In October 2014 I sent a book order along with the payment for same to LexisNexis Canada for a legal book. A few months later not having heard or received anything I sent emails to the customer service division and other persons concerning this order. At first lexis nexis denied having received any order and payment from me even thought I had evidence that they had received same. Sometime earlier this year I received an email from one Barbara Brumwell in Canada informing me that they found the order and that the book would be shipped to me free of cost and my payment returned due to their mistake. To date this has not happened. I contacted lexis nexis UK head office and communicated with Paul Walker the complaints manager, who after some emails informed me not to contact him again as it was not their problem but LN Canada. No one is communicating with me any more and I have still not received anything after all these months. Please help. My email is
