Letgo I was scammed by one of your sellers

I was scammed by a ms Rosalie van Dalen. She was selling an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone I put in an offer. Emese both agreed to it and she asked me to transfer the money into her account which I did and the last I heard from her she was on her way to send the iPad my way. Ever since she removed the add, her phone is on voicemail and never responds to emails or request for payment. This was on the 18th of September 2017. I went to the police station to file a complaint and was advised to send this complaint.

I hope to hear from you soon. I have our chats, proof of payment and her always on voice mail number. This was supposed to be a birthday present for myself but has now turned into a nightmare. Please assist me by tracking her and getting my money back which I need.

I sold a camera a person in Missourie, and he didnt paid me. He sent me fraud western union emails for money payment which was fraud. The camera I shipped to was below.

Letgo I bought a 14k diamond ring from sean reid

I saw a ring ad from Sean Reid in Massachusetts. I send Sean and e-mail
and he answer asking for $200 dollars for 14k diamond ring. He said he
was willing to work with me. I told him I will send you the money UPS and
with a return label just to put the ring in the UPS bag call UPS to pick it up
and that was it. He agreed, I send him the money, I gave him the UPS tracking number. I got an e-mail 2day later stating he had received the money. I just told him to put the ring inside the UPS bag and call UPS to pick up. I never got my ring. I have send him numerous e-mails asking
him for my ring or the money. He keeps giving the run around. Accruing to
him he his going to call the US Postal Service to see what hipped to
my ring.

Letgo unknown buyer

I have received a message on letgo from a potential "buyer" about a product I'm selling. However, this buyer's acct says "inactive". It doesn't show me who I'm dealing with. I want to make sure this is safe. It says the account is deleted, and I've asked the person why and explained that I cannot see who they are. Now they aren't responding after this. Any advice?

Letgo seller

I originally spoke to this seller about his Cracked screen Iphone 6 for 40$. We ended up coming to terms and agreeing to a price that he is willing to sell it at. I ask him to send me more details and he agree. However later on I noticed that he removed the item from the listing that he had on his profile. I started to question whether he was going to sell me this item or not...So I hit him up and asked him what was going on with the item and he proceeds to tell me that he removed it because he wants to fix it up and then sell it. So he did not telling me anything and I had to reach out to him to find out that he is no long selling this item. I tell him that he does have a good customer relationship because sales should be honored. I do take it personally that he did not notify me that he is no longer selling it because we had an agreement...He then gives me a 1 Star Review and blocks me completely...

Letgo bape hoodie

I met this kid who wanted my hoodie he made a promise then this kid is mia when he owes me 150$ I've been contacting continuously and he hasn't responded I really need this money and he has stolen my product and Is showing it off on social media. This kid is very dumb his parents called me and said stop harassing him when he took my stuff and has never paid me back. This is complete [censor] please contact him

Letgo letgo

It's a complete waste of time unless you're interested in posting dirty toilet paper for sale.. It takes time to post the ads only to have an account blocked or an item removed. I have done nothing wrong and everything within their terms. I chalk it up to ignorance on the letgo staffs part and extremely flawed processes / aweful management. You can find a $639 million dollar toenail clipper posted for months yet my legitimate add and time spent posting that ad/description is removed or my account is under review. How about a $100 booger on the end of someone's finger with 650 views that's been on the site for six weeks yet my 20 minutes, detailed description of my legitimate product gets my account suspended in 3 minutes with no feedback, no number to call, nobody reaching out to me. My three-year-old daughter could manage this better, shame on you.

Letgo bad and unfair review

I posted some blue jays tickets for sale on your app and had someone message me that was interested.

I told him That I can send him the tickets once he sent me an e transfer as I am a season ticket holder.

He refused and said he wanted to meet up with me. I told him I am too busy and if you want them I inly sell them via my blue jays verified account.

He then decided to make up a bad review on my account and it has put my rating at 1 of 5 stars.

This is unfairly hindering me from being anle to use this app to its full extent.

What im asking is for you to reset my rating or delete the bad review as it wws totally unwarranted.

Thanks and hope to have this resolved soon so that I can use the app with no issues

Letgo letgo / reporting harassment from seller

My friend has a letgo account which she has used with successful results for sometime. This afternoon a member inquired about her post. They exchanged some words, there was to be no sale / compromise. The other
user however, began using obscene language, threatening and swearing, using racist terms and acting in a way which does not reflect let go in any manner. I feel it my responsibility to report this member immediately. I am unfortunately unable to report him/her elsewhere. I request that you look into the matter.

Letgo the app and website aren't working

I can't use Ap or even log on. Is there something wrong? The problem is I purchased a Piano and put half down last Sunday. Now I can't access messaging or anything to arrange the pick-up of my product. While I gave my number to seller I didn't get Her's and was expecting to continue communication through letgo. I think your website etc. is messed up

Letgo really? what kind of racist crap is this?

In searching the Phoenix metro area site I came across the posting pictured in the attached photo. Can you offer any explanation for why this ad was allowed to be posted with this heading? I am absolutely outraged and intend on sharing my anger about this across as many social media platforms as I can.
If your company intends for this app to be considered competitive with a site like eBay, I suggest you not only read what is posted on it but also show some level of responsibility about what you stand for how you allow it to be represented.

Letgo reported product not being addressed

I have reported on several occassions a product that is being sold on letgo.com that is innapropriate... The product being sold as "art" is explicit and distateful as it promotes "as art" the gagging and sexual abuse of a young girls' body. Showing partial nudity. A young girl being held in fear of her captor... Futhermore with the appearance of a snow-white theme'd character that further speaks to the sick nature of the individual that is "selling" this as such. This being posted by a user named "alan blood"

Letgo homicide victim

On June 6 2017, My 17 year old Son, Corey Harris-Thomas was murdered as a result of an arrangement for the sale of Air Jordans using Letgo. I was not aware and nor did I give permission for him to sell or use your site as a tool to sell the shoes. I hold Letgo accountable for negligence in their due diligence .

That is so horrible. As a mother my stomach just sank. I cannot even imagine how you must feel at this moment. I understand you wanting someone to be held accountable, I would be doing the same thing. I am not sure if by law they can be held accountable, but I know as a mother I would probably be reaching out to anyone I could as well.

The bad thing about internet is our children can do so much on it, and not even be of age. This should not have happened. I hope that somehow you find peace with this and maybe when you heart heals a little you can use this horrible loss to reach out to others for awareness. This is not something that we picture to be of harm to our kids. It's just Letgo! But we all need to look at your story and realize that on the internet, nothing is safe. And that we need to keep them from accessing all of our accounts, not just the ones we think are harmful.

I am so sorry for the loss of your baby boy, and pray for you for peace.

Letgo music recording equipment

I just downloaded the app cause a friend told me its a great place to sell things you dont need. So I was trying to sell music equipment called the UR22 audio interface. Ita brand new ive never used it. I posted it 6 times in a row cause everytime I go back to check if ita still thier it disappears. So im trying to figure out why it keeps doing that. I see other music recording equipment on their so it cant be prohibited. Please let me know asap. Thank you

Letgo letgo app

I had probably between 20 and 30 potential customers yesterday. So I checked my messages this morning (since there were so many coming in and I was trying to go to sleep, I didn't feel like checking them right away). Half of my messages are gone. There were only 2 new messages when I woke up and the rest were the old messages between me and potential buyers that had decided not to buy whatever it is they were interested in. I had one guy offering EIGHTY DOLLARS for something I posted as FREE. Needless to say, Im a little pissed. So much wasted/lost opportunity just because my messages were deleted.

Letgo airborne floating cup magic trick

To whom it may concern,

I just posted a product for sale and it was discontinued because it is 'perishable'. The Airborne floating cup is a well-known magic trick (https://www.magictricks.com/airborne-coke-can.html). It is not perishable, I am not selling any food products.

It seems that whoever removed my product only saw a Coke can, and did not read the description or do a quick google search for "Airborne Floating Cup"

Please put my product back online.

Letgo discrading products

I think it is absurd that someone can discard a product off your website without review either out of spite or maybe competitiveness or maybe just wanting to mess around. I had my air conditioner removed because of what? It resembled the dehumidifier that i was also selling? I had other products removed because maybe another product that i posted was in the background? And some were removed just because? I need to sell this stuff and i have a short time to do so and that is nobodies fault but my own but to not be given the chance i deserve is ridiculous. Its one thing if it was offensive or illegal but this is not the case and you guys really have to fix this. Pony up and add the necessary payroll for a review system of some sort.
