I purchased a Letro Legend Pool Vac about 5 years ago from 874 Jericho Tpke # 2 Huntington Sta, NY [protected]-8010. At that time, I went into this store to purchase a Polaris. You did not carry Polaris, only the Letro Legend. The salesmen talked me into buying it. Today, you don't carry this Pool vac and now only carry the Polaris. About 5 days ago, I brought my vac to be repaired. It only needs wheel bearings. When I went into the store, there were 3 sales people doing nothing, but talking. The store was empty at that time. It probably would have taken the repair specialist about one minute to see the bearings and fix or order the parts. I keep calling the store to find out when will it be ready. They keep telling me they don't have the time to look at it yet. They are to busy with allot of repairs.
That's no way to run a business. Service is the key to customer relations. This is not the first time I've had this experience in this store. Can you please try to get competent people in this store
