There are so many things wrong with this company I don't know where to start. First they changed our delivery day 3 times, pushed it out to over a month and refused to honor their guarantee of on time shipping. They had the audacity to claim the gaurantee doesn't exist even though is brandished across their website. They tried to blame Lowe's who got the rep involved, total [censored] who said it was our fault (how we can affect shipping dates I have no idea) and we should be grateful we were getting blinds at all.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Salt Lake City, UT Finally our blames came and they were wrong!!! They were two inches out even though the box had the right measurement on it. Called Levolor, "oh that's not possible." "Oh no that's not a mistake, it's correct." The sheer stupidity of their customer service staff is awful. Now it's gonna be another month!!! Another month! Apparently, that's it being rushed. Hahaha! And there is no point complaining, honestly we just have to hope our blinds actually show up. Believe me, this isn't half of the incompetence and complete rudeness that we have encountered
