Timeshare sales
This is a completely unprofessional company with no integrity or ethics. Their "customer service" is a joke. I signed a contract with Les Maisons Investments seven months ago and paid them their fee. Any further concern for me, the customer, ended when they got my money! There is such a lack of transparency with this company that they appear very shady. The sale was never completed. I've called to get my money back and the person I was dealing with has not returned my phone calls or answered my emails. It's been 24 weeks! I still have not received my money back. Now, I'm left with other no choice but to take Les Maisons Investments to court. If this is what you'd like to go through to sell your timeshare be my guest. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to do business in a legitimate fashion.

selling my timeshare through wyndham
Selling my timeshare through Wyndham Jeff Gross field called me give me this big wonderful sales pitch because I had a Wyndham timeshare to sail with Bonnet Creek which is the closest one to Disney would sell it immediately would not be a problem sent the $999 that was in October 2017 I'm still trying to get somebody to answer the phone this is all a scam they're just normal thieves this is what they always do they tell you all this good stuff and it never happens never
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Mr. Grossfield has many clients and he works hard to find someone that will buy these
properties.

I paid them $1,996.00 to auction off my rci timeshare back on march 9th, 2018
Date of incident: 3/19/2018
Client# KMTS92841
They were supposed to auction off or rent my RCI points timeshare. Rental Price $900.00 Negotiable. Sale Price $30, 996.00 negotiable. I paid them up-Front $1, 996.00 from my Discover credit card. The person that I have talked to several times is Katherine Maloney. Her Rep license# TP 34482. I have not heard from her in 4 months. When I call and they answer the phone they always make up some story. Usually, they claim that they have several buyers interested in my timeshare. But they need to do a"Background check, " or a credit check or something. And now they are not even calling me back like they had promised to do. Discover will not even help me to get my $1, 996.00 back. Thus this scam & fraud report.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

This guy said we are International and they are not! They put the add on there website and Bid Share that's it. Don't pay them!
