Lenovoon-site service delayed for more than a week now due to part availability

This complain is for service request#:403F53K

My Thinkpad T460s laptop that just bought for a month was unable to turn on. I requested for on-site service on 1/20/2017, but by today 1/30/2017 I haven't received the service. During last week.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Morrisville, NC I called customer support [protected] and the technical support for multiple times. Every time agent replied the service was delayed due to parts availability. But no one can provide the exact date that the parts will be arrived. And no technician or escalation manager had ever contact me for the status updates.
