My husband and I signed up for Lexington law because Trulia.com recommended it due to having low credit scores. We stayed with them for 7 months and had old account (7 years or more) inquiry removed.
On the 7 months they hadn't disputed the items that were on my current reports. We was paying the $200 per months. On the 5th month we realized what the heck we had gotten our self into. We checked the reviews and saw we wasn't alone.
We came to the conclusion to followed the advise from different portal and cancel our "non-contract". Customer service are rude, she tried to convince to offer low our monthly payment to $69.97 and the next two following months of 50% off the $69.97 to each. We mentioned that we are not happy and would like to cancel. We asked if there was hidden fee because when we spoke to the first person to signed up, she said "you can cancel any time and it will be no charges"; They lie, there were hidden charges of $69.97 or more.
Lexington law is a complete scam and waste of money...
Reason of review: Pricing issue and not resolving current credit issues.
Monetary Loss: $1400 + hidden fee $140

I just terminated my application. They repeatedly asked for documents I had already provided. When I told them I had provided the information already they indicated the items hadn't been cleared by an underwriter. But the worst thing was despite being approved they wanted to run another credit bureau report with my husband as primary. We both have credit scores over 800 but they said it had to be run. We were going to put more than 50% down and had provided bank statements showing we had more money than the loan amount we were requesting.

I only gave them a 1 because I could not give them a zero.it has been over a year now and they have failed to deliver what was promised at initial sales call. They have threatened me with letters from their attorney stating I should cease and desist from posting reviews about my experience.

If there was a rating lower than a 1 that what we would have picked. It has nothing to do with paying back as the other bad reviews have, we never even got past the application process as the reps were very inexperienced and it is obvious they're not customer oriented. It really was just such a joke, and a bad experience, and we keep our vendors and affiliates for decades usually. Highly advise NOT doing business with them. They're not someone you'd want handling any kind of finances for your company

If you ready this and still do business with them, than you deserve to get screwed!

Lexington Law is nothing more than a bunch of loan sharks who happen to buy air time on major media stations to establish credibility.

We spent thousands of dollars with them, They are incompetent, do not speak English and they are a big fraud. They did not post as guaranteed on the front page of their website. Their support team do not communicate with each other. They got us locked out of our credit monitoring services, lost our passwords.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in Lexington Law. Just yesterday, I signed up for the service and spent over 1 1/2 hours with Marissa, a Credit Consultant. I paid for the credit report even though this website, along with others indicate it's free of charge instead of the $14.99 I paid. During the session, we went over every single credit item (and there are lot of them) on all three bureaus. Today, I receive an email asking me to go through my credit reports and identify those items that need to be disputed one by one. This couldn't be true, since I completed the process yesterday. I called in and waited. The Paralegal explained that my file had not been completed. In fact, Marissa, labeled each item as not applicable. What? It may seem small to them, but dealing with credit issues is hard and painful. It's important to know you can believe it people who are working on your behalf; not to mention the service is NOT free. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course, no one is available. Yes, I'm ranting because I'm always disappointed in poor customer service and a lack of professionalism especially when you're just getting started. The worse part is nobody and I mean nobody cares!
