I think it is absurd that someone can discard a product off your website without review either out of spite or maybe competitiveness or maybe just wanting to mess around. I had my air conditioner removed because of what? It resembled the dehumidifier that i was also selling? I had other products removed because maybe another product that i posted was in the background? And some were removed just because? I need to sell this stuff and i have a short time to do so and that is nobodies fault but my own but to not be given the chance i deserve is ridiculous. Its one thing if it was offensive or illegal but this is not the case and you guys really have to fix this. Pony up and add the necessary payroll for a review system of some sort.

My ex husband shane bailey of mars hill Nc took my daughters iPhone 5 that her now deceased grandmother bought her last Christmas and sold it on his girlfriend's Facebook page kassie Robinson through mars hill letgo. We have tried to get this phone back from him for several months. His mother died and he and his girlfriend ate selling things. This was not Thiers to sell. It was physically my daughters.. Holding precious sentimental photos of her grandmother. This is so wrong.

I am trying to reach out to a user with name Alena from Brampton L6X 0E5 who has put an add a month back but she is not responding at all. I am not sure if she is receiving any messages from letgo. I am pretty sure that she is active as she has sold many items just that she is not receiving any messages. Can you please call her to check why isn't she responding.

I use Letgo all the time and there is someone following me on here and consistently making horrible reviews about me how I sent his daughter sexual messages which is not true. The person's name is Adam Simpson and I need to get this guy off of my reviews. He's ruining any future purchases of my interest. I have many reviews on my review page and there all great. The latest review was 7 days ago, I first dealt with this person about 6 months ago on a conversation that went side ways quick so I blocked this person and they keep making updated reviews so some people don't want to sell to me. I just noticed that the heading of this review must be from your side where it says this review is being verified which will expose this person's lies. Once again his name is Adam Simpson he need to be removed all together from Letgo.

I was scammed / fraud from another let go customer as I contacted the bank since it was done through email transfer . Person has not got back to me on my parcel that was suppose to be shipped and nothing was in my mail like he said it would be sent or has been sent so he says . The tracking number he gave me ain't in Canada post tracking system . His let go account is now deleted and he has collected my money already . I have an ongoing investigation with my bank who will find out more about

I am not able to send messages for some reason and all my messages are also deleted. I am picking up a couple things today and now I can't verify with them that I'm coming or get their address. Is there something wrong with the site?
I don't know if it's something has been done to just my account or if it is the whole site that it having issues.

We agreed to meet at 6:30. I text him and told him I had to go to the bank and was running a little late. He responded while I was driving to his house asking what time. When I did not immediately respond he said he would pass because I would be late and he had things to do. I told him I was driving and could not look at his text. I drive an hour to get there and I was 15 minutes late and he was not there. He should be banned from selling.

This woman name Neacil koper told me she wanted to buy this certain dress from me. And she came to my home and in stead of buy the dress she had this old wedding dress she wanted me to buy off her. I told her I don't do that my company starlite bridal doesn't deal with old clothes like that. She got very upset and she said some very bad reviews about me. Which is very bad for my business please look at her reviews and I want her never to come on my Ada and harass me no more

We just got a bad review for no reason the lady lied about everything she said we didnt show up we didnt tell her sorry or anything but we did. We agreed on a place to meet and the lady agreed but then when we go to that place shes at a different store then what we agreed on. But we still went to her and took her the item to buy. But shes say mean stuff about us when we didnt even do anything to her. Were not on this app for drama but is there anyway u could take the review done we can send u the messages for proof if u need us to please let go

My boyfriend and I have been talking to this person Jaime Sedillo since the 4th of Sept to purchase this spuds Mackenzie photo. They told us they'd meet us and failed to respond to our texts and letgo msgs even after reading them. The wife msgd me and said she was sorry that her phone was stolen and would talk to her husband about giving me the picture. She told me her husband wanted the full price of 50.00 although we agreed on 30.00. Tonight, sept 18th, we were supposed to meet again and we waited over another hour for them. We called, left msgs and nothing in return. We want to say this is the worst letgo seller we've dealt with and we've bought alot on this site from others.

I recently bought a Samsung note 4 from user Tanya f. I paid cash for the product and now Tanya f has reported it stolen resulting in my phone service getting shut off. How do in either get my money back or get the phone cleared for not stolen? Also her ads are false advertising she promised as well as her ad said the note 4 was unlocked for any service, that is not true at all.

The person came and checked out the phone from me, the phone is brand new never been used. I negotiated the price with him. He put his own sim card in it to check it out. He checked the phone out for at least 15 mins. I am guessing he set it up as his own as well. Now he texted me saying he does not like how the screen, he says its smaller than what he usually uses, and that he gave it a try and he is not happy with it. I am very weary about meeting with this person again, they kinda weirded me out. We shook on the deal and he gave me $160 when the asking price was $200. Should I meet with him again to give him is money back and get the phone back, or should I say no refunds? Thank you.

Erans Williams contacted me regarding a product I had for sale. I told him it was the first time I had used LetGo, so please be patient with me. He said he wanted to buy a $100 item, but was out of town for work and would send a check. The check would be for an amount over the asking price, because he would have a "Mover" pick up the item, and the extra money was for his fee. Erans asked for my phone number and address, which I provided.
He asked me to delete the item from LetGo, and while I was looking online to find out how to do it, I came across this very scam.
I received the check today for $600 and took it to the police department and made a report. He texted me numerous times from phone number
[protected]. There is a notice saying Account pending moderation on LetGo regarding his account.

why was my ad discarded i understand drugs are not allowed but medical weed is leagal through L A R A i am a card holder in michigan and was looking for patiants also with a mmmp card so this was a leagal ad so why was it discarded ? i did not break any rules or selling products that was not leagal i have been selling on letgo for some time now and this is the first getting something discarded if its leagal to be a caregiver and to have pataints in the state of michigan please tell me why my ad has been discarded thank you in advance .;... my name is kevin martin please email me with results at [protected]@aol.com or through the letgo site thanks

Stop flagging my [censor]ing post, I change everything about it and your still flagging it as a damn duplicate, I want it to be more recent because I deleted it over a month ago and now I go to post it and your constantly flagging it! Very disappointed in you guys I tried making a new account to and it is still saying it is a duplicate. I just want to sell my item and you people are preventing that.

I wanted to make aware to whom it may concern about an assault on a 17yr. old that took place yesterday as a result of this site. When the 17yr. Old boy walked up to Ben's truck to inquire about the transaction the boy handed Ben the 2 Mario 3Ds games and when the boy felt something was'nt right he asked for them back, and at that momment that's when Ben backed his truck up and was head on with the boy. The boy was scared and started running and Ben was chasing him down the street in his truck. Ben stopped in the middle of the Street, got out and approached the boy. The boy was pushed to the ground and choked from behind using a choke hold. After Ben choked him he got back in his truck and threw out just the case the games were in and said "what is this [censor]" then drove away with the boy's games. Once the boy arrived at home the police were notified and they contacted medics. When fire and ambulance arrived the report was taken and medics determined he needed to be transported to the hospital. We spent all day yesterday in the emergency room due to this assult. I want to try and prevent this from happening to anyone else and their family. The turn out could have been A LOT worse and I think there needs to be a better way of controlling this site and protecting minors from the use of it!

I was left a bad review after the man, Jacob Fuerst, did not show up to meet after saying he would. We had talked about a meet up for me to sell some Gameboy Advanced games for $20. I am in high school, and this man is a [censor]. I have another seller, so the issue isn't the money itself, it's the rating my account will receive. I'd like to continue selling, therefore the bad rating just does not look good for my account. Very odd man child, please resolve.

So I have been trying to see my boyfriends PS4 for him but he's been having a lot of issues with the console, he couldn't find a cord to it and the controllers weren't charging, so I decided to take the product down until we could figure out the issues. I was the verbally abused by a buyer who was mad that I took the listing down, I did try reporting him last night but he since continued the aggressively rude abuse. I've included pictures of the things he said to me.

So every time I get a message or look in my messages, all the threads are blank and I can't receive any messages that were sent to me. It says I have a message and when I open the thread the whole thing is blank. So basically I've tried everything and nothing is working. I need this to get resolved so I can continue selling.its interference is becoming a problem as I can not have any contact with the people wanting to buy my products nor can I buy anything from anyone because I have absolutely no contact with them. I'm not sure if this is a technical error or something is going on with my settings but I've done everything I can and it seems to be a technical error or bug within the app.

I tried to place a complaint on the customers page but it would let me. I bought a vacuum cleaner off of a lady yesterday. I sent them a message today advising then that it had only worked for 5 minutes then stopped and they blocked me. She had advised me when we met up and in the post that it worked great . the name is Joshua Drake. I am out $20. I had buy another vacuum cleaner that is working great now. I am not sure if there is something that can be done about this. Because she false advertised it.
