Leonizara Revox Symbol B Speaker Set review: Internet fraud 2350 euros stolen from me by Andrzej Sulikowski from Kleve Germany 1

A completely legitament internet scam! Seller kept my money and did not ship. He refused to refund but always said he would ship but never told me a date. Total of 3 month duration. Wire transfer went through and was confirmed by him, promises of shipping the set of speakers were all lies by him, and refusal of refund in email by him. Delays over the holidays due to his various excuses, all amounting to him no longer responding to emails and phone calls. It appears to be a typical thing from People who are in transition which I only figured out way later by the pics of an empty house with 2 speakers in it and a receiver on the bare floor. He started the transaction in Germany but soon after moved to Poland. Its amazing. I have all the emails and proof, yet nobody wants to help me get my money back or the product.. I am in Canada, the seller in Germany/Poland. I have the Police in Germany and they found him but they tell me they can only reprimand him for internet fraud. Getting my money back is a civil matter which will take a lawyer they say. I cant understand why nobody takes the bull by the horns anymore except criminals and the cops in TV shows. They do it all the time. If the cop who is jacking this thief up for internet fraud can't hint to him that all this will go away if you just complete or refund the buyer then whats the point of calling it fraud at all? The guy even charged me Tax VAT on UPS delivery that never took place. Imagine that...Using UPS in their scam to do the dirty work and to top it off, have me pay freaking sales tax? Wouldn't my wire transfer as proof of payment and his email along with all header information be good enough to say he got the money? There must be a way other than smith & wesson to get this guy to pee in his pants and get this resolved. I am out 2350 Euros and that's close to 3k USD. I will tack on some pics below which show red circles of him admitting he received the funds, and another where he tells me no refund just the speakers will ship. 3 months of I will ship! I will ship! Well, shut up and take action I say! Maybe there is a lawyer in Germany that will represent me, serve the guy and take him to court then pocket my money. I thought I'd never say this but the money is better off in the pocket of the lawyer than in that of the criminal.He even showed me before and after pics of him packing to ship to me (?) I even have a video but you only see his arm and the speakers. No voice. I blocked out my bank info on the wire transfer but the important stuff is shown.
