Letgo I am reporting a user

Ahmed Alsayadi contacted me about a product and I did my best to meet his needs for requests of new pictures, which I updated, and questions, which I answered honestly. When it came to a price I felt it was too low and he became ugly. I ended the conversation then immediatly left a review. He propmtly repsonded with more cussing. This is not the first time he was ugly with someone on here according to his review. Please do something about users like this. It makes me not want to use this app and makes me feel uncomfortable about using this app to meet furture people for buying or selling a product. Thank you

Letgo I was robbed over a iphone 6

I was robbed for $100 over a iphone 6, 4 black guys in a white grand marquis in quitman, ga met me at the harveys parking lot, one with gold teeth got out and handed me the phone showed me it worked then whispered that if i didn't give him the $100 that he would shoot me, I plan on calling the police tomorrow and seeing if they can get video footage of the car, they are very dangerous, after leaving he blocked me from messaging him, something needs to be done about this, or this app needs to be shut down, i need my money back and he/they need to go to prison

Letgo iphone 6s

I purchased Apple iPhone 6s from two different sellers last month. They both advertised and verbally confirmed phones were unlocked and were factory reset. Since I was travelling, I checked both phones after a week from purchase date and found they both were iCloud locked (Activation lock). When I tried contacting them, they are not responding.

I need their contact numbers so I can call and request them to assist with details so I could use the phones.

Letgo unethical behavior, poor customer service, safety of customers

On 8/19/17 someone named Alanee Wright contacted me with interest in a free item I had listed. The conversation was short and they were rude from the get go, which is just something I usually ignore. However, the last statement they made to me was "I will kill you". Now, it's probably a teenager being an idiot, but how am I to know that? I reported them and now 24 hours later I still have not been contacted by letgo customer service in any way. I also contacted them on Twitter that same day as well as the next day and no reply. They do not take the safety of their users very seriously, it seems.

Letgo iphone 7

I paid my iPhone 7 for 300 $ cash with a certain ChristopherB on your application, he came to the meeting late, trying to convince me that the phone is new because his girlfriend works at Apple, but this phone was fake.So he left, and then when I verified again, and try to complain, he block my number and block me on letgo . Please this guy is very dangerous, do something.( He is African American, probably 5'8, fat and drive a sport car grey and black ).

Letgo product sold was broken, but this was not mentioned

I bought a fitbit charge 2 from a girl named "Ashley" Thursday August 10. Before meeting she told me the fitbit was in good condition, and she'd only had it a few months. Upon exchanging she did not mention the band was broken, and I did not notice this till after she drove off. I paid $50 for this fitbit, and I cannot wear it because of the broken band. I contacted her after she drove away, and she said she didn't know it was broken. Basically I wanted her to buy a new band for it, or I wanted to return the broken item. She seemed to agree to buy a new band if the fitbit company did not replace the band. But she stopped replying then deleted our messages. Therefore I cannot find her in my messages or anywhere on Letgo. I want her to purchase a new band for my product or send me some extra cash for the broken product.

Someone who didn't buy something from me keeps bashing me thru updates from lego. I blocked but he keeps doing it. Please remove his name is jimmy fickes. I don't know why after he is blocked that he can still keep messaging me. This is harassment and it needs to be removed. Please remove his comment at once. This is wrong. Please this has become bad.

Letgo person on site obnoxious

I was selling a car on the website and everything was going ok. The guy told me to wait for few weeks until he got paid. I had other several offers but since he messaged first I told him it was a deal. The day we were supposed to sell the vehicle he told me he couldn't make it until another day so I went about my options and sold it to another person. He exchanged horrible words and I would hope the site would delete and ban his account. He is not safe to be on there. He gave me horrible reviews when I didn't do anything wrong and falsely lied about me

I contacted the above seller to purchase an advertised iPhone 7plus advertised at $250. I had a lengthy conversation with the seller which shows his intent to sell and my interest to buy. We renegotiated the price of the phone to $200 plus a shipping fee of $12 for a total of $212. The seller assured me he was going to send the phone out immediately and that was a week ago. I have attempted to contact the seller several times via his above site and email address which he willingly provided. I want this fraudulent site shut down to protect consumers and his email information investigated so that I can get restitution and be made whole By getting my money back. I am outraged that you have no vetting process in place to ensure that scammers can't prey on honest and trusting citizens. I would appreciate your speedy response to this matter and assurances that solutions will be pursued and carried out. You have our entire conversation on your server to see and determine the culpability of the seller. I await your response!

We have submitted many times the same request that our letgo i. D have been used a employee who was sacked due to misbehavior in our company and he had access to account to the app, as he used to post adds on group for us. When he got terminated he abused few people on letgo to take grudge on us and letgo have blocked our i. D. Inspite of repeeated explanation many times we didnt got any solution. Please help us to resolve this and we assure for proper functionality of app in future.

Letgo unethical behaviour from a customer wanting to buy.

Today 8/16/17 I listed my furniture for $160 Sofa love seat. Then I got a text from James Rowe he was interested. He offered me $500 but proceeded to say that he wanted to have sexual contact with me.

My email is not working so my name and my address was provided by Letgo to this customer. I did not put this information on Letgo. Now the customer has my name and my information which makes me worry about my safety. Please take care of this urgent matter. My home number is as follows: [protected]. Thank you

Letgo I got freaking ripped off by like 300$ and letgo won't do anything

A Alvarez was selling me an Xbox 1 with the following games, cod infinite warfare, modern warfare remastered, gta 5, cod ghosts, cod black ops 1&2, battlefield 1&4, halo master chief collection, left for dead 1&2, outlast 1&2, forza horizon 2, dead rising 3, assassins creed 4, and red dead redemption all installed. Got the Xbox, plugged it in and there were 0 games. He hasn't answered me cause clearly he scammed me. Letgo hasn't done anything, and those games were worth Over 300$.

What do you expect LetGo to do. They are simply an App that connects buyers with sellers. They aren't a store and never made any guarantees that your transactions will go as you expect.

Letgo vespa scooter 150cc yellow 2008

Letgo is a ripoff site. Too many scammers. Letgo has no controls on postings and reliable sellers are far and few between. Their biggest problem, besides scam artists being allowed to steal from people is their lack of ability to show true locations of product. Most are not local and therefore you can not see it in person and/or what they advertise is not what you can see when you are lucky enough to find a local sale. Waste of time and money. Old lady scammed me with a scooter sale. $1000 down the toliet and letgo still has the positng up for others to get scammed. Shame on them.
Don't use this site. Total ripoff, it should be closed down asap.

Letgo blocked my phone from the app

Had my account placed under review which is fine, whatever, didn't do anything wrong. I decided I'd make a new account, and they won't let me. I even tried logging onto my husbands account and I can't. So how funny that I can use HIS phone and my account pops right up, along with his. So Letgo will totally screw you if your account goes under review. Even emailed them asking why my phone won't work yet other phones will, and imagine how surprised I was when they DIDN'T REPLY. Guess I'll have to copy and paste and keep sending my email til they respond. Seems blocking of ones phone should be illegal!

Letgo I am selling a john deere 317 riding lawn mower

I had a feeling that there were two people involved that knew each other but I soon came to the conclusion it's the same person with different profiles. I left A bad review for the first person who i was going to buy the mower and when he did not show not only did I leave him a bad review but I blocked him and then shortly afterward the "second interested party" tells me he'll pay me what I want and will pick it up today then kept saying he was running late and then finally left the exact same words the first person left which were I change my mind I don't want it and then blocked me and I can only assume he left me a bad review please feel free to look at our conversations as to back up what I'm saying. Username Abil606 is selling counterfeit items and no action has been taken by LetGo. The user claims the items are authentic but all the name brand items are FAKE. I have tried reporting them through the normal channels to no avail. The user goes as far as to post fraudulent receipts in order to trick people into believing the items are genuine. They are scammers and Liars! Ban them already!

Letgo review

I was recently left a bad review from someone who I did not buy from. He brought a phone that did not have all of the accessories included but expected me to pay the full amount as if it did have everything. I ended up saying that I did not want the phone if he did not want to lower the price and he apparently was upset enough to say I low balled him. This seems unfair that I don't have a say after he blocked me. I'd like to get this review off of my page because now I only have one star and no one but him has left a review.

Letgo unrightful review messing up my perfect reputation

Hello, i was messaged by a Rico on my profile asking to buy my BB riffle and the price was marked at 80$ non negotiable. Because i didnt discount him 70% which he asked for he left me a horrible review that took away my perfect 5☆ reputation. This isnt fair and id like it to be removed on my profile immediately (name: Ryan Wright). I blocked this disrespectful user and he was still able to further his review update and call me a loser. This isnt professional and shouldnt be tolerated on your app. Thank you and please follow up.

Letgo shark lift away steam mop

We live outside of Milwaukee Wisconsin. We saw a shark offered by Jeff for $55. We agreed for an 11:30 am pick up on August 11, 2017. He gave his address, 4155 W. Rivers Edge Circle, over a half hour away. We got there an apartment complex. We texted him and the response was, what, who are you and WTF! We went home. He calls later asks if we are still interested, then he blocks us! We wasted our time only to get a WTF!

Letgo can't report abuse

I buy and sell used scooters here in Las Vegas. Sold a 2014 Scooter to a couple, Annie and Mark. First they worked me on the price. I told them you get what you pay for. They rode the bike, liked it and bought it. This was a great scooter. Then they turn around and review me as selling garbage. This was a new bike. Turns out they are scammers selling items at Budget Suites where they live. Scamming folks. Next, they contact me and tell me that they will take their bad review on me down for $300. Is this how letgo operates? Somehow they even blocked me from being able to report their abuse.
