A person name Kat, was trying to buy me a pair of shoes which was $1. We were agreed the pick up location and time to pick up last night but she has never shown up. I texted her asking if she can come now since it was getting late but she ended up blocked me and gave me a bed review saying I was rude to her and forcing her to buy my stuff. I didn't even care about $1 from her but this is totally wrong. Can you please help me delete this review and verify this user? Thank you

I recently posted my computer for$160 and got a message from user Caroline Collins saying she lived in Virginia and would take it for $300. I gave her my cell number to confirm details and she made a payment to my paypal account under a different name, and an international address from Nigeria. I was also told that I have to mail it by tomorrow morning with flat rate1-2 day express shipping. I know her account got deleted, but I'm also now nervous that my phone bill may have recieved additional charges from her numerous international texts. I dont know if youre able to do anything but even though her account was deleted there is still a waiting payment of$300 to my paypal account. Hope you can help.

A guy on letgo had a red iPhone 7 plus for sale. It was a negotiable price and we agreed on $100. I MoneyGram him the money but he never sent the phone. He then blocked me on let, Snapchat, and he blocked my number. Is there some way for you to resolve this issue. I would really hate to lose $100. I have his contact info btw. on July 11th 2017, I was communicating with a potential buyer and he wanted to meet halfway to purchase a $10 item. I told him that I was not willing to drive that far since its such a small payment. He then proceeded to block me and negatively review me saying untrustworthy and unfair prices. This behavior is unjustifiable and the negative review he gave me is simply out of frustration.

I just posted these reading glasses. As negotiable but in the description gave an asking price. Best offer basically. And your company discarded my post for some unknown reason. I checked the list of prohibited items and I didn't see reading glasses on there. Please explain. Or put the pose back up no questions asked either way this is ridiculous. Snap, post, let go? I sent a request to have a review removed from my acct
The person was very nasty in his review because I posted that he does not follow thru with what he says he is going to do
I had the item a boat up for a neighbor who did not have capability to do it himself this buyer jerked him around time and time again
I am a woman not a grumpy old man which he accused my neighbor of on the phone I am an honest buyer and seller
I want this review removed
It has been several weeks now and you just keep saying it is under review

My name is joseph j riley, I bought a car off of let go from a user named cameron bannister. The title had a different lean holder name on it. Also he wouldnt allow me to get in contact with sarah bannister the name kn the title. He scammed me and I may have to take a legal course of action against let go for not validating the title. I hope I can get it resolved before then.

I saw an Iphone 7 plus listed in Letgo by Brandon G. When Brandon G brought the phone it was a iphone 7plus clone which he passed of as a real phone and then he took my money and disappeared. I notified him through lego messages and he blocked me. sold me a fake phone on letgo in Athens

I want this guy investigated and brought to justice for selling fake iphones on letgo for the real iphone prices. Can you investigate this and bring this guy to justice

I've been trying to use this application to sell some furniture prior to a move and so far it has been the most frustrating app I have ever used. I posted one item easily, then the headache began. I've been trying to list a tv console for what seems like ages and letgo keeps "disguarding" it. First the pictures were unclear, the darn thing is black, I don't have overhead lighting, and it's foggy where I live so the 20 pictures I've taken is a good as it's going to get short of hiring a professional photographer to take shots of an item worth 100$. And I'm not moving everything off it and pulling it into another room just to make probably only 60 bucks after haggling with someone because I'm moving, im busy enough, it's not worth that kind of effort and time. Then it was pulled for being "poor quality", I'm assuming because I used a picture from the store website to have one that is crisp and clear and shows it empty. After reading online trying to figure out what poor quality could mean, I discovered apparently we can't use images from websites where it was originally purchased and apparently not even mention the store name? That seems stupid, if I'm buying something used but from a well known store, I'd want to know where the person bought it to get more detailed information including original purchase price from that store's website to make a more informed decision on what it is worth. I know poor quality doesn't mean it's worthless, considering it's a gently used tv stand, I'm selling it for less than half of what I paid for it, and I've seen straight up flea market garbage, including things that are clearly smashed or broken, advertised on their app every time I open it. I deleted my failed attempts and tried again after my research of the dos and don'ts. Now this joke of a app disguards it because I've listed the same item multiple times! It never listed because it kept being disguarded and then I pulled them down each time, what a bunch of nonsense. I'll stick to Craigslist, Offerup and about a dozen other services one can use to sell and buy things 2nd hand. Even if I end up donating everything to the Salvation Army it will be a better use of my time than letgo. Deleting this app because it's nothing but a waste of memory on my iPad. I'd warn people to stay away before they waste their time on this service too.

I have tried to post my child's My Little Pony riding toy jeep to sell on LetGo but it keeps being deleted off the market as soon as I put in all the work to take pictures of it and write detailed descriptions. This has happened three times now and I just need to know why this keeps happening so that the problem can be remedied and I can sell this toy Jeep.

Hello, I have a concern regarding another LetoGo user, as he acted offensively towards me and rated me inaccurately. His name shows as Rueben. I would like to make a note that his profile picture during this incident was a middle finger, which he has now changed to a flag. On July 6th, he initially messaged me regarding interest in a product I was selling. After messaging me in the middle of the night that he would see me in the morning, I responded that I could not meet that one time, since I had work that day. Instead of suggesting another time, he didn't seem to like that, and expressed disinterest in the product, so I happened to sell it to someone else a couple of days later. On July 9th, I was notified that he reviewed me, and I saw that he said offensive and untrue statements, and gave me a 2-star rating. He then blocked me so that I could not rate him back. I was very offended by what he said, and believe it is not accurate or fair for other users to be able to read what he posted about me. Prior to this incident, I have had very positive conversations and interactions with other LetGo users, so I know this is not an accurate representation of me as a seller. I ask that his review of me be discarded, as it is false and offensive. I have attached 2 photo screenshots of our conversation and his review. Please let me know if this can be resolved. Thank you.

I am writing because I tried to post and pellet gun on the site and it got discarded... But after I did a search I noticed someone was able to post there air soft guns... Now how is that even right? What is fair is fair am I right!?! I am not trying to sell a "weapon" only trying to sell an item laying around. I even had the pellets posted with the item.

I was selling a ps4 in hopes of helping to pay for college. A user by the name of KJ offered to trade a pair of shoes for my ps4 which I didn't want. I was previously talking to a guy (Markez Brown) who wanted those shoes. I thought it was odd but continued. Brown told me that he would pay for the shoes if I got hold of them. So in hopes of getting paid I accepted the trade and took the shoes. I later saw that the same person had left reviews in both of these profiles. I then asked for a trade to get the ps4 back but the user refused. I now had no money to pay for college and stressing out.

After not responding to her she proceeded to write a nasty untruthful review about me! Claiming I tried to meet up with her but never showed! I never responded to this women! I had no interest in her location! Now I have 1 star and a terrible review because of her and I don't think it's fair to my account and reputation just because she's mad I didn't want to meet her!
