Letgo cammers

Can you please provide better user screening to protect honest people? I'm a new member of letgo and in less than a month was scammed out $1580.00. You removed the scammers account but a day too late. My savings account is now gone. I'm foreclosing june 5th and the money I was raising was for my move. Not a very secure and safe company that would allow this to occur. Plan to delete my account.

Letgo products stolen

A user stole items from my house and is trying to sell it on letgo. I have the receipts for the products. And I am filing a police report. I'm waiting on the police now. The person selling the stuff is named Senrab Barnes. He goes by the name of Caine Westar. His date of birth is 03/06/87. He is currently in San Diego CA. Letgo my account getting suspended for no good reason

Hello, my account is under the email [protected]@hotmail.com. I have been suspended for no good reason. I have verified my account 2 time, 1 through Facebook and 1 through my Google account. The one posting I had up had a very good description of the product and whenever anyone was interested in the product I made sure they read the description before attempting to buy. I have sold plenty of times on eBay without any problem, infact received nothing but good feedback. But on the very first day of using Letgo my account is under review and by the 3rd day suspended reguardless if I sent a email to customer support? You guys don't even give me a chance nor try to support me. I am automatically put to the stake to burn, accused as if this was a witch trial. I want my account unsuspended or provide me with proof that customer support has good reason to suspend my account.

Yes! I have the exact situation! In fact I asked the same exact questions as you and I received exactly the same email response. Exact wording! Have you been reinstated yet? If so, how long did it take them to reinstate you? And did they ever admit that it was an error on their part? I know it's been a few months since you posted but could you answer? It's not really any big deal it's just that I am offended that they would do this to me. I am a straight-up good person. It bugs the hell out of me to have this judgment past without being able 2 get additional information or tell my side. Thanks so much for your time.

Well they re-activated my account pretty much right away and I can send and receive messages again. They said it was an error by an automated system that they implemented in order to combat scammers and spammers. They said they didn't mean to inconvenience genuine users such as myself. No harm no foul.

Why are my items showing as being in santa clara, ca? Im in phoenix, arizona... And there's no one to contact on the site, nor an email... Geez, how can I sell my items if they are supposedly in another state? And there is no way to edit my pictures once they are on there, help me out here... Not happy... Just got on here, and already disappointed.

I am complaining about I have put pictures on there my product I'm going to feel my baby food milk and cereal and it will not let me do it I don't know if somebody complained on me or not so I'm having problems with try to upload it and it's keep this Garden so if you could email me back a very preciate it. Letgo someone using my identity

Someone has created an account in my name, and using all of my info. I have been contacted by the police investigating a sale using your app. Whoever this person is has been using my info for atleast 1 month or longer. They have made atleast 1 or 2 sales using all of my info including my address in 1 sale. The only thing that i know they arent using is my email address. I would appreciate hearing back from someone as soon as possible

Letgo was sold a broken computer from someone who said it worked great.

They stole 300.00 from me. Julia Constance sold me a Mac mini for 309.00 cash and swore it was in excellent condition. She lied. The day I bought it I hooked it up and it would not start. I then called apple support and gave them the serial number. They confirmed that someone else called with the exact same problem and no resolution. She claimed it was in excellent condition and I got screwed. I hold letgo responsible for this and will be contacting the authorities.

Letgo putting up the product

Basically I'm trying to up my listing so basically it will show up on the top when someone wants to buy something. The "Up listing" by sharing your product button is not there anymore for me so technically all of my products are super hard to buy and nobody sent me 1 message at all for the past 3 weeks 🙁 I really got lots of customers and you can look at my account it is Alexey McDaniel I sold lots of things but now I'm selling like no products at all because the up listing button is not there on my products when I select them can you please fix this somehow

Letgo review

I have had 2 people that are pissed off and incompetent leave me bad reviews because I wouldn't sell them my items at their low ball offers. The reviews are being verified yet it has said that for some time now. I need these reviews deleted because they are false and making me look bad. Whoever thought leaving reviews for people randomly is an idiot. Should be like offer up after you sell an item to someone you can leave a legit review. Please fix immediately.

Letgo wendi bonck seller on letgo

Good afternoon. I have a major complaint about Wendi Bonck. She has my account picture on her page spreading lies about me. Yet whenever I report it, nothing happens it's still there when I go to her page. Yet whenever I put her picture up, it gets taken down. Please shut her page down completely. She is scamming people. Whenever I post pictures of items I'm selling they get removed yet nothing has happened with her account. Something needs to be done.

Letgo harassment

I am being harassed online by a customer of your that I have had to report to the police. He is threatening me and my family. I submitted a complaint to your organization but you have done nothing to block this guy who keeps sending us messages. It has become quite distressing for my wife and myself and is no bordering on causing mental distress. Why don't you follow up on submitted complaints about dangerous people? That is not good business and I have a log of complaints and messages that wont look good when and if this goes to legal action.

Letgo roku stick that I didn't get

His name was Terry then Thomas he blocked me after he left me for I had the time to see that he gave me a usb plug instead of a roku I could not leave a comment and rate him on how he ripped me off he took my 30 bucks and didn't even think about now that I looked at the pics it looks like he takes pics of boxes he already has the roku back up for sale is there anyway that you can kick him off this site there's no telling how many he has ripped off and blocked can you pull him up where I filed a complaint on his profile

Letgo chat technical problems

Hi:

I'm trying to chat via my home PC using Windows with a Toronto seller over an item. The chat has been brief, but sometimes it takes 20 mins. or even longer for a phrase that I send to appear in the chat box.

Just now, I sent a line of text to the other party, and a message she sent 5 HOURS AGO just appeared now. This is very frustrating, and makes it near impossible to do a deal.

Letgo misrepresentation of product

4/10/17

A 2009 CRF 450r dirt bike was purchased from the let go seller [censored] GM in the amount of $2100. Mr GM stated in the chat the bike has not been started recently but worked perfectly. I arrive looked over the item and we tried to get in started with no luck. Mr. Gm stated that started last week and I ask him if anything major was wrong with the bike. He stated no and I shook his had on that. Purchased the bike and droped it off at the deanship for repair. Dealership is stating the motor is blow and will need repair. The motor repair bill will be around $1000.00 dollars.

I have sent the seller Mr. Gm a message explaining this and asked if we could work something out He has read the message but has not responded.

I need help holding the seller accountable for what he said and what he sold.

Letgo my ads are discarding

Hi there,

I posted more than 5 tv ads and then all of an sudden it is discarding most of my ads. This is not happening to one of my ads, it's happening to more than 5 of my ads. I try ti post the ads again, my ads are there for 5 seconds and then it deleted more than 5 of my ads again. So therefore, I am not able to post all of the tv ads I want to post and if I post it, most of them are discarding. Please try to fix the issue

Letgo customer threatening

The person i was going to sell something to, threatened to beat me up in other words. What they had said to me came off rude and I pointed it out. The person threatened to beat my butt because to them I came off rude and i was not trying to be. When I was stating I didn't want to trade with anything they were selling. I put a screen shot of the conversation. I reported him on the app and honestly think he should not have an account on here if he's going to threaten to beat someone up if they seem rude or come off like they are. As well I'm a 17 year old female and being threatened a guy I don't know. As well could have been dealt with differently and as immure as it was. I blocked this person and will report till something is actually done. I

I am hoping that there is a way to retrieve deleted chat logs. I do not recall the individuals' name I sold a dirt bike to on letgo in October 2016. I am experiencing issues related to that individual not registering the dirt bike.
