For the last few months I've repeatedly tried to get someone to delete illegal baby cribs being sold, and I've been responded with a range from a half-hearted comment that they've deleted them to outright rudeness and lies on there not being any. This issue is an issue that is very close to heart to me for the exact reason one would think, and Im now at my angry point on it on my way to contact authorities. Im doing a last ditch effort to hopefully reach maybe one more person in the company and pray they have a heart or at least like to obey the law. Otherwise the authorities and my ability to write journalistically will have to do. Please look over the laws on drop side cribs and take care of the matter. They are illegal to sell, trade, donate, and give away in either part or whole as a crib, table, hat, or anything else for that matter. My info is not what I have interpreted the law to mean, but what the actual law says and means by the actual safety commission themselves. Good luck on the matter, and good luck on the pitiful employees I've encountered so far. I wouldn't trust them to take care of a goldfish, so hopefully they won't be the reason a baby has been harmed or worse by now.

Then the buyer, Steven smith told us to mark wheelchair as sold. He then proceeded to say that he was going to fed ex a check for it. The check arrived and was in the amount of $1980.

The money order # 224071 in the amount of 1.800 was cashed at first bank in St. Louis, MO 63141. He scammed me. And took my money. Please look into this matter.

So I got a moneypak card for this woman selling an iPhone X for 240$ and she needed it. So i put money on the card and sent her the code, she said she would mail the phone but that never happened then she blocked me, next thing I make another account and she changed her username and picture to someone else. This is a scam and I don't want scammers on this app! you have to remove her and I want my money back!

His name is Jeremy Bailey my husband was interested in this truck and my husband was chatting with him and set up to meet in Decatur Illinois and when it was time to go and meet I ask him if he had plates on the truck so I can meet him in a public place and he sent me a message back and say no so ok I sent another message and asked for his address and he didn't want to give it to me so I sent another message and said if u don't send me the address then I am not interested in the truck and he said then forget about it to us it sounds like a scam and I don't like it and if u let me know how to do it and I can send u the conversation thank you I just don't want to be scammed

I bought an iPhone SE from a guy. I paid him $144 cause he was gonna sell me an iPhone x too. He as had an iPhone 6 I was Gonna buy. He blocked me on letgo and GAVS me his number. He said he was gonna ship them to me but never got them. He scammed me and sold to someone else. I want my money back or he gives me the iPhone x and iPhone 6 cause he sold the iPhone SE.

This so-called feature of virtual assistants that you guys implemented in March 2018 needs to be either tuned or tweaked to be fine-tuned because it's actually a note feature or anything positive for the users it's a definitely not a feature it's a headache when using this app. Users have made it clear that they do not like the feature... But the app designers are not changing anything except for RENAMING the bot. Very unhappy with Letgo

Scammed by this [censored]. She claimed she could ship items due to her travels. Requesting money be sent. Sent the money and she said she would send my purse I paid $300 for by end of day. The next day purse was still not sent and she blocked me. I reported her prior to her blocking me, but she has my money and I do not have anything to show for that money.

Hello, I was scammed a couple days ago by a man named Samuel "Wilson", though he goes by Thomas Michael on letgo. He was selling a MacBook 2018 for $1, 100. Seemed legit. Told me to put down a down payment of half, which I did, we exchanged numbers and agreed on a meeting place/time and he never showed up. No longer answers text/app. Scam Artist. .

Person put a picture gave me all the information for me to verify before I send in payment then when they got payment they disappeared and never send product.

A guy on letgo stole my iPhone 8 Plus and took off running he blocked me but still has an active account anyway you can help me get my property back or get his info to the police to send him to jail anything over $500 is a felony that's grand theft it's over $1, 000 please any helps appreciated his name on letgo is Patrick Anderson is sure it's a fake name he's a thin black guy in his mid to early twenties around 6 ft maybe an inch or two bigger he was wearing all place with a black hoodie

Bots are coming up as fake real people. Sayes will sell faster. Takes my posting and puts oops no longer for sale. People all about my things and I have to jump in and say I still have it.. You don't know where they list it. I enjoyed this app selling my own stuff and did better..I may mad. Texts all hours of night.. There is no option for NO! If something hasn't sold in long time.. Why would it so any better cause it has not. There is no help for this. I look up one thing to compare and I am being inundated with notifications..I haven't even looked to buy.. I'm a seller.

Hello I made a transaction with a Letgo user by the name of Chris Paul. I had posted a 14k gold mens ring and Chris Paul offered a trade for a 14k gold chain which turned out to be fake as it was tested at a local gold buyer shop. I have Chris Paul's cell but he does not reply to my text. I was told by Chris Paul and he also had this chain posted and described it as 14k gold/ solid gold. I met Chris Paul in person and made the transaction.

I contacted Beefy Forlife about a 24kt. Bracelet. I asked is it real solid gold. He assured me it was. I told him it was last $100 until next week. He told me he works with the FBI to protect military seniors from taking advantage of. He assured me again before the bracelet was real. I am a senior, lost my husband 6 yrs. ago. He was military. He was dishonest. I contacted him to return my money, the same day. He blocked me. He is a fraud, scammer and takes advantage of people. He needs to be stopped before he scam someone else. I need your help to have him return my money. It was on a Friday morning August 10th, at 12:10pm. I contacted him the same day after I discovered it was fake. I am on a fixed income and I need my money back.

The profile I reported was named Stevn Lilgenburg, when I met up to give him his items he gave me a fake 100 dollar bill and left all my messages on read after the transaction. There has been no contact since it happened (3 days ago as of August 10th, 2018) I am looking to find out if there is some way for me to come back into contact so I can either get my items back or have some sort of justice.

I was trying to sell my tv and all I got were serious lowball offers from people and spam. Someone will say they are interested, but when I respond then I don't hear back. That happened over and over again. I ended just pawning my tv and got more for it than I would've on that website. I have since asked numerous times for their so-called "customer service" to delete my account, but they haven't done it. It is beyond frustrating. Selling things online isn't worth it and can be very tough anyway, but using Letgo makes it not worth the frustration. I wouldn't advise anybody to ever use that site, I have heard that Ebay and Amazon are much better options when it comes to selling your items online.

Asif Trenton nj is a scammer he agreed on 55$ for a pair of serious steel 6 bands set never used and he gave me excuse that there were bikes in front of house watching and then he immediately blocked me ... I looked under my mat for 55 and he only gave me 10. He is a scammer. Stay away from him and don't sell to him! I've never had this problem I've always had honest people do porch pickup. He said his family lives in trenton and he goes to school nyc ... but he is a bif fat liar and scammed me 45$! He made me really reconsider not using letgo app anymore.

I have tried 5 times now to sell some items faster. It's $1.99 to boost each individual listing and each time I've been notified that I won't be charged for the boost because I've paid once before but when my payment is being processed it crashes the app. Is this a letgo issue or an Apple issue? This is annoying cuz I'm trying to boost my items. Please advise.

Paid 375.00 for iphone7 plus it was posted no issues and a white phone 32gb the girl brought me a black phone but had 128gb so I took it she came to my job afterwards i could not hear calls coming in or going out and could not use Siri or google voice I took phone to AT&T store they said microphone and speaker are gone representative said to get my money back so the girl said she will give me a refund but won't tell me when and she wants me to sell this defective phone and she will pay me the difference I said No I'm not selling your phone with issues I can't afford to be screwed out of this money I need help

Don't know the reason but bidding on your app is a waste of time in my area. I have made offers, ask if items are still available, and inquired with specific questions about items on dozens of occasions and I have never, ever, received a response. It's so bad that I deleted the APP and stick to using OfferUp. Tried it for months and surprisingly had no benefit whatsoever.
