Letgo product taken down

I am very upset your team took down my car I posted on let go because it said it violates your terms and conditions but I read them and there is nothing that violates it and it upsets me very much because I had multiple inquires on it and now they are gone. This is poor moderation on your teams part and I believe you need to reevaluate the way you run some of your servers.

Letgo purchased air conditioner

I already reported this Seller, but heard nothing from anyone from let go. This is what I just wrote again since there was no follow up from let go or no fair solution from the seller. The site wouldn't allow me to send so I am sending it here because I spent too much time writing it and am having a hard time that nothing can be done or nothing will be done.

I sent a message to you all weeks ago about this purchase. This individual sold me a defective air conditioner. If you look into what he says from it being not very old, even suggesting insulation for the tubing that goes to the window. I am disappointed that I didn't hear back from anyone at letgo. Is there anything you are doing to prevent things like this from happening? I can't even leave a review to warn others of my experience. Then he goes any tries to flip this on me. I didn't contact him right away as I didn't hook it up right away. I have since done some research on this product and some reviews are stating the same problem I am having. If indeed I am just screwed out of my $150, then my faith and trust in purchasing anything from this site is declined significantly. I'm very disappointed as I sit here in a room that is showing 85 degrees with the air conditioner on high and lowest temp blowing cold air. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone here, for it makes no sense why it's not cooling off the space. It also seems there really is no way to contact you other than like this. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com or [protected]. I'm at a loss here and can't just run out and spend another $150 on another air conditioner. Letgo I am complaining about a bad user

I was selling two products on letgo to a supposed "good" reviewed buyer
I didn't realize that they were going to Pay TEN DOLLARS less than the price I was going for
Not only were the items NOT NEGOTIABLE but after I agreed to meet them, I contacted them with a better offer for both of us. I was going to let them pay 5 extra dollars for the same thing they should've paid 30 dollars for. I'm somewhat new at selling, but I'm not blind to know that their next actions were horrible. They said they didn't want to pay for them and I said, well the offer is pay full price for one product or buy both and get 5$ off, they said "NO THANKS ILL PASS" and in a moments time before I had the opportunity to reply or do anything, they blocked me and gave me a terrible review :(
I am very outraged because I am a good seller and I am patient and I wouldn't mind working with them to fix the situation, but now not only can I NOT REMOVE THE TERRIBLE REVIEW but I can not review them. In no way is that first, fair, but second ridiculous. Now instead of being five stars I am 3 stars and they are still 5 stars since I couldn't review them. I would like their review to be taken off my account, and put on theirs or have their account removed

Letgo other user

Another user (Ethan Irvin) has been attacking me and made a false review of me. This review contains false information. He was using vulgar language and was name calling. Due to this review, I will now have a bad image in other people's eyes. In the past, I have had very good conversations with many great people. This person went overboard when I told him I would appreciate a response on whether he was still interested in my product or not. I have nothing but respect for the people who contact me. I would like this review to be removed from my account if at all possible. Thank You

Hello good morning,

I am new to your application. I joined about 1-2 weeks ago and I apologize for having to announce that I've already had a bad experience using it, which of course I do not blame on you guys. I put up two electronic items for sale which were an iphone 5 (white) and an iphone 5s (white). A user by the name of Marie04 who said her real name is Kayla Diaz sent me a chat message and from there we discussed the condition and prices of my products. We came to an agreement that I would make sure she got them in good condition via mail and she would then finalize the payment which I decided to choose the option of her depositing the money into my account. I sent the items on friday and she received them on saturday. I was very professional as well as polite with this individual and provided her with my personal number and the tracking number. I explained to her that I was selling those two items for someone that I knew. She said she would pay but its been days without me even getting a response from her and I'm wondering what to do to get my money $240 in total. My personal name is Delonya Figueroa, however the name I use on let go (simply because I don't like my actual name) is chantel brooks. Letgo I don't understand why my post was removed?

I posted just one picture to start, which was a cute display of the product with the free gift upon purchase of a starter kit and I was removed for listing of poor. So I want to know what needs to be done differently for that not to happen? Thank you Lindsay

Letgo fake review

Seller contacted me and wanted to buy my item. He then wanted to trade. I refused the trade as he told me that the items hes trading are modd'd xboxs that he recently got banned from paypal and ebay for. He got upset and left a bad review and blocked me. I had put in a verification of the review over 1 month n half ago and its still there. Irritating that Letgo doesn't care to resolve this quickly. Letgo name is under Canaan H.

Letgo 3 of my reviews on my profile are fake

Two people messaged me and when I could not message them back they got mad and gave me a bad review saying I didn't show up and was rude and slow at replying when I had never said I'd meet them, one was a kid who wanted me to buy his stuff but contacted me about my stuff. Another was a 15 year old who wanted me to deliver a $5 game 40 minutes away and I told him no. The last review I got was a guy who updated his review(don't know how he did that) he lied to me about things I traded him he gave me a bunch of cases with no games in them and a bunch of consoles with no cords! We traded I gave him brand new in the box tablets and I even charged them and left them on so when we met he would see they work. He messaged me and said that I scammed him that the BRAND NEW tablets don't work. Then blocked me and gave me a horrible updated review. I'm a honest seller/trader I don't appreciate that letgo let's idiots review decent people just because they are slower at replying and the other person doesn't get what they want. I didn't leave the last guy a bad review I gave him 5 stars even though he screwed me over with two tablets that cost $146 and two more that cost $100 each . It's kind of funny that I have great reviews and then 3 bad ones. Doesn't make sense . I don't think people should be allowed to update their review because now I can't change my review on his item. Please remove these reviews I have reported all of them .

Letgo I sold an item to tiff kochuz

I sold an item to a person she seen it in person I told her the pieces that we're missing it was an item that was like 50 60 bucks I remember how much I told her 15 we ended up being on 10 and then she sends me a message that she wants her money back that she found another one elsewhere I told her I don't know how you think this works but there's no I'm not going to go do that I don't have time to be giving money back then she's going to get really upset and tell me that she's going to report me and that offensive towards me I've sold items on let-go and bought items on let-go it have never had any issues but this person I am reporting her because I don't think it's fair for her to treat me like this when she seen the item and why is she acting like that she even created another profile to harass me that's not fair her other profile is tiff koz she is from Shorewood Illinois thank you

I'm having a customer harass me. He lied about having books and and when I confronted him about scamming me he keeps giving me back reviews. So I just figured I'd ignore it because I'm an adult but then he went onto my Facebook and started harassing my friends on there. The proof he was on my Facebook is he mentioned making Gary a sandwich... Gary is my husband and I've never mentioned him. Is this how you let things be conducted? I loved this site but I don't want me or my friends to be harassed by some rude man. Please look into it. His user name is Ebe. Btw I didn't not show up because he never had books to give away. Please remove because it's false

Letgo buyer bad review on seller

A buyer failed to show for time and place scheduled, when I repeatedly texted him he kept saying he would be there shortly but never showed. I texted him stating that I was leaving and he said he was very close, I waited again but still didn't show. He texted me with vulgar language (have text messages), and gave me a bad review. This person should be removed from LetItGo for this behavior.

Letgo the app itself

Today was the first time in two days that I can get the chat to come up every other page of yours would come up except that one so I could not answer anybody that was sending me messages and tonight it won't let me Mark items as sold and I had one lady really upset with me about it but it won't let me marked them And I am also worried about complaints because it won't let me answer in a timely manner and because I'm not marking them as sold but the app is not letting me do that so what do I do?

Letgo the app

I hate this app. Fairly useless to sell things. 95% of people asking me "Is this still available" do not respond once they have been told "Yes."

My items get "vaforited" (whatever that means), but I cannot delete these notifications, so now I have dozens of "favorited" items, even the ones I no longer have because I gave them away a long time ago.

It is also impossible to send the developers feedback, even though with every update they thank the users for feedback.

In short, a piece of crap not worth your time.

This user rated me with one star, said I was untrustworthy and called me and offensive name because I wouldn't trade my Playstation 4 for his Playstation 3 which is a very unfair trade. Please check my chats with him if you can and my reviews my let go name is Russell Swan, please rid your let go of him as he is offensive and a liar. Letgo another scam today

I need your help. This has been going no too long.

Geez guys. You need to upgrade your filters. I get every personal scam offer (texts, personal email) overtime. In so far 75 % have been scams! Im sure you're working on it but please. It takes time to respond to their multiple messages before I can ascertain the authenticity.

I know this is an ongoing problem but other services I use are much better prepared.

Letgo julian rosas, listings in searcy arkansas and surrounding

I bought an AT&T Ipad from this man, He had the receipt where he bought and paid for it of which I have a copy after about 30 days he has reported it lost or stolen and I see he now has the replacement Ipad on letgo for sale and many other "New in the box items. He has now blocked me on letgo and refuses to return my calls. I have talked to AT&T and was told they are very familiar with him and his dealings but there is nothing they can do

Letgo iphone 7 plus

This person named Ellie was selling a iPhone 7plus .We agreed on a offer of $250 and I told her that meeting up would be better because I will have trouble trusting you and she said only if I send her the money via cash app. I did and we were suppose to meet at the river walk downtown Detroit and she never showed up and blocked me twice on letgo. The first time I was at the river walk waiting is when she blocked me. The second time when I kept asking her where is she and why she blocked me. Please help! I want my money back asap

Letgo scam/tv

Conducted business w/ Sonia Khos who was actually named Nkesi Teniola to sell her a tv. She sent a check that was "accidentally" much more than the price of the tv. She told me to deposit check in my account and wait for the funds to be available so that I can make a cash deposit of the difference of the check and tv into her account. Once I did that, the check bounced in my account leaving me -$1805 and leaving her with a cash deposit of the money. I was told by both banks nothing could be done so I went to the police. The police wanted me to show them the messages from letgo app but when I checked back, the buyer's profile was pending moderation and the conversation was not visible. Please help. Just need the message thread.

Letgo a specific seller

Hello! Yesterday I went to pick up an item from a seller, she had previously been very slow and brief with her responses, I got there at the set time and she wasn't there, I drove 45 minutes to get there and waited outside for 25-30 minutes. I messaged her saying I was there and out front, she never read them or responded to them. Her neighbor came out asking why I needed her and I explained why I was there and the neighbor said well it looks like she isn't home. I then messaged her again and explained I drove so far and waited a while and no response, I then indicated that I didn't want the item she was selling anymore and then she responded without " Go f yourself you weasle. You're a scam artist with no profile picture looking to rob someone." which is absolutely not true. I was the one being kind and have quick responses and showed up! Then she wrote a false review on me saying " not polite, didn't show up. Slow responses, not trust worthy, didn't show up, scam artist looking to rob someone, not trustworthy and dissent have a verified account sure a profile picture. Sellers BEWARE!" Which all of what she said was clearly not true, she obviously attempted to get back at me for the review I wrote on her! I am an eBay seller, amazon seller, Poshmark seller, and have always been kind and quick with responses to all people! My account is also verified with google so it doesn't make sense why she said I wasn't either. I just made a letgo account 5 days ago so how can she say I am a scam artist with no profile picture when I set the time to meet up, and actually showed up. No one should be treated this way and I think it's highly abbusive for anyone to be spoken to that way! She shouldn't be allowed to sell things on this app if she is going to be so petty and terribly rude. I have attached screenshots of our conversation!
