I had a ps3 console and games for sale. We came to a agreement that it was for her son. Its been 3 months since I sent it and now I have recieved no type of payment. I checked our conversation on letgo but it says her account is pending moderation. When will I start receiving some type of payment

I was stood up many times. And the last lady who was supposed to meet me was over an hour late. So I simply put a review stating she didn't show up. And she gave me a false review stating I was rude and I'm unpolite, yet I never met this lady. Could you please review my complaint and consider taking off the bad review from my page?

I gave this person money and they told me they would send me the phone. They got the money. Blocked me on everything and kept the phone. How would I be able to get my money back.

Hello, it seems you already got rid of somebody by the name of Britney that was commenting on my phone listing and I just wanted to let you know that I found out it was a Nigerian by the name of John Larson.
I felt they were trying to scam me by offering another $100 for shipping to Nigeria. No money was taken through PayPal, which is good.

I have him address of where it is. Than he blocked me. I'm in Cranford New Jersey. I feel my car could be in danger. Any suggestions? I'm concerned.

I sold my iPhone for $450.00
I shipped the item. Than the money from PayPal never came in.

We negotiated the price in the app and than the actual financial purchase was done with
PayPal which was what ultimately used for non payment.

NEED UNLIMITED BUMP UPS FOR $20 a month That is fair and reasonable. Since letgo has changed bumps to $1.99 each time I have 0 sales. I will not pay $1.99 each time it's not worth it. But I would pay $20 a month unlimited.

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus. Phone was sold unlocked and " brand new". And does not work. As soon as I found out I contacted her and said could I get the money back and as soon as I said that she blocked me. And I can no longer get ahold of her. It was a scam bc as soon as I said something I got blocked

Geraldine Wright did not show for a meeting to purchase a small butcher block island . Said as quoted " that she was playing with her cousin & she never wanted the item ". This person had the audacity to give me a negative review before I could block her. Total prankster! This person should be blocked !

I got a false review from a very rude ignorant person the only reason he said what he did is because I reviewed him for being rude I want it takin off he was reviewed as a scammer and he messaged me instead of asking me to take his review down he lied about me the message is attached

A seller called Michael stone that is verified with google on the app letgo sold me a stolen iPhone and blocked me because I wanted my money back as far as I know he is still selling electronics on "letgo" which im pretty sure they're stolen as well he's a scammer

My items keep getting deleted stating that they are prohibited however I have read the whole list and they are not, I even posted with the title "these are not prohibited" then I couldn't post anything... I want someone to contact me about this these items are BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED, NONE RECALLED mop head replacements ... enlighten me ...

What does it mean to bump up. I have bumped up my product x2 at the cost of 1.99 each time. It is still way down the list. How do I get it moved up. Do I need to delete and redo the ad?

I just got this app and someone said is it still available and I said yes but it still showed I had a message notification so I went back in and my message was gone so I said something else and went out and in and there was still a notification and my messages weren't there

Can't get msg out or in from customer msg board not working

Every time i open letgo everything loads except the notifications. It just says oops somthing went wrong try again later. But it never works. I have treid restarting my phone but doesn't help. Restarting the app also doesnt work.

My letgo name is taffy b Winston salem and i listed a set of tires a few hours ago and u deleted my discription ("for safty fon # was deleted") it was the tire size. If u could change it back id appreciate it. Dont have access to tires but have an inquiry waiting.

A member reviewed me as a scammer after I did so to them. I am, obviously not. I would appreciate that review being removed. And if, this person is not a scammer, I can edit my review, but as you can see it seems they are. One of the first things they requested wss to meet in person or exchange phone numbers.

All of the sudden today the eighth of june I'll my chats and listings are gone

I got a false review bc I told a girl to let me think about it. She said no thinking and then starting cursing me and talking about me and my wife and then gave me a bad review. As untrustworthy. I want this false review removed from my profile please. It doesn't look good.

I think im being scammed. A guy sent me a $1559 check for $20 shoes! Said to send the rest to his cousin. I went to block him and hes been removed from your site...should i shred the check or report to police, send a pic of the check? Thanks Sarah Lockhart

Hello the way people put reviews on someone is a joke unless they buy it from you. What they do is block you then write a bad review then you can not respond back because you were blocked. This is a joke and letgo should remove this part do to people that nothing better to do then start crap and messing up other people's reviews.

My account was suspended literally within minutes of creating it.

I placed aadd on Let Go today for a exercise rowing maschine for 125.00 and it got marked for free, of course I got a lot of wanting the item and were very disappointed that it was not free.
That gives me as a seller a bad name. Also got a lot of complaints

This is my third attempt to have anyone help me! I am having numerous buyers email me wanting to buy my products. I can not see their conversations only in my email where I can not respond. Please help I am very frustrated

Purchased an iPhone 6S Plus from user Darius D from Talladega, Alabama. He erased the phone, but did not remove the Activation Lock and refuses to do so. He blocked us within 1 hour of purchase on Letgo so we can't even leave a review. We are out $250.00. We have no options.

I have attempted to upload images for 2 weeks now and it say listing was successfully updated, but images never appear.

Letgo customer service doesn't care about the customer. Had a problem with being blocked by a seller, didn't know the reason for being blocked, asked Letgo to see why I was blocked. I was told there is nothing they can do, do to the privacy laws. I feel that Letgo could care less about there customers, and sellers.
