The title said it was a phone the picture was of earrings. As I feel anybody would I messaged her and asked is this a phone or earrings. She responded very rudely and disrespectful. She asked me to get a job or hobby she doesn't know me she doesn't know what I do. Her name is Jocelyn Albi. Then she blocked me after she was very rude to me. This was just so disrespectful and rude.

Started a chat with Tim Clark about a car. He asked for my number to send more pics. After giving him my number he blocked me. Now I'm wondering if it was some type of scam.

I don't mind if he no longer wants to sell. But I don't understand why you would block someone interested in your ad. You can see the chat stream below. I don't know what going on. But it is the first time I've tried to use "Let Go" and it's not starting out well.

from 12/07/2017 thru 12/15/2017 we were charged $1.99 a day for services we did not know we had, nor did we want. On phone number [protected] a let go app was used, but not to the knowledge of the phone owner was it considered a cost. The person thought they were using the free app and really did not sell anything with this app we were charged for. I need to have this charge of $79.00 removed from my T Mobil bill, what was being sold was not even worth this amount. The entire point of using the free app was to make some money not spend more money. No one was aware that the app had taken the let go to quick service, it was not asked for. This error was not our fault, and please contact me in regards to removing this cost. I will continue to contest this with the attorney general if necessary. This is how concern I am that we received this bill, it was not requested. Please respond, thank you for your time, Kindra L. Gillis.

There is a user contacting me. Won't let me block or report them. There account says it deleted. I beilve it is a hack because they keep messaging me. Sending me messages about my stuff that I am selling. They are harrrasing me and some how much you system. They don't have a name on their account. Messages just keep coming through to my account. I saw a post from Ryan Conner for an iPhone 6 plus. He is catfishing, I don't know how many other people, but I'm afraid for them and myself. So I didn't go, he admit he is a catfish with fake profile picture. He kept saying I look like a crazy person. So you guys need to watch out for these people. He wasted my time and effort. And it is not acceptable.

A Caucasian guy named Larry falsely advertised a 3 seat couch claiming that it was leather, bug free and pet free. Not only did i pay him $160 for the couch but i also paid him $15 for the delivery fee. The next day i woke up itching and later discovered that in between the couch cushions there were obscene amounts of what looked liked cat fur and flea eggs caked in the seams of the couch. He did not give me his number and is not verified thru letgo.

I am selling bras and a male user asked if he may try one on in my home. I'm reportin due to harrassment. Please see photos for fuether description of this incident. I'm unable to find another way to report this, so I do hope I am contacting the correct entity. I would hate for this to happen to a vulnerable person and that person be in potenting danger. I've blocked the user as of now.

My husband and I have been scammed twice now, once successfully with an item worth $300. Luckily, I caught the other guy soon enough so that I wasn't out a laptop and $600 that I was selling it for. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using your company anymore. If you guys can't figure out a way to verify your customers and keep people honest then your business will crash and burn very quickly. I'm so upset about all this and I will also be urging all my friends and family to stop using your app.

I just spent a lot of time and effort to post listings for 3 Skid Tanks that we own. These are simply empty fuel storage tanks that we own and want to sell.

I cannot determine why you flagged and discarded these 3 listings. I have reviewed all of the terms of service and restricted items lists and I do not see a single way in which I violated any rule. I would like to know what was wrong or incorrect so that I do not make such a mistake in the future.

A stolen slot machine was reported by a victim of a burglary in Mesa, AZ. The victim stated they saw their slot machine on Letgo posted by a seller named "Kimberli Danielle". The listing was for a 1946 10 cent Golden Nugget slot machine.
I'm doing a subpoena for the information of the account of 'Kimberli Danielle', but need the information of where to send it.

I get that you arent allowed to sell animals on the site. Yet i also didnt know photos of items for sale that may contain livestock and farm animals first gets you called "rascist", "cruel", and various threats of death and dismemberment. Then when these rude, ignorant, and downright hostile people complain...letgo lets-you-go. Am i a rascist because my pigs offended a muslim? A site or service that controls such a surprising chunck of our economy shouldnt be influenced or controlled by the political whims of any side. This is bad business.

I collect antique cars, so I am always browsing for ones to rebuild and/or parts! While browsing I came across a user (Lamont Carney) who I had dealings with before who is a fraud and scam artist.

He presents himself as a car dealer when really he just buys junk from the auction and then tries to sell to unsuspecting consumers. In fact, one of his listings actually belongs to another owner because I actually looked at this vehicle a few weeks prior after seeing it listed on another site. When this particular user lists items, I can assure you that it is never in the condition as listed. As I said, I have crossed paths with this user before.

And to add insult to injury, when you pass on this user's items, he is pushy, rude, and beligerent! I presented all of this to Letgo, and after several days they finally responded that the user and his items from the pictures listed appear to be legit and that he is following all of the community guidelines! You have got to be kidding me! How can you sell a car that is not yours, and the owner backed up my statement with proof that the car is not that of the user?

Letgo is just an enabler for scams and fraud.

I did my part, and I just hope that other consumers beware of the shenanigans of this horrible app! It is all one big scam and they administrators are not interested in protecting you!

Joe Roberts of socastee SC is selling stolen golf cart batteries. He sold a set to me with all the labels removed and couldn't explain why. He offered a 30 day warranty in which he did not honor. Tried to return 2 of the batteries and he simply blocked me after numerous attempts of trying to contact him. I only want my $100 back and I'll be happy. Sellers like this bring down the letgo reputation. Been using letgo for a while now. This is my first issue.

i dont understand how you continue to allow persons such as joey m. to sell firearms when its against the rules.. he has sold several on letgo. others are selling firearms also but evidently you have no one watching these violations. I am a retired police officer. Its this kind of activity that allows peopke not qualified to own a weapon legally. Plus the idea of a terrorists beibg able to buy firearms at will ... this listing a weapon as an "airsoft" weapon is so obviously bogus its not funny. I will (once again) be boycotting letgo and not buy nor sell on it and will pass the word on to others until i see the likes of joey m. halted / banned from letgo and any others of the such. I have posted a 15.5" tall glass Budwieser /Nascar commemorative bottle. It does not and never has had any type of liquid in it. It was purchased through a Nascar website ( they don't sell alcohol). It has a plastic lid on top that just pushes on. It in no way could be used to perserve any type of liquid. They are advertised as banks. It commemorates Dale Earnhardt JR's rookie year in Nascar. I searched your site just locally and there are all kinds of beer signs, mugs, bottles and kegs for sale. Example is a Budwieser / Cincinnatti Bengals beer bottle for sale. That had alcohol in it at one time as did numerous beer cans for sale. I am absolutely stunned that you keep rejecting my post. I am one to follow rules and guidelines. I have no problem with that. I met the guy « ace lerau » in front of his « office ». He gave me his number ‭ [protected]‬. He sold me an iphone 7 plus. We checked together the serial number on line. I paid cash.
Once home I tried to put the sim card.. It gave me chinese.. Then I went on youtube and saw how to detect a fake one. I tried to contact him. I called and left messages. I also sent him on letgo. He read them but never answered back. Then he reviewed me with 1 star! Wth?
Not hoping for my money to be returned! I am sorry but letgo « let me go.. Down ». I don't want to deal with you and I will warn all my friends and family... Sooooo saaaad!
