Levi Strauss & Co. 559 jeans

I bought a pair of 559 jeans about a month ago, from a jc penny store in Valparaiso, Indiana, USA. Within the first month I noticed a thinning of the denim near the crotch of the jeans. Yesterday I noticed it wore through, leaving a noticeable hole. I'd like to be refunded the purchase price, as I am unhappy with this product.

Levi Strauss & Co. return now acknowledged and no refund

The style was a straight leg, size 28 W34 L. Last wednesday 5 Dec I received a skinny jean size 24, length very very short. I immediately mailed Levis, and took the parcel to UPS (courier) to have the jeans returned. The parcel was scanned by UPS.
To date I have received numerous automatic mails saying somebody will call me, and nobody has.
I am out of pocket by Euro 89 and cannot get anybody to respond to me.

Levi Strauss & Co. levi jeans 559

Traveled 80 miles to buy this pair of pants. I wore them that evening for my daughters Christmas play. When I got in the truck, they split right in the crotch area! How embarrassing! Had to attend the play like that. Store said they would refund but have to travel the same 80 miles. I have never had this happen before. Where is the quality of your jeans?

Levi Strauss & Co. poor customer care

Dear Sir Madam,

I have been in dispute with your company since April 2017 over two pairs of Levi 501 Jeans the metal buttons of which broke in half sheered actually. I tried contacting via telephone the numbers on your webpages but without luck. I emailed and received umpteen automatically generated emails eventually getting offered a voucher to use online. To date 20/11/18 I have still not been able to successfully use any of these vouchers online your representatives are cold and very unhelpful. I have sent a pair of the faulty jeans back ...I have since asked for their return but was told they had already been 'recycled' so now Im out of pocket for two pairs of 501 and have a pair I cant wear and your representatives recycled the other pair. This complaint was a simple one to solve someone should have just sent me out a replacement pair end of story but no its dragged on and on ...the last email I sent your company I specifically said don't contact me again unless its with a physical voucher I can use in a store and don't send me a customer feedback survey ...and what did I receive today via email a survey and another online voucher that didn't work.

Enough is enough someone please contact me

Levi Strauss & Co. 501 jeans

Bought 2 pair of levis 501 jeans on 25/8/18
At the price of £65 each. But one of the pair's have ripped on the crotch. I can't find my receipt but I have bank a statement to prove I bought these. However when I took them back to Trafford centre they said I can't get an exchange, they said I could pay to get them repaired but then after looking at the fault said they can't repair them.
I would appreciate if you could look into this for me as they are not cheap. I always shop at Levi and would like your help

Levi Strauss & Co. levi youth jeans

Levi jean blue dye product came off the jean and onto my childs legs abd hands. The dye was not immediately noticeable. It was not until my child removed the clothing to bathe the tge dye was visible abd unable to be removed by soap and water. My child became fearful, requiring emotional support. There was not any warning labels on the product to indicate that product needed to. Be washed before wearing. I wilk continue to monitor my childs skin and follow up with her doctor for further treatment.

Levi Strauss & Co. 505's

Went back to Levi's after buying Old Navy jeans for years. Bought a pair of 505'a a few weeks ago and belt loop tore after wearing 3-4 times. Wore a new pair of 505's for the very first time today 10/19/18 and damn belt loop tore again. Very dissapointed in Levi jeans. I grew up wearing them, stopped wearing them due to budget and my return to Levi was only a reminder of how profits are more important than quality and customer satisfaction.

Levi Strauss & Co. levis women black skinny fit mid rise clean look stretchable

Dear Team,

I am really disappointed with the product quality which I purchased from Myntra worth 4299INR On 21st February 2018. I was shocked that I wore this product on 11th October 2018 for the first time and after the first wash with mild detergent, taking all precautions its colour got faded. This was really a bad experience. I feel cheated the company. I would definitely say either make quality products or stop making fool of customers.

Levi Strauss & Co. customer service complaint

I contacted Levis through email to ask a simple question about the City centre York store as it is being refurbished and requested when it will be reopening as the brand new pair of Jeans i bought over a month ago is faulty. They still have not answered my question.
The customer service relations team requested i take photos, which i did and sent them on. They requested i post the faulty jeans and offered prepaid labels. Unfortunately i do not have access to a printer and was not able to do this. They then requested i go to a library and print them off. Which i am unable to do due to a complex disability. I requested that they post of the labels to me. I was told they do not have access to a print and this is not possible. I can not believe an international company doesn't have a printer. I was then told i could post them at extra cost to me and they would reimburse me, at this point i have lost faith in Levis.
I decided today to telephone and spoke to 2 women who did not listen to what i was saying and requesting, when i asked to speak to a manager i was told non available. The 2nd conversation with customer relations i didn't even get a chance to talk and was told i will speak to my manager and get back to you. I then re rang to ask to speak to someone in complaints and suddenly the telephone line was bad. In addition i asked can you tell me which country am i telephoning, the response was no.
This whole experience is not a good customer service experience and frankly all i want now is my money back!
I has saved for a long time to buy these jeans to have nothing but disappointment and made to feel crap.

Today I went to Bicester village from London to Levis shop because i like this brand,
I try jeans, t'shert and i want to buy, but cashier is very rude.
They have 2 cashiers a customer before me she going to cashier 1, and I saw cashier give to her 20% off on top discount i went to the other cashier 2 is women and she didn't give to me that 20% off.
And i was so upset all that way from London Is gone for nothing and I just left all clothes what I was buying . Shame which staff you have there,

Levi Strauss & Co. jeans

Hi there,

I bought a pair of 510 jeans around 3 years ago and they have developed a hole near the crotch.

I was not expecting these jeans to develop such a problem as I bought them to last me a good few years.

I've never had this problem with other Levi's I've had in the past. I would like to know when I can get a replacement pair.

Levi Strauss & Co. jeans and service

I baught a new pair of levi jeans and washed them along with other pairs I own. I hung them on a rack to dry. After drying the new pair had white streaks on it from the rack. All other pairs were fine.

I contacted customer support to see what we or I could do. They emailed back and said that can happen from abuse and then told me I should conserve water. When I emailed back that it was not an acceptable response and I would like to hear from someone higher, they thanked me for reaching out and said they were happy they could help.?!?!

There is no excuse for a company to respond like this to a customer or refuse to stand by their product in any capacity. Certainly. It at the prices they charge for their product. Maybe they outsourced customer support and have poor controls, but based on complaints here it appears their leaders simply don't care.

Their products should come with an "sold as is" warning on it.

Levi Strauss & Co. levis / belt loops

I have been wearing Levis pants in one form or another for 50+ years. In the last couple of years the rear belt loops on my 501/505 jeans keep breaking off. At first I thought it was just me but then the same thing started happening to my brothers. After a little research it turns out this is a Levis quality problem. I work hard for my money and $40 for a pair of pants that don't last but a few months does not work for me. Check out the Pipe Line brand of jeans at Kohl's. They are exactly the same as Levi's except for the zipper. News Flash: Levi Strauss and Co. has recently taking the corporate position of funding efforts to erode our second amendment rights... very sad for a company that was born out of the rough and tumble old west. Levi Strauss and Co. seems to have lost it's way in quality products and corporate governance.

It's the such a bad day of my life, the sales man from your Levi's Burjaman Mall named Danial Yousaf, yelled on me, his behavior was so rude and he wanted to fight with me, I controlled myself while he was so angry, and he shouted and yelled on me ...
I was just complaining about my Levi's jeans that I purchased earlier that day and given to him for alterations,
I purchased two Levi's jeans I have bills and alteration number receipt I can provide you my all details ...
And the alteration was really not good it was a different shape after alteration I just wanted to reduce some length...
I didn't take the photos of that alteration...
The other guy Mr Naveen behavior was good but he still didn't sorry for his colleague behavior...
I am so pissed and I want to hate Levi's but I can't...as I am using it since my childhood...
You can see the camera and the your salesman behavior and body language he was almost gonna fight with me with hands...
Please check the CCTV camera...
Please don't hire such kind of people in your organization...
When I left from there I handshake with both and asked their names ...
Mr Naveen is a good salesman i am purchasing from him for a long time...
I am so ashamed of myself I think now and regretting that I should fight back with your salea person I should punch him with my solid hands but somehow I controlled my self...
Please take notice of it ...

Completely Dishonest Company!

I am unsure if this message will get to you but I am completely astonished at the lack of customer service at Levi both online help and department stores.

It started with a defective pair of Levi jeans I purchased this Sping 2018. I called Levi (1800-872-5384) to find out the return policy because your department store had mentioned Levi stand by their products and offers a 2 year warranty. I spoke with a customer service rep. and was advised since I purchased the jeans in Charlotte that I would have to return the jeans at the same department store. I advised the rep. I now lived in SC and that it was 2.5hrs away. He then looked up two of the nearest locations for me to return. One in Atlanta and the other in Charlotte. So I planned a day trip with my husband and we drove to Charlotte 2.5 hrs away ONE way. Once we arrived I was told that they would not take my jeans and they could not exchange them. They mentioned I would have to go online and fill out an online store warranty form. I called the Levi customer service back and was given a a NEW story now I would have to fill out a form online. I was upset because now my husband and I had wasted 5 hrs to drive for ONE pair of jeans because I was advised by you sale rep. when all I had to do was go online to return the jeans. Then to make matters worse I get an email from a different customer service rep. saying Levi is proud to offer 3 easy return policies. The second return policy states "Returns can be made to you local Levi store which can be found by clicking here. Please keep in mind items purchased at a Levi's Outlet store location can ONLY be returned to an outlet store location."

Furthermore, I have been receiving emails from multiple reps daily about this problem and have received multiple automated emails that have NOTHING to do with the problem. Like "Sorry for your latest purchased item XXXXX we see it hasn't been delivered. You can return the item once you have received it." or "We can not locate your return defective jeans please fill out the following information and we will look into it".

I believe this is poor on Levi as a whole that you do not even read your customers emails and just send automated emails. As well as giving customer the run around and NOT solving the solution. All I asked was for one pair of jeans to be shipped to me since I spent 5hrs driving to a store location I was given by one of your reps. This has been a problem going on for 2 weeks and still none of you reps want to help with the solution and I have been moved from one rep to another whenever they refuse to help and I have to start over again and again explaining my ordeal with Levi.

This is just the beginning of the issue. I am still struggling to find a solution. No one in your company seems to have an answer or seem to know how to run a business.

Reps. I have talked to and have given me multiple stories: Amanda (Manager), Chris Grant, Samuel B., Kiara Rock, Denise, and multiple others I just did not write down.

Levi Strauss & Co. levi jeans

I recently bought a 0air of Levi Jean's from the Levi shop in Springfield park, Durban, on my second use I noticed the jeans was tearing on the inner thigh part.
I have many pair's of Levi Jeans and have never had this problem before.
I know that Levi Jean's is made of good quality denim and I am shocked that in the second use this has happened.
Now I'm not sure if this shop is selling rip offs.
I am seriously disappointed and upset because it not a cheap brand either.

Levi Strauss & Co. shoes

The new sizing system is poorly executed. I used to buy only Levi's cause they're comfortable and fit perfectly. I went from a UK 7 to a UK 7 being too big and a UK 6 being WAY too small. I am deeply disappointed in this change. Trusted brands should not just up and change their systems. It would be fine if half sizes were available, but they are not (in South Africa). I will not be supporting Levi Shoes anymore.

Ordered a pair of jeans which was in stock when I ordered them but that pair of jeans never even shipped and when I called the customer service after a month, they told me that the jeans is not in stock anymore. The person I spoke to was unhelpful and had an attitude. The customer service was terrible and I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed by their dealing. Did not expect this from Levi's!

Levi Strauss & Co. political stance contrary to u.s. constitution!

I have purchased your products for my entire life. I wasn't pleased when you moved off shore with your production plants but understood the business climate. This political STUNT you have taken to SUBVERT the U.S. Constitution will not be tolerated! You have not only lost a customer but have in fact gained and devout enemy! I will do everything in my power to make sure you lose money and influence! Attack my Constitution and I will respond!
