Dear Sir,
Good day to you,
In a very short sentences:
1- My name is : Maged Helmy EL-Mankabady – I live in Cairo – EGYPT – I working as an Architecture Consultant in one of the big offices in EGYPT(Huge number of customers)
2- I bought LG refrigerator model no. GN-B622HLCL Dated 3/11/2016 (less than 1 year) from Cairo
3- It was working fine till last week that suddenly damaged (freezer & refrigerator) dated 9/9/2017& that cause damage in food & also in (Insulin ampules) that is using for my little daughter) diabetes.
4- I called the Hotline in EGYPT (19960) they answered they will send a technical person in 2 days
5- The technical came and said the compressor has been damaged with no clear reason
6- Unfortunately they told me the compressor is not available now in stock for EGYPT and they will try bring it on next 20/9/2017 – but they are not sure due to Government polices & instructions
7- Again unfortunately they told me the compressor will not be available before 26/9/2017 – but also they are not quite sure
8- So I’m facing a very big problem as I couldn’t stay all this time to solve this problem due to my situation and my needs to keep the medicine of my daughter always in the refregetor
9- Also I’m sure as you are one of the big firms & brands in the world you will not accept under any conditions this situation (compressor damaged in less than 1 year) and the very bad impression which can be settled in the market & also my huge society from this small problem according to your big name in the market
