Leonard telkom feb deal of the month

I subscribed for Feb Telkom deal of the Month and i requested from the sales rep to exclude all the extras that will cost more than R149.00 a month of which he said he will do that and with the (ALL CALLS ARE ON RECORDS) alert you get while waiting for an agent to pick up, i didn't see any reason why this can be so much of a problem. all of a sudden my account is debited R815 on the 9th of May 2017, i then visited telkom Maponya mall on the following day. they refused to help me instead gave a cordless phone to log a query, i was promised an agent will call me after the sales record was pulled, [protected] was given as a REF number, on the 12 May i received an sms with REF [protected] stating that my query was resolved, i assumed the money will be refunded. on the 18 May 2017 i received another sms stating [protected] as a new call the following day i received another sms agin stating my call is resolved.Boom on the 01 June 2017 i receive a statement with R1639 of which over R1000 is data charges, n their agent Thulile Hlongwane) had a nerve to complain on hellopeter if i am not satisfied, i mean what is that

i leonardjhughes contract beneficaries inheritence;was sent these info. payment reference#citi/cmb/324/09 reference release#544261 payment code#5050 merit#401024 allocation#cbl/cmb/uk2901233fwnd/indentification#dm7171 4digit pincode (6114) card #[protected] i received info. but no card thank you [protected]@yahoo.com
