I contacted a seller called "flight flame" selling various high end brand belts such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, etc. I contacted this seller asking him if his "Louis Vuitton Supreme Belt" was still available. This is a $2, 000 belt and he had it up for negotiable. He offered $65 and when I asked if it was authentic, he blocked me. After immediately blocking me after asking authenticity is really sketchy. No one in their right mind would sell a $2k item for $65 unless it's fake

I have had an air soft rifle posted on here for almost a year but. Then I just added a few more pictures and yous guys delete my post but yet there are hundreds other people selling the same exact thing and there don't get deleted I am very in happy and mad I will be rating the app a 0 and telling all of my friends and family to not use this app 😡

Hi on 4th of October I paid £140 to rose McCann on your site through bank transfer as she says no paypal account I have not received the phone I contacted her many times as it's a present for my grandson as Iam not working due to health problems I cannot buy another phone I do belive now some thing definitely not right please can you look in to this as something very wrong as I said I'm not working and can't pay for another phone

I'm not complaining but I couldn't find any other way to contact you. I have a set of christmas ornaments. There are 18. I also have 5 that are duplicates. So I posted the 18 in one post because they are in order from [protected]. Then I wanted to post the other 5 as a separate set. It keeps flagging it as a duplicate. This guy name ricardo lara kept harrashing me. I sell my iphone 6 charging case for $60 which is reasonable. He asked me if it's negotiable and I politely said 'no' then he said '[censor] you' to me. And wrote me 1 star review with all of this [censor] junk that I never did to him. It was a few months ago, then yesterday he updated his review again saying more [censor] stuff. I don't know what's the problem with him. Please if you would just delete his review from my account cause I have prove.

I sold a computer with all information given to buyer and even told him it had not been used in over a year. Buyer then waits over a month to write a 1 star review that the product was not as advertised. This user has multiple other ratings that state he did the same to other users. I reported this over a month ago and nothing has been done, where is your customer service department? Now my rating is terrible because of your companies laziness.

I have had two people interested in my item. They are both emailing me. When I hit reply, the red oval with the word reply in it, it is supposed to bring up my email to reply. It brings up a web page that is blank and not my email page. These are two different people. What is going wrong? How can I fix it?
If I hit reply, like reply at the top of the email sent, it says sending, but then in my sent emails, it says it is not sent, nor can it be. What is going wrong? How can I fix it?

I had been in " chats"'with the owner. She continued to harass me all day to make a decision. I told her I was thinking about it. She told me I had " 20-30" minutes. She seemed desperate. I agreed to buy it. She demanded that I meet her . I told her I couldn't pick up
Until tomorrow. She responded AWFUL. Said some really ugly things and blocked me. I don't think these type of individuals represent what Let Go is about. She told me this is how she makes a living and called me some really ugly names. This makes me want to withdraw my account.

I posted a dirtbike for sale and met up with the person and he rode off with my bike, he is currently trying to sell my bike and he is verified through Facebook and I want to figure out the account on Facebook that he is verified through so I can identify him. Can you please help? I have a police report in and it would help greatly to find this guy to stop him from robbing others and do me to get my dirtbike back.

someone has taken my picture from my Facebook account and is using it to sale on letgo. I found out by putting my xbox up on this site to sale to realize someone is using the pic themselves and they go by Official J. I would like for his account to get looked into I do not like my picture being used to scam others out of an xbox when the real seller is me.

I tried to send a complaint but hit the send button to soon. This man called me a [censor] and would not leave me alone. He asked if my item was still available and I said PPU. He then came back saying "what" and offered me less than half of what I was asking. I again told him someone was coming for it an"no" I wouldn't take his offer. He then got mad calling me names and saying I waisting his time and if someone was coming for it I need to put sold. I do not do that until it is sold and gone incase it falls threw. He continued to be very rude using the F word to me. I have blocked him but I think you guys need to remove him. He did state he was reporting me after I told him I was going to report him. Hope for a response from you. Thank you

I contacted buy about Royal Dalton Bulldog Figurine they listed for sale. I love Royal Dalton (collect some of their vases) and I breed Bulldogs. Therefore, I was very interested.

I asked "Paul O. if it was still available, he replied, "yes sir signed by Michael Dalton".

I thanked him (Paul O).

He replied "Really".

I thought the reply of "Really" strange, yet did not give it much thought.

I decided I would watch the item, and do a little research being it is an antique.

Paul O. started inquire about a both two items (bedroom set and a RV camper), I have for sale on Let Go.

Another strange behavior.

He continue to message me.

I alway responded politely and timely.

Then Paul O. blocked the message.

I do not understand why Paul O would put an item up for sale, then block a potental buyer.

I think he may be a scam or selling stolen goods.

I saw an electric wheelchair on Letgo. I only asked one question as noted and shown in the stream of the conversation, are the batteries new and good. Electric wheelchairs are only as good as the batteries. I ask more than once. Three times in the stream. Multiple times the seller replied that they were only 2 months old and hold a charge as they should. Under those terms I bought the chair and bad based on the facts that I was given. In no way would I have bought this chair under any other terms. I obviously can small claim Letgo and the seller. It is only 400 dollars. I am a paraplegic and under ADA you have an obligation to serve and protect under said federal law. I do not know how to load the conversation on the complaint. It is on Letgo between 1.760.693.9285 and the number I provided. In that stream it is clear that he offered the product with good batteries. Realizing that he failed to do what he promised and sold the product under he suggested to swap batteries. I agreed and he know has stopped replying. I want either my money back and he can pick up his lie or I want new batteries as promised. This is my first purchase on Letgo. This is ridiculous if this is the quality that is had. Please reply before I take care of this myself.

Today, 18 Oct 2017 at approximately 1830, one of your users (Johnathan) came to my residence to make a purchase. This individual handed over $550 counterfeit bills for my brand new Samsung S8+ valued at $850. Upon becoming suspicious of the bills, about 10 minutes later, I went the 7-11 store across my residence to verify the authenticity. Upon verification, the store notified the police station. Meanwhile, your user immediately blocked me. I made a police report (case# [protected]) with the Chesapeake, VA PD and would like to be contacted by Letgo to discus this incident, possible reimbursement for the phone transaction, and assist the PD on identifying this individual. We are hoping to identify the person's vehicle from a camera located across the street. I can provide screenshot of the conversation in order for you to conduct your portion of the investigation.

Your so called terms and conditions are crap! If you would go through your website you will see that there are alot of other people posting about their websites and stuff. I actually need baby boy items and shirts & dresses cause I'm 27 weeks pregnant and our son will be here in 10 weeks. So if you want to delete my items then you should delete everyone elses!😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

so there is this guy named josiah brown and he is located in arizona. he is currently in queen creek. He sold me a ps4, he stated it worked fine but it wasnt working and i called sony. sony said that the ps4 is broken and needs to be shipped in to them. this ps4 cost me 175$ and he will not respond back to me. he knows its broken. do not delete his account because i will need it to investigate

You guys are allowing stolen property to be sold on your website and then don't provide a support number? This must be stopped... I am trying to pull up a certain profile which the stolen property is under and cannot find it again... i need assistance but of course i am getting none! I am pissed! Jazmine p got me sending money to her so she could sell me a phone but i find out she was playing me and she took my money and never send me nothing and i lose my money she got me by saying she wasnt in the country and she wouldnt be back until the end of next month and she told me i could trust her and she would work everything out and then she started to ignore me so im making this complaint i hope it work

I made a trade for a psp and a 64gb micro sdcard with adapter. After trade and user left i double checked the micro sdcard in adapter and noticed it was only a 4gb micro sdcard that was corrupted when i checked it i have been trying to resolve issue with user but he is ignoring me i have his phone number and user name. I would like this issue resolved in a civil way before i go yo police or take issue into my own hands.
