer happy and just refurbish my phone to give to another customer.

LG Electronics I am complaining from my lg refrigerator model gn-b392rqcl that I bought since almost one year only

I have faced through one year the same defect in my LG refrigerator that I bough from the LG Egypt Agent and I contacted the customer services more that three times and every time send me a technician that didn't repair the problem and finally I called them in Apr 29th and they send me the a technician and he confirmed that it needs heater and another Spare parts but he promised to contact me on Saturday to fix the problem but no one call me and when I called the customer service yesterday they were very tough and very aggressive and they claimed that they have the right to fix any maintenance problem in 45 days ! I really shouted and said how come you treat your clients in this bad attitude please assist me in solving my problem as no one can live in summer without fridge

LG Electronics lg tv and abans sri lanka

I brought a LG LED smart TV from Abans branch of Warakapola.After 5 month I had a electric shock from LG TV.Then I found a electric leakage on TV. Still not give proper solution for this problem from Abans service center. Please stop sale poor quality LG TV Through Abans show room. Customer care of Abans show room is very poor.Very late and poor after sale service.

LG Electronics mobile phone model: m250dsf

The phone exploded in my hand just two days ago and I did not understand what had happened, but when I opened the back of the phone to take out the SIM CARD to put in another phone to use I noticed that the battery had exploded and that is what caused the screen to explode.

I have been trying to get reply from my emails to the company and no response.

LG Electronics sj9 soundbar

I have done everything the call center has asked me to do as they read off a piece of paper just to make sure i am doing my part. I am sending this soundbar back for the 3rd time as soon as i get the return label from LG. The original problem was the audio was interrupted here and there like it was deleting random parts randomly. The 1st time the service center said no problem and sent it back but the problem remains, the 2nd time i sent it back i included a letter explaining the problem with my phone number and they called me and now they understand what the issue is. The service center sent it back and the audio issue seems to be working just fine but they didn't send back my remote so i thought i would just use the function keys to adjust the settings but now they don't work so i am send this back a 3rd time. The call center is aware of this and they are horrible, they cannot relay the issues properly and they to me are not doing anything to get this done correctly in a reasonable amount of time. The supervisor is just as bad about getting this done, we cannot doing anything unless the service department deem's this repairable. This is how the customers are handeled, wow not impressed. The sad part is all i want is the product to work normal like it should nothing more or less. I am probably sending this into space but here you have it. Terry Henrich

LG Electronics television

I recently purchase an LG television from Conn's. The television is barely over a year old. One morning, I turned on the television and it started going through a slide show of colors, red, white, blue, yellow.
After researching a bit, found out that this has happened before, usually after a power blip. I called about getting it repaired, but carefully considered will this happen during another power blip?
I have five other brands, including an older LG and never had a problem like this.
I have decided to take the television to the local recycling location and drop it off. I sincerely believe this problem can be eliminated, cut my loses at this point, about $1800 dollars to experience!

LG Electronics lg 55" tv uj63ot

I bought the TV 1 March 2018. Recently a crack appeared in the inner screen along with various colored stripes. The other screen is pristine, no flaws, scratches, or marks of any kind. I contacted the LG Service Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and they requested that I bring in the TV. I took to their address and they looked at it and said it would cost me $500 USD to get the inner screen replaced and insisted I had broken the screen. There is no way possible the TV was damaged by me.
My first LG product was a universal DVD player that played both HD and Blu-Ray discs. I bought this player in the US and moved to Thailand. I accidentally plugged it into 220 V and it failed. I took it to the local LG Center in Chiang May Thailand and they immediately repaired it at no charge. I was so impressed I have bought scores of LG products since and have always been please with the quality and service.
This is the first problem I have encountered. I think it totally unreasonable to ask me to pay $500 to repair a $700 TV.

About my LG TV on March 3 2018 . On April 13 it stopped working I called customer support and they recommended Ben's TV service to inspect and diagnose the problem was my TV. Bens TV inspected and they were supposed to order parts for it. Meanwhile it's been two weeks that I cannot get a straight answer from neither LG customer service or bens tv.LG customer service is pretty rude and they did not listen so I don't know what to do any further

i bought vacuum cleaner from 3 months and i have warranty for it the vacuum motor burned i asked the maintenance to change it for me they told me there is no change and it was so bad attitude and there is no director in the place i told them i want to meet the director they told me there is no director only technicians i called the call center also they Talk to me with carelessness and told me do what u want this is our system we dont care its the last time to deal with LG really i am so sad for this but there is no any respect for clients i bought the vacuum for 5000 L.e and i lost them how come that there is no manager in the main branch

LG Electronics i'm complaining about my lg

I had got ur lg product (refrigerator GL-M472GLJM/2014).Its almost 3 year back at that time i had faith in ur company its one of good company in the World.Now i got trouble with your product same as above and already complaint ur company week before and got response with in a day anf who told its complaint of board and need to change that i told him ok just do that after 2 days gr came and he cannot fix that and he told sometimes its becoz of compressor so change compressor and check i thing some of ur worker dont know trouble shooting .i again complaint ur customer care last friday and they told me consultant will come saturday.no obe came at that day...i felt very bad with ur compnay now .no response so i hope good result for this message..my complaint numbr and mobile number attach down .

LG Electronics refrigerator

case #5677829. model # [protected]. we purchased this from sears in feb 2017 with the 5 yr extended coverage. at the half way thru feb 2018 the refrigerator died. we call service and told to re-boot, we did nothing happened. we were then given an apt on 3.3.18. we are now 2 weeks into no refrigerator. the tech came and said checked it out and said parts were needed so he ordered them. now the parts will take another 1-2 weeks IF they have them. 2 weeks later the parts came now we are 4 weeks into no refrigerator. we called for an apt now that the parts came. apt scheduled for another 2 weeks so now we are at 6 weeks into no refrigerator. the tech put in the parts and said it would take 24 hrs for the refrigerator to come up to full status. it did for 24 hours and then died. called again for service, tech came the same day ( a miracle) told us oil in the lines from the old compressor they need to be changed along with the valves. he called the parts in. 2 weeks later partial delivery of parts. told the other parts on back order and might not be here until 1st or 2nd week of JUNE! we are now 8 weeks without a refrigerator. called to have refrigerator replaced, request denied since parts are on order. they issued a $50.00 ck for our problems. this is not even a $1.00 a day for the STRESS of the problem LG has created. it is lg's responsibility to honor the contract. we honored ours by paying in full for this refrigerator. some on was supposed to call us within 48 hours to let us know of the request to replace the refrigerator. NO ONE called us back. this is VERY POOR business and care for the customer. I know IF the refrigerator gets fixed it is just a matter of time before this scene is replayed. LG refrigerators look great and initially work good but don't last at all. it is also disappointing that customer service is out sourced and the customer service staff give you American names to make you feel like you are dealing with the states. it DOESN'T fool any one. I am extremely disappointed in the product and service and will go to social media including tv to put my problem in the front of the consumer so "caviate emture" buyer be Very Aware pretty things don't always come in nice boxes.

I think gas leak is a health hazard. I need refund or replacement of my fridge. Gas leak nd repair has lot of hazard for babies nd pets as the gas is dense nd stays low. I want justice for the money I paid. I need lg india to replace my fridge.. I cannot contact anyone who can resolve my issue.. as mails nd phone call land at one level. LG Electronics washer & dryer

I purchased a brand new washer & dryer in June 2017. The washing machine was leaking at install and the installer had to fix it then. I should have just not excepted the washer and dryer then but I was in desperate need considering I already gave away a perfectly running washer and dryer amd the only reason I was purchasing new ones was so to the color. I have young children that I really needed to get laundry done. And when I placed the order for these new units it was suppose to be delivered within 2 days. Well I didn't receive the units till 3 weeks later and lg promised they would compensate if I waited the 3 weeks (which they did not). They never called or returned my calls! Now both my washer @ dryer (which is not even a year old yet) are not working correctly. I called and spoke with lg customer service 7 times and they assured me I would have a tech at my home to fix the units. It is almost 2 weeks now and they still have not sent anyone to fix these units. I am completely frustrated at this point. I spoke with a supervisor/manager earlier today who assured me she was taking care of the situation and would be calling me back today with an update. Well I she never called. I did receive a call from the tech telling me he has been rejecting the orders because he is not receiving the correct paperwork from lg. He was nice enough to go out of his way to let me know so I could put another call into lg to make sure they send the correct paperwork. Well I received a call finally today from lg who basically told me he can't help me! I am completely frustrated at this point. My units are not even 1 year old yet and on top of it I actually spent hundreds on purchasing the extended warranty. Why did I do that when they can't even send someone to look/fix my units? LG has the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life! I would never purchase anything from them again and will let everyone I know what I have been going through with this situation. Someone from LG better get this resolved ASAP or I will take legal action at this point!

What was the exact date of purchase? from where did you purchase the units from? what are the exact model numbers? as best as you're able to describe, what is the nature of the problem?

Lg makes some wonderful laundry appliances. there shouldn't be any reason for you to not have two good quality, working machines.

NEVER AGAIN, LG!

LG has been a nightmare to deal with, their product unreliable, their service nonexistent, and their warranty service providers very expensive. I'm now reading complaints online of multiple repetitive failures. If this happens again, we're on to another brand before investing any more in this unit.

We purchased our LG Electronics 25 cu. ft. French Door refrigerator, model #LFC25776ST, serial #304TRNG0J279, from Home Depot in Lakewood, NJ, on 04/23/2013 after Hurricane Sandy flooded our 28-year-old Whirlpool fridge on October 29, 2012. We had been living with an old counter-top model since the storm. The new refrigerator was delivered on 05/15/2013. It cost $1, 798.00 plus tax, totaling $1, 860.88. We had attempted to research our purchase, consulting Consumer Reports which gave it status as their #5 pick. It was touted as being 30% more efficient than federal guidelines.

Fast forward past the RREM repairs, reconstruction, elevation, and mitigation of our home. On 02/13/2018, after only four years, seven months, and twenty-nine days in use, our refrigerator and freezer totally broke down. We lost, I would estimate, approximately $500 worth of food. The warranty was for 1 year parts and labor, 7 years on sealed system, 10 years on linear compressor.

On 02/13/2018, my husband called LG at [protected] and spoke with Millie, who transferred him to John, a repair tech at [protected]. He performed a computerized phone diagnosis and said that it was a "failed system" and that he could dispatch a repair tech which would cost $125 for 30 minutes labor, plus $35 for each 10 minutes over 30. He stated that parts would be covered under warranty, but not labor. He had to check availability and would get back to us. On 02/14/2018, my husband called back LG and spoke with Ricco who told us someone would get back to us to set up the appointment by 3 p.m. When no one called by 4:30 p.m. my husband called LG back and was told that they needed 24 hours more to "attempt to send someone." On 02/15/2018, at 12 noon, My husband called again and was told that they couldn't schedule anyone until Wednesday, 02/21, or we were told that we could try ourselves to book a local LG authorized repair service.< /div>

There were only two local LG authorized repair dealers near our area. My husband called the first one, Jersey Coast Appliance in Toms River, NJ, and was told that the service call would be $109.95 just for diagnosis. Even though they are on the LG Web Site as an authorized service provider, they stated that "they don't work with LG for warranty parts, " so we'd have to absorb the cost of any necessary parts. He scheduled an appointment for Saturday, 02/17.

I called the other local dealer, Alpha Appliance Service in Jackson, NJ. on 02/16, and was told that they do deal with LG for warranty parts and that their service charge would be $85 to diagnosis, which would be applied to the cost of the repair order. So, I called Jersey Coast Appliance back to cancel the appointment with them. Alpha Appliance came out on Monday, 02/19 and stated that the refrigerator needed a compressor, evaporator assembly, filter, dryer, R134A, new Freon. They charged a total of $560, plus $37.10 tax, for a total of $597.10 for a half-hour diagnostic call and a two hour repair call. The warranty on their labor is for only 90 days.

I feel like we've been victimized twice, once by Hurricane Sandy, and now by LG.

LG Electronics tv

It is very disappointing that I bought the LG TV, model 55UJ 7500 on 01-Oct-17 at retailer shop. However, the malfunction occurred less than 3 months (Date of call was 07-Mar-2018). After LG technical representative checking, he confirmed the malfunction should be caused by defective panel PCB. Meanwhile, the counter indicated the usage time is less too

It makes me feel desperate, I don't expect that TV cost over HKD%10K, but it product quality and reliability are low & bad like this.

Moreover, I had told customer service staff I requested to carry out product exchange to another brand new (same model) and had required her to escalate to her supervisor after rejected me. Also, she made me very upset due to she asked the field technician to call back me and persuade me to repair the defective TV only.

I want to ask is it the normal service level & culture of LG enterprise globally. If yes, I won't further straggle it anymore and accept the repairing.

However, I MUST NOT buy any LG product in the future due to low quality, low reliability, & low customer service level.

By the way, there is order no. for your information. RNP180306016415. Hopefully, I'm expecting there will be sincere feedback from your customer service by TODAY.

LG Electronics eg9600 curve tv

I paid 5300.00 for TV. The Screen has defect vertical line down the left center of screen. Iit cost me over 200.00 per month to watch this TV...LG will not stand behind product. I realize it was out of warranty so they sent me to repair store they can t get replacement screen. The screen only is 2850+tax none are in stock @LG...what a joke. I guess they are going up like flash cubes honoring extended warranty holders.

i sent my proof of purchase they keep passing me around from one department to another.
