I am a fairly new user of letgo. Yesterday I listed a Mossberg 500 barrel and this morning it was removed from letgo. I checked the terms on what was not allowed and it specified firearms and ammunition only. While I understand why you cannot sell those to items on the app, I dont understand why I cannot sell gun parts. It is not prohibited by law, as legally the only part that is actually a firearm is the receiver, which is engraved with a serial number. Im not usually one to point to discrimination, however if an item is perfectly legal to buy and sell and letgo refuses to allow it, I cant help but feel the problem is with how letgo feels about the people who use said product.

I sent in money to a woman for a 2004 Nissan Maxima and now I can't get in contact with her because it says her account is under review. How do I get in contact with her? If I've been scammed is it even possible for me to get my money back? I just want to make sure that I get my money back or the vehicle itself. Why is her account under review and how long until I will be able to speak with her?

We are selling a Park Model Trailer in Show Low, Az. Received a response from Ezequiel Pita asking if it was available. We responded and his response to our add was: "I DONT WANT YOUR GAY [censor]." Very inappropriate and insulting. This person should be banned from Letgo and not be allowed to post. This is a form for selling items not issuing insults and/or a platform for his point of view.

This isn't a complaint more of a suggestion, but I think you should look into making sub-folders in the favorites section for users to organize the section better. Just being able to categorize this section in customizable ways would make it easier to navigate. For example, I could favorite shoes and put them in my favorites sub-folder of shoes; or if I find an item for very cheap I can put it in a favorites sub-folder deals.

Okay so I keep getting emails that someone is using my email to sell things. I have two. One was a MacBook and the other was an iPhone. I am not legally old enough to sell anything nor have I tried. I would like you to remove my email from this website/app since it my personal information and email. A confirmation email was sent to me and I did not click on it at all, I had deleted and still I'm getting emails that my email is in use to sell things.

I offered to buy sellers (Michael P. in Virginia Beach) bunk bed steps for $65 since the price was negotiable from the start. Seller agreed to the price and provided me with instructions once I arrived to the city were the steps were located at. Seller instructed me to make contact once I got close and seller would provide me with the address. I made contact with the seller on the road but when I got to the seller's city my messages were undeliverable because the seller blocked me. There was no reason why I was blocked or prior notice. As far as I know, the deal was still good and had cash in hand. I drove 40 miles away for no reason or any explanation onto why I was blocked. I only ask for you to remove this seller from the website to avoid any potential buyers from going thru any inconvenience like I went thru. Below is the last responses between both of us from bottom to top.

Gus Ramirez sold me a washer dryer combo give me a written receipt to refund if appliance didn't work and now won't refund me! What can I do $200 wasted he blocked me and said he would at first refund then he wanted to look at then said I tampered with it or broke it. He told me he never used it cause he didn't have a 220 plug so he probably never used it either. I'm a disabled female veteran and there should be some way to not allow sales of false advertisement of working appliances

This is ridiculous. I inquired casually about some items this person Sam Costin was posting on Aug 31/Sep 1, decided not to follow up immediately, and you immediately allow this person to give me a bad review.

Worse off, when I want to write a review for this person, your Letgo app did not are allow me to do so. Your app just says there is an "error".

This is completely unfair.

As a prospective buyer, quite frankly I should be allowed to ask questions of a product -- being "interested" in an item does not mean a commitment to buy! After all, it is *my* money and I expect to research a bit comparing competing offers before committing anything. When I chose not to finalize on buying the item I inquired, this should not be a reason to allow the seller to write a bad review of me!

Either you completely remove my review, or I will stop using Letgo again.

A non-suspicious with facebook account verified on the app was selling stolen electronics. I innocently bought an iPad which he said his brother re set it and gave to him (I have a screenshot of all the conversation even though he blocked me and afterward delete his account, I still have screenshot of his profile). I reported it to the police and gave the stolen iPad to them (I don't want trouble since it was stolen when i connected it to wifi it said the previews owner had the find my iPhone connected and was going to pin my address and obviously I would get in a bigger trouble)! WHAT CAN LETGO APP CAN DO ABOUT IT? ? ? WILLL I BE REFUND? CAN YOU TRACK THIS PROFILE FIND HIS FACEBOOK ACCOUNT THAT WAS CONNECTED AND VERIFIED THROUGH THE APP? I HAVE A CASE NUMBER FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE.AT LEAST FIND THIS PERSON INFORMATION ? I GAVE AS MANY INFORMATION AS I HAD FROM THIS GUY BUT WHAT ABOUT ME? I LOST MY MONEY. THE COP TOOK THE IPAD.

Seller name under Elliot which is being reviewed "sold" me a car but said it was on an army base and the only way to get it here was through eBay which I found out was a scam and took 1300 dollars from me inbred this money back. I didn't know it was a scam I was fooled by her account and this was my first time trying to buy a car on here and I really need this money it's all I have

My son agreed to sell a Kinect to someone who's user name was "reds" for $15. This was on Saturday, September 2d, 2017 at about 3:00 p.m. and the exchange was at a Popeye's restaurant at 5th and Main Streets in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky. Reds messaged my son and asked if he could pay with "weed" and my son said no, he wanted the cash. Reds showed up and said he wanted to make sure the Kinect worked and said he would be back. After 15 minutes Reds messaged my son that it didn't work but refused to bring the device back or pay my son. He then blocked my son from messaging him.
Please let us know what we do about this.

This complaint is in regards for a user to reply to a malicious user's comments. I wanted to respond to a unfair review or at least write my own review about a user but they blocked me so I can't tell the truth. The user blocked me so I cannot respond to bad review nor preview this user. The software allows a user to post a lie about another user and block that user so nothing can be done. I believe this to be unfair.

Specifically a user named Boo gave me one star because I could not make an appointment. My Brother in Law passed away. To make matters worse I gave forewarning that I could not make this appointment

They gave me one star and chose to say I did not make my appointment when I gave them advanced notice.

A man died and she gets to give me one star and say well he didn't make his appointment. I would like to give her one star and write a review about her.
This is very unfair. Please rectify this. Thank you.

Hi there,
I am trying to sell my Sony cassette player but someone flagging my post and the cassette I am put up for sale is not dublicate product its dam original. I dont what might be the reason someone flagged me. I have google the price to sell the product and it only comes up $50-$60 range so I have put up for sale in $35. Is there any button I can restore my post.

I downloaded the app, I'm trying to sell my car. Well someone wants more pictures through the chat messages and I can't send them because there isn't upload bottom or camera bottom to do so! I've spent 20 minutes on the app trying to figure it out and another 30 on google trying to do it also! Your support board was nothing but a head ache and it took me forever to find a complaint page! You need to fix the app, how am I suppose to sell my car if I can't give more information on it to other people? Also it keeps crashing when a ad starts to play. I have to get out of the app completely and restart it for it to work right again. Long story short, your mobile app for letgo sucks!

I bumped an item on letgo and I got charged from my credit card yet I received a notification from letgo that my item isn't bumped. This is pretty annoying considering that I am yet to make a sale and letgo is already making profits from me. Not cool. At all.

Also, I am sick of running around google play or iTunes app and letgo apps to look for help as they all play the blame game. Really, letgo should have a working customer service line rather than having no means of direct communication with their customer. This is annoying.

Please letgo should contact me, fix the problem or issue a refund. Thank you.

This morning on my account which is Blessed Life I got a random bad review from a lady named Tammy Kubas. She was supposed to buy an item from us a few weeks ago she set up the time to meet and asked for our address. So we gave it to her but she never showed up so when she finally answered us back after not showing up her reason was that her and her daughter found a better one they didn't need our crappy item. So me and my husband blocked her. So since then she has constantly harassing us and stalking our page even tho she's blocked she still messages on every item we post and favorites our stuff. And every message she sends she always has something negative or mean to say about our item. And then today she gave us a review that's not even true. And now she has people thinking we're bad people and we're not. Me and my husband work hard for everything we have we don't get anything given to us. We love this app and use it all the time but honestly the way she's acting is making us not want to use it anymore just bc of the constant harassment from her. Could you please take her review down and maybe shut her account down. We have a lot of good reviews and we have people messaging us now saying they don't want to buy from us anymore all bc of her. We would really appreciate it if u could help us with this. I have already reported the review she made. Thank you let go I hope to hear back from u.

I was contacted another member on LETGO, the person did not like my price and posted a negative comment about me at the same time blocking me not giving me a chance to respond or even defend myself, anyways 5 DAYS AGO I contacted customer service they replied once and still are reviewing the case, if you can not deal with people complaints please make sure you hire enough people cause 5 days for a simple complaint is OUTRAGEOUS

I was scammed out of 340 dollars when the guy used a fake payment confrimation on western union. He texted me and used a number that is no longer in service so I can't contact him. His personal info is Jack Reiger 10120 Brookshire dr. Peoria Illinois 61615. Please do whatever it takes to help me out and contact him. I'm pissed please help me. I shipped him the sneakers and then he did not pay me. He sent all this through letgo

User Contacted me a few weeks ago about buying an item and never got back to me. I eventually deleted the chat. Just today the user decided to give me a one star review and a comment saying "unfair prices" when there was absolutely no conflict about price whatsoever. Would have just let this go, but it tarnished my 5 star rating when the user never even contacted/talked to me in a few weeks after not getting back to me at all.

If possible I'd like this review to be removed because it came out of the blue when the user made no effort to contact me beforehand, and it seemed as if he never actually wanted the item in the first place.

I posted my 1st bad review due to being strung along all week and blocked user. Now this Lady is making profile after profile harrassing me threatening to "ruin" me until i am not on letgo any longer. She is cursing at me calling me names claimin she will not stop till im gone for good. Getting everyone she know to report me and have me shut down.help. she is trying to scare me into deleting my profile. And taunting me. Now if I sell anything I have to be worried of my safety, it could be her showing up with another fake profile. She will not stop bothering me. I will take legal action if I need to.
