Purchase posted vehicle and none of the problems given by seller were accurate completely lied so vehicle she said it was gasket took it to Shop turns out engine caught fire sprayed it with a fire extinguisher that residue all over the engine much more severe seller had made out to be complete deception and left merchandise crammed full of trash like a dump run does he take 10 off and didn't do you know what time people I meant the site for but if this is type of Stuff promote then I will start to warn everybody else

I Have Gone On To LetGo And Are Trying To Sell My Stuff. It Let Me Create A Profile And Upload All Of The Pictures. It Let Me Put In All Of The Information But When I Saved The Updated Product It Completely Erased My Product And All Of The Information. I Am Not Happy About This. I Have Been Using Your Website For The Past Week To Try And Get My Product Sold Because I Need The Money By Midnight Tonight Because I Am Trying To Buy My Brother A Birthday Gift And I Need To Order It By Midnight Tonight In Order For It To Get Here In Time. I Have Reposted The Product Numerous Times And Everytime Your Company Has Erased It. I Have Tried To Give Your Website Numerous Chances And Everytime Your Company Has Screwed Me Over. This Is Not Okay And I Demand That Something Be Done About This. I Have Been Reading Some Of The Other Peoples Complaints That They Have Been Putting In The Comments On This Website And They Are Having The Same Problem. Something Needs To Be Done About This. The Problem You Guys Are Creating Is Causing A Lot Of Issues For People And Their Lives. Please Help Us.

I purchased the Apple IPad on 02/05/18. When I got home, I had problems with it. I contacted the seller. They are now not answering my messages. I saved all the text messages. Regarding the four dining chairs. I purchased them on 02/06/18. I asked what the height of the chairs were from the top of the back of the chair down to the leg. He replied 3 ft. I didn't take a tape measure with me. When I took the chairs home, I did measure them. They are not 3 ft. Again, this seller will not respond to my messages. I also save the text messages. I paid $50 each for both items...$100.00. I am furious because of dishonest people! If this continues, I am not going to sell or buy on letgo again.

I saw his add on accident while waiting to meet someone for a 20.00 tv i got off letgo. He had wood for sale for 50.00. He told me he had much more wood for sale and we talked on the phone for a while about all the wood. While talking, the conversation got to him asking me what i needed wood for. I explained that I'm very sick and on oxygen, and my dream is to put a door going outside to my porch from my bedroom. That i was getting a little wood at a time til i had enough. I told him that i spent 3 years where i never saw my yard, never went outside because i was bedridden. That i wanted to be able to see the outside on days where i can't walk or having trouble breathing. That it was my dream. I have only one lung, conjestive heart failure and kidney failure. That most days, im very sick. He told me if i could pay the wood, he would do it for me. I started crying. I couldnt believe it! So we arranged for him to bring the wood. He came with half, explained that his small truck couldn't hold it all, cuz it was heavy. I paid him 200.00. He only brought the 50.00 wood, and some wood he offered me for 40.00. I didn't realize it at the time. It was night time. He's never showed back up with even the wood i paid for. I am going to call the police, but his name is "Thomas Faulk. For sale 25.00 . I went to her cause she don't drive . 30 min away from me ... being nice . I went feb 2 around 935 am . She had kindle on door knob in a yellow plastic bag. I took bag, then placed a 20 bill and a 5 in between the crease of the door and the jam. I left .
Few mins later, she is putting on my account that I didn't pay ! I paid !

My site was deleted apparently because I wrote a bad review about somebody that I went to meet because they didn't want to come to my house they wanted to meet in public waited 40 minutes for them texted them they text me back I'll be there in 10 minutes please wait wait another 25 minutes try texting them again no reply... So I left them a bad review and Facebook deleted my site because they said I was rude .. and violated a policy.. and all I wrote was the truth on their way of you and I said sellers beware don't waste your time they just play games .. and as you know it's really hard to get in contact with a real person on this site to explain yourself.. what are they even care enough to ask you what happened..

I have made an attempt to upload products in which I have seen other users upload with no problems. It just so happens that these other users are either non specified on race or they are of an opposing race other than white. I have reported other users who are of opposing race who are selling the same type of items I have posted. None of those users post have been removed which I would like to use as my proof. My post were taken down almost immediately or within 10 minutes and I am a very reputable seller who has loved the app for quite some time. Since 8-9 of my post have been removed just tonight I know the letgo team is active. You have seen the post and have decided not to remove them which I believe is due to discrimination. I would like a well thought out explanation as to why this is going on otherwise letgo can and will be facing a lawsuit based on hate crimes if I feel the explanation is not deemed acceptable. I contacted the seller named Unity for information on a car he or she had that said on the front page "free." When I inquired the seller wrote back with sarcastic comments like " are you def?" and "it's not free, it's $2, 500." I informed the seller that they shouldn't be advertising a car for free, when in fact, it's not. It is clearly advertised on the front page as FREE.

The item that is considered to be sold was stolen. The person gave me 180.00$ of counterfeit money and took the shoes. I would like to have my money back because it's not my fault as a seller that the buyer was a thief. I put in a police report to show proof of fake money. Although letgo talks about safety it's still the app responsiblity to make sure that this doesn't happen to a seller because I could've been killed. I thought if the transaction was done on school property I thought the police would be able to identify the person by looking at the camera. But they couldn't look at them and in mind I'm thinking well what do you have them for. But this is a serious crime and this person needs to be in jail and I'm hoping you guys will escalate this so I can receive something considering everything was taken from me.

I recently tried to sell a phone online using this app. The persons name is Tysun West. So I listed the phone online and this man was the first to respond. I sent the phone off and then I realized that he may be a scam because of the address that he sent me. I don't know how to resolve the issue so I contacted you guys. Hello. My email under the suggested account is [protected]@gmail.com. And I believe my account was wrongfully put under review on the date of January 25, 2018, at around 10:00 PM. If anybody at Let Go will actually look, they would see I have a 5 star rating on pretty much all my reviews. And the only reason I have a bad one, is because the guy that gave me that review was mad because I called him out after he scammed me out of $250, so then he thought he could give me a not only bad, but completely false review, saying my item was not as advertised, and that I wasn't polite, and he called me a "liar and a fat mouth". And other than that, all of my other reviews have been completely positive. Now, as for getting my account under review, I may know the reason why, but it's still not an actually legitimate reason. Whenever somebody trays to sell me something or when they want to buy something from me, and they don't respond, all I'll do is try to get them to respond WHICH ISN'T AGAINST LET GO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES, and in fact, that's actually one of the options if you're trying to report someone, so there is nothing wrong with that. Now, another reason might be because when I'm not getting a lot of people inquiring about a product I'm selling, I make another listing, and list it for free. BUT I say in the description, "make me an offer". And the only reason I do that, is to get people to respond quicker, because I need money after getting scammed $250. Now, I could keep going and tell you even more about how my account is wrongfully under review, but I'll end it here, so you can go review somebody that actually needs it, and not some person who barely has any money, and is just trying to get by. I run my car business thro websites and apps. I use facebook, offerup, CarGurus, Craigslist, carforsales, cars.com and much more. I keep getting blocked from letgo. I don't understand why I keep getting blocked. Last time I have contacted letgo which three days ago, they told me because my prices are cheap and I need to explain why. I have the same exact prices for other websites that I use, and I dont think my prices are cheap at all. anyways my point is I have the same exact description, pic, price points and everyyhing but I dont get getting blocked from them and they are much more better about spams but everytime I report im getting blocked And I have to write you guys every other day to unblock my account. Can you fix this issue at all?

I have tried to post this item multiple times es for you guys to repeatedly delete the item. You do not give me a reason other than to look at community guidelines. This item is sold by thousands of other people but yet you continue to delete my post with no reasoning. I have taken other pictures. I have tried different lighting. This is absolutely infuriating. I could understand if it were prohibited or if I was the only person on planet earth trying to post an illegal item or some [censor] but i'm not. Try explaining things and having a little more reasoning to your "algorithm" instead of deleting the item and trying to ban someone. Thanks 😒🤬

A high resolution sharpen master cleanup of the photograph reveals that the serial number matches my bicycle. The user resides in Alexandria, VA. I sent a question to the seller about how he obtained this device, steal it from some old lady? I know from past interactions this manchild is a thief and I called him out.
I received a "[censor]-off" 15 hrs later, confirmed. He would steal a pacemaker from any unsuspecting elderly person to make a dime, and he doesn't even "do" crack!

I bought a washer from Michael Hernandez on Tuesday January 9th 2018 for 100.00. As soon as I got it home I started washing, the washer stops washing and I have to find another level it would work on. I informed Mr Hernandez which gave me a 60 day warranty. Mr Hernandez didn't respond to my text, so I texted again he asked for my address, which I provided, he never showed up with washer, so I contacted him again to be told he was waiting for his team to get the same washer that I had. It's been over a week, now he's not responding to my text I also called his wife says he's not home

On Jan. 23, 2018, someone named "Elle" was using my email address to sell items. I started getting multiple messages from people asking about items for sale. This was the information regarding their log-in. I do not live in the USA. I have never heard of this website. From searching online, this seems a frequent problem with this company.

They sent a "verify your email address" but of course this person couldn't do it, but they had already started posting items from sell.

We purchased an oven from MNJ appliances in Passaic it was used the gentleman said everything worked it has a 90 day warranty guarantee that he would fix it we purchased it on 113 2018 and we contact him the day after that and told him the oven door didn't shut so we can't use it to bake he promised us several times he was coming and we actually we did hear from him and every time we ask him he said oh I'll come tomorrow tomorrow comes he doesn't show up I'll come tomorrow and he doesn't show up again

Purchased weights and or equipment to weigh a total of 500lbs. December of 2017. Discounted to 200.00 as the condition of the equipment was in pretty bad shape.The amount I received fell short of the amount described in the sale. I found the weights were partially repainted to try and improve the appearance of the items as they were very outdated. Some of these weights were already my own property as they were stored in my gym.The remainder of the weights is missing and the total amount purchased is yet to be obtained? Mr Arrowood refuses to communicate and has been blocked.
I request the return of my own items mistakenly removed from the gym and the remainder of the weights sold to me as well.

I had bought a euphony 6s Plus from somebody on this app and I received it in the mail not to long ago. The post said that the phone worked and was ready to be activated. When I got the phone the phone was dead so I let it get fully charged and I went to activate it and there is a activation lock on it. I Went to go look for the guy I bought it from on here and I couldn't find his account anywhere.
