I recently got an annoying negative review from a seller that is not reflect the truth. I bought a video game from "Mark Ocean" and even didn't asked for price negotiation. I paied exactly the asking price. He showed up 30 min late. At the end, he left a negative review. He says "Don't trust this guy, He scams people and pick on them, Report him at all costs." There are 14 positive reviews at my profile and this one is really unfair. My account name is "Maddie" and it is registered by "[protected]@gmail.com". I need this review to be removed.

On my account has been put up for review over people harassing me and reporting my profile for morning something needs to be done about this matter I have messagess to get to and nothing is being done about it I'm frustrated like I was selling something and I cross posted which means it posted on other sites well I had just sold it when a guy message me and I was tryna take my post down well the guy got mad and him and his friends kept reporting my stuff for no reason I got messages I need to attend to I'm aggrevated something needs to be done

Please do something about all the scammers on your site! I've reported so many iPhone scammers using the app reporting system, but Letgo does nothing about it. No one sells a new iPhone XS MAX 256gb for $500 or $700. Letgo needs to protect the legitimate buyers and sellers on their site from these POS crooks! Just google home many people have been screwed out of the money and items ... sad!

Every time I touch a picture to get a better look at it to see exactly what it is it's sends that seller a message that I'm intrested and I am not intrested in everything I touch I'm just looking you need to change your the way you do things there and go back to the way it was so that I can search without you sending people messages that I'm intrested in something. If I'm intrested in something I will let them know

My letgo account under the email of [protected]@gmail.com got put under review last night. My friend signed out of my account and went to his and then immediately after I was put under review. This is super frustrating as I have a lot of messages to get too and even people who were set to buy something and I couldn't even send a message to them. Please help!

Too many times someone sends a pre written response because they're finger hit it by mistake. Should have to confirm before sending message. I've been on the sending and receiving side of this annoying issue. If I was the one who sent it by accident I then must explain to whoever's ad it was that I apologize for the wasting their time and false hope in a quick sale... What occurred and how that feels or fake apologies... ect... Or be rude and send no further message after... Leaving the seller( because I've experienced this personally...) Wondering... To say the least...

I met up with a guy at a public gas station just 20 mins ago. I was selling an iPhone 8 for $600. I met him, shook his hand, and proceeded to show him the phone and how it was in good condition. I saw money in his hand so, mistakenly, I assumed it was the $600. He takes the phone, hands me the money and books off. He gave me $27. I'm not even sure what I can do now. This app needs a verification for its users. I'm out $600 for a phone now

All the people on letgo posing as buyers are all scam artists. Not even a single one is true, how did you do that. It's the worst site ever you can think of. I only stumbled into it because OfferUp was having problems and this is what I get. Everyone contacting you wants to dupe you..really. Both male and female, unbelievable. I have closed the nonsense stupid account called letgo

I paid Extra money to have my Rv featured as first on the page and it has been put halfway down the page. Why did I spend the money. You people claim if we spend $4.99 plus tax my item will be featured as the first on the page for 24 hours . I paid the money then found my ad down in the middle of the page with the word featured on the picture. I have been watching other posts stay at the top of the page for weeks I doubt that they are paying the premium fee. I would like an answer I feel I was ripped off. William Grupe.

This a a total scam that has been out there for a long time.
Same car and email contact and car is being sold simultaneously in several cities, all I did was a google search on the sellers email to discover this fraud.
The person wants eBay gift cards to pay, claims to being sold and protected through eBay.

I messaged The seller, Julio Ramirez, about an iphone8 plus and shortly after he messaged me back and so I chatted a few days trying to figure out if it was really a scam or if it was legit but he had a website and everything you could go to. So eventually said you just had to pay shipping so I sent it to the address he provided but he ended up never completing his part of the exchange.

I purchased Falcon tickets from Daniell Heald for $200. The next day I realized that she still had the tickets posted for sale. I asked a friend who also has letgo to text and ask if these tickets were still available, Danielle Heald responded Yes and tried to sell her the EXACT same tickets she sold me the day before. I then immediatly contacted her. She then took the post down, said the tickets were sold, blocked me, and sent me to voicemail when I tried contacting her.
I contacted ticketmaster and The NFL tickets, awnd was told that the tickets would have to been sold through a ticketmaster account and they werent. And when the NFL agent looked up the seats she sold me it was someone elses account.

9/20/18 Client ID is Hey B. Seller sells me the wrong vacuum cleaner. Did not notice until i got home as the model in the post and the model he sold me are similar. Contacted him to meet again to get correct vacuum and he immediately blocks me. Call his phone number to resolve the issue stating i just want what was listed. He never responds. Left a message stating i was going to report him and warn other buyers of him. Instead of making it right, he threatens me with court action

Requested more information on a jeep that a "Emily Porter " was selling and said her husband passed away and wanted the car gone. As a guy who lost him mom understood . So she sent me an email sending her the money through ebay and responded back normal and seemed legit. But as the arrival date came no keep no response or anything . So there went 2000k down drain for my girlfriend that I saved up for .

About a month ago i reported not to you guys.this is a see story they are selling toyota tacoma cheap.Same story but different names.They say that their son died of a bike accident a couple of months ago, and they just want to sell it because it brings back bad memories.They send you to eBay motors to broker the deal.They want eBay cards n send the code number back to them.The will deliver the truck.Her name for the red 01 tacoma is Ellen Shawnard, n her email is [protected]@gmail.com. I am from Levittown Pa.The last scam was from Jessica Sullivan same story from Texas, the toyota truck was from Florida n the man with an indian accent was from eBay motors from San Diego.When i emailed back Jessica Sullivan i asked her to send me a copy of the owners card n title of truck.Never heard from her again! This other truck on your site is a 03 Black toyota tacoma. Her email is [protected]@gmail.com even tho it said anne87mtgmail.(}m

Its not letgo's fault that many of there are so many stupid people using there website and app. However it is letgo's fault for having a terrible app. You can't remove any notifications, I have all push notifications disabled and i still get around 15 notifications each day. Second, that stupid arrow thing placed in front of every listing that automatically sends the seller 2 messages, simply by accidentally tapsimplys just plain stupid. If an pal has to accommodate lazy people so much they can just tap something to let someone know they are interested, the person who is lazy has problems, and I shouldn't be getting 20 messages from people every week who accidentally tapped that arrow simply because Letgo wants to cater to lazy people.

On Sept 8th, 2018 Christopher K. sold me a 2015 (55 inche) smart TV and sound bar for $340 in cash. His real name is Alex not Chris. His phone number is [protected].

The fraud issue; according to the stamp on the back of this TV it's only 46 inches and was manufactures in 2010. It is not a true 55' inches, not really a smart TV, and is not a 2015 TV. I just want to return the TV and receive my cash back.

After posting a post to sell a bed, I got a very quick response. The person stated they wanted to purchase the bed and would even send additional money if I would hold it for them. They said they would overnight the check and I would receive it the next day. Once I cashed it, I was to keep my portion and use the rest for the "movers". I was asking $250 for the bed. The check was for $1800.00. I researched scams on let go, and found numerous stories just like mine. I now notified the buyer that I would not be cashing the check; rather I would be turning it over to the Postmaster General because sending fraudulent checks through the USPS was a federal offense and I would not be a part of it.
