I bought an item on letgo that was defective and I haven't gotten support from the apps users. I bought an item on letgo but was defective. The listing of the item on letgo didnt described that there was any problem with the phone but the screen on the iPhone flickers and user doesn't answer back. I've tried to get support from the app but I haven't gotten an answer and I've been scammed by the app

I've spent most of the day communicating with supposed Let Go buyers interested in two electronics devices I was offering. The Nigerian scam artist I figured out very quickly, but out of 11 interested parties, all of them were more than ready to violate Let Go's terms and ask for shipment of the devices. All of them in succession had their accounts removed by LetGo. I'm thinking right now that this service is a joke and I'll be deleting it from my phone. Waste of a day.

I had sold an iPad mini 2 for a gentleman who claimed he was in the military, even provided military ID. He claims he was buying it for his son in Nigeria, who was going to school. He sent the "money" through Western Union and I found out the tracking number was fake. The number was deleted. The military ID was fake and the USPS said the package could not be salvaged. As a result I'm out $79.00 for the express shipping. Here's the shipping number EZ124612067US. I would like my package returned and reimbursement for the shipping. I've already filed a local police report and last night when I called it was still in the United States. Please, look into this fraud/scam and get back to me via email or phone. I've used the let go selling app for almost two years and have never ever had a issue with anyone buying or selling. But in the last month, month and a half I have received two different reviews that are completely false and disrespectful. Calling me a child molester and saying I wanted to have a* sex with him. Tyler bledshaw and amber tess. They should be baned from this let go selling app immediately. There was no reason at all for them both to write that type of slander on my page. He gave me a bad reveiw and said dont buy from me when he had not even tried to purchase from me. All i did was like a few of his postings which i assumed were different. Then he changed his reveiw to say that i pressed hom for private info which is a lye. That was what someone complianed about him in one of his reveiws if you look. Hi I used your site for the first time and I was sent a fake check. I want to know what I need to do to report these people. Its not right and the first time I use your site this happens. Now i never gave the person there stuff because I said untill the check clears I cant give you anything and they agreed. But when I recieved the check it looked fake so i called the bank it was issued from and they agreed it was fake. So idk what I need to do to report theese people but it is wrong that happens and I understand you cant keep track of everyone but I want you to know about this person so they cant do it to someone else. So please let me know what I need to do to report them thank you. And hopefully it goes better next time.

Hi rently I sold my iPad mi to Robert Smith for 350. 00 he said he ll pay me thro PayPal I received email from PayPal that I got money for Robert Smith! Next day I received email form PayPal that there an issue to get money from him so I called him n told him the problem.i paid out of my packet 70.00 to send the iPad to his son in Namibia as a birthday gift I cannot get any money from him his phone rejects my calls and PayPal said there is no transaction from him pls help me to resolve the problem

I agreed and send to Kim Matias $135.00 on 19 May 2017 for the purchase of two Tablets that she agreed to sell me via "Letgo" under her icon name "Bianca " from Wharton. I used Western Union and the transaction number was [protected] in which Western Union shows that a Kim Matias received and pick up the money - shortly afterwards she advised me via "letgo" that she had received the money and would be sending the two tablets out via the post office the same day. Soon afterwards she blocked me on "letgo" chat and I have not heard from her since nor have we received the two tablets or a refund of my money. My husband attempted to contact her via Facebook and Gmail at [protected]@gmail.com but she will not answer our messages. we have also file complaint with Western union and FBI Internet consumer unit.

It won't let me report my vehicle being stolen on let go my car was reported stolen by ashtabula police and Melvin weir in Geneva ohio is sellimg my 2001 ford crown victoria I would like it removed immediately and reported to police of his location I would like it if let go actually recreate there report items cause how can when report something stolen if we can't type why we're reporting it its stupid

I receive many emails and text messages with treats, I can and I will send you all of them from one f the seller.
He threatens me he will let negative review because I don't want to do the trade with him. He say he has 3 accounts and he will let the bad review in all of them.
I have over 40 messages from him.
He is trying to sell/trade a scam. A PS4 with games loaded but not real because he refuse to give the legit/legal rights for the game . He is lying telling you don't need but the true is different, I made a lot of research and I spoke with the customer service at SONY

User Faizan bought my Razer Blade laptop about a week ago using letgo. I was selling it for 2200 dollars and he insisted that 2200 dollars was too much money to carry on his person so he paid me using venmo. He said venmo was only letting him pay in 75 dollar chunks, so he paid me until we reached 2200 dollars. I gave him the laptop, and the next day I receive an email from venmo saying my account has been frozen due to suspicious activity and I lost all of the money. He then blocked me on letgo.

Purchased an iPhone 6 (T-Mobile) phone for $150 from user "Jim Jones" on Saturday June 10, 2017. I immediately went to the T-Mobile store following the purchase to activate the SIM card and soon found out that the phone had been permanently blocked due to failed payments. When trying to reach back out to the seller I was immediately blocked. I reported the user on the application but have not heard back thus far. I currently have the blocked cell phone on hand but it's rendered useless.

U all need to put a stop to people putting naked pictures on there cause there are kids out here that looks on ya'll site and people out here thinks its ok to put porn on there. So please put a stop to it. And the women she thinks that its ok it might b just a picture of a famous person but dtill its a naked woman and someone needs to put a stop to it.and god bless.

I purchased this TV today for $160.00-
TCL 50FS5600 50-Inch 1080p LED TV. Kimo Lua Sr. charged $160.00 to deliver it to me in Henderson, NV. When I turned the TV on, I saw that it had a crack in the screen that he didn't inform me about during our chat.

Hello my name is Andrew ball I am a disabled veteran and I contacted you earlier with the very long very detailed email or whatever you call this about me getting ripped off for $1, 000 through buying a car to your website and I pray that you have some type of insurance that will cover this this was so legitimately done and I have a phone number for you to where they Clint that you can still call now that day say that they are the Army Airforce exchange that number is [protected] if you call that number it would ask you it will answer Army Airforce exchange and ask you for your name and you will be connected with the person who is handling your transaction everything is going smoothly I got the email still to from where I've got emails from AAFES the Army Airforce exchange services that are legitimate at least they look legitimate they have the semi trucks on it they have all the different little web designs on them and everything it looks so legitimate and it took me months and months to save when I'm living on $1, 200 a month after being shot in Baghdad Iraq that's all the money I receive each month to live on I have no extra money I saved 40 50 or $60 a month to gain enough money to buy me a car to make it back and forth to my doctor's appointments for my PTSD my penny disorder with agoraphobia my major depressive disorder the bullet this in my hip pain management and everything else that I go through I get injections 12 times a year six injections and each side of my body that hurts so bad when I go through the bone the bullet is lodged into my bone but anyways that's besides the point I followed this website because I spent so much time in the military that this website looked so legitimate and it's still active as of right now as we speak they're selling cars on your website they tell you to go the website tells you to go buy to Green Dot credit cards and it wasn't an awesome deal so you wouldn't think it was a scam it was just a 1999 Honda CRV with 36000 miles for $1, 000 so you're getting almost a 20 year old car so it wasn't like an excellent deal so anyways I go out and struggle to get the two Green Dot credit cards prepaid from Walmart which I still have and still have the receipt for and I send them they tell me do not activate them yet because they want to make sure the money is on there before they make the shipment because they don't want to ship the vehicle if I don't have the money and they can't verify the money being on there if they're activated so I took the pictures like they said of the front and back of the cards and sent to them a few days later I caught a piece and ask them where Warehouse 11 would be where I can pick up my Honda CRV SUV that I ordered that the Air Force exchange was going to deliver to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska which is now called jber they said they had no clue what I was talking about in there is no Warehouse 11 and I just lost it I mean I have so many mental issues after what I went through in war that I assume that nobody would ever use the United States Army or Airforce to rip me off or scam me because I doubt and done things like this before with the military and it's been legitimate it's always everything's always went through fine because when there's extra space we get hop flights where we can fly places for $5 across the we can fly to Korea sometimes for $15 on a hot flight cuz there's extra space I mean there's a lot of benefits that we get in this for just another benefit of their space on the airplane they will deliver it but they said it cost $170 for the vehicle and he would cover that so that made me think that I was spending approximately $830 of the $1, 000 on the vehicle nobody will help me get my money back I've called Green.
