Lenovo e570 order

Ordered a laptop E570 on 11/25/2016. Received my order confirmation via email and few days later, even got a status update showing that order was being processed and will be shipped out and be delivered by 12/23/2016. Few weeks into December, I got another email saying that due to popular demand, the order is back logged and not sure when it will be delivered. We were given a choice to continue the order or cancel. I was buying this for my son, so I opted for it to be delivered.

Each week, Lenovo authorizes my credit card to make sure that I have enough money on the card. This gave me a bad feeling that they were looking for people that couldn't get authorization, so that they would have an excuse to cancel the order. So, on 1/9/2017, I decided to start CHAT instead of calling the customer service number, to make sure that I have proof of my order and get status update. I was told on the CHAT that the order is still being processed and will be delivered by 1/25/2017.

Well, wouldn't you know it, I got an email (1/10/2017) stating that because I never confirmed my order, they went ahead and canceled it.

I have not cancelled it and would still like to get my order fulfilled. Please confirm!

Lenovo lenovo u430 touch

I bought this laptop in Jan 2015. It got separated at the hinge within 90 days of purchase. I sent this to lenovo support but they told me that it is a damage and they dont support the coverage. I ended up paying $269 for the hinge. Now, it is out of warranty and my laptop has the same issue now. It separated at the hinge again. I found out that it was a manufacturing defect and lenovo is covering for the damage. I called customer support but they say they dont cover it.

My complaint is either refund me the money I paid for fixing the hinge during the warranty or fix it now.

Lenovo lenovo miix 700 no booting

Dear Lenovo,

My tablet Lenovo Miix 700, not working since November 2016. I cold the Lenovo Provider and he directed me to ensure Service on December 1, 2016, but they said it is under US warranty, and cannot be repaired.

Lenovo vibe k note 5

I brought a mobile phone vibe k note 5 from nesto's mobile shop in farwaniya Kuwait.
The problems is the mobile get hanging. And when I open the photos folder, videos folder it's showing too late. I went to the shop and said to the problems but they're didn't do anything. Now what can I do
If you are do not solve the problems, I will say to everywhere.

Lenovo agency service

dear,
I have Lenovo phone since 10 months, I faced some problems in battery and shape, I took my mobile to agency here in KSA ( hadad care ) he kept the mobile with im around 2 months, after that I got message that the mobile ready, i went to get it, but I shocked that they didn't repair anything, and the issue still remain,
i need solution with them, i need replace my mobile

Lenovo lenovo phab plus

I bought Lenovo phab plus. The Battery is expirt so I want to change it . I went to your service center. Your guy tell me that it spend time 5 days for change not included weekend. That mean you change battery one week. I surprise because the process just open back cap, replace battery, closed it. The process is simply but take more time. I go back without change because I shall use the phone for business ad I will get problem next time when battery is expired. I willing to buy new one that can support me. My recommend is you shall improve you after service. Many customer don't want a product they request a good after service too. For me I have many product of Lenovo but if your product don't support after service so I shall goodbye.

عندما ذهبت الى الحداد لصيانه حتى اقدم لهم الهاتف لينوفو لان في بعض الأعطالمثل
الصوت ضعيف
البلوتوث لا يعمل
الفلاش لا يعمل
الشبكة اللاسلكية لا تعمل جيدا

فقل لي بعد ما بدء يتاكد من الضمان وتاكد انه متاح

ان الهاتف به بعض الانبعاج الطفيف وهذا يخرجة من الضمان

قلت له هذا الانبعاج البسيط عيب في الهاتف نتيجة وضعة في جيب البنطال
ولكنة رفض

Lenovo lenovo g50-45 laptop

On 5/19/2016 I bought a Lenovo G50-45 laptop.

7/15/2016: fatal crash. I called Lenovo tech support and it was determined that the laptop needed to be sent back to Lenovo for repairs. After some wrangling over who was going to pay for shipping (Lenovo reluctantly agreed to do so), it was sent off and returned to me repaired fairly quickly. Of course all the software had to be reloaded.

9/19/2016: fatal crash. I called Lenovo tech support and it was determined that the harddrive was fried. A service request was put into another department and I would get a call in 3 business days. Nope, no call.

9/22/2016: called tech support and a request for escalation of the service request was put in. 2 days, we promise you a call in 2 days. No call, but

9/23/2016: received an email from Terry Nesbit, proposing the following solution. No new laptop but an onsite repair and if that proved difficult or take more than 2 weeks to get the parts, Lenovo would think about sending me a new laptop. In addition he would give me another 90 days warranty. I immediately mailed AND called saying I did not want an onsite repairman whom I didn't know and had no idea whether he was reputable or not (very bad previous experience, never again), that I would prefer a new laptop since this one was obviously a lemon, but I would be prepared to take it to a reputable repair shop if there absolutely was no other option and that in that case 90 days additional warranty was not enough. No response

9/26/2016: called Lenovo. Service request escalated again.

9/30/2016: called Lenovo, tech support can't do anything since it is now a different department.

10/4/2016: got on line with Lenovo support chat, chatted with West who assured me that I would get a call that day, he would see to it. No call
10/4/2016: called Terry Nesbit, left a message asking to please call

To date I have heard nothing. Nada, zip, zilch, zero. I would like to be able to use my new laptop, the one I paid for and is still in warranty. But I have run out of options, I cannot get the appropriate people to contact me.

Marion Schuller, This customer was resolved with a Depot repair and 90 day warranty extension. Lenovo hasn't seen another case regarding this customer since.

Lenovo mobile

After updating lenovo k4 note from android 5 to 6 facing lot of problems which all i stated below
1: unable to WiFi, FM, Bluetooth not work the phone.
2: contact list not working.
3: some apps not working well.
4: data connection will automatically turns on after switch on the mobile.

My phone appearance status - : OK, BUT ISSUE NEXT DAYS

& give the phone service center 10 days ago.she told me next 7 days carry you your phone but not solve it because part not available, she ask all wage waiting the part. it solve next 2 days, next 3 days again next day how many next days

Lenovo lenovo yoga 3 pro

Purchased a year ago battery stopped charging. Cms their technical support, representative, offers terrible service. They promised to get back to me. I am waiting for hours and no one gets back to me or answers a simple question of whether or not they have a spare battery in stock.

Lenovo Worst service & no proper response

I can't attend or call from my Lenovo Vibe x3 mobile. I gave my mobile to service on 17/08/2016. The service centre name - digital communication tnagar chennai Tamil nadu. There is no proper response from the centre. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received my mobile. Every time i called them, there will be a harsh reply from their side and i mean it.

Till yesterday they were saying my phone has only software issues and no hardware problems. Now i call them, they were saying your phone's mother/circuit board is not working, we need further 10 more days to test.

Seriously i am starting to hate lenovo because of this cheap replies from service centre.

Lenovo laptop yoga-3 / blue screen and usb inputs does not fix

The machine was bayed on March 26th and after 6 months it start having many problems, they were 6 problems to be exact and was send it for review to the lenovo company, and when was returned just works for 4 months fine and by that we've been talking to support and the only thing that they do is reset it like new, and causing many problems with all my documents and work I can't work with that problems...

Yesterday I re call to support and they say me I need to send it for review because the USB inputs doesn't work and screen is blue..

-I am really disappointed, I'm losing money and time, because I'm from Mexico and I need to travel to US for sending it. The factory.

My question is: When I'll have a computer that works normal?

It is the first time that I buy a lenovo machine and the experience has been so bad I thought I will return to HP!

Lenovo p70 mobile phone

Please note that I brought a P70 mobile phone from alghanim Kuwait, on 28.11.2015.(8 months ago). Presently the phone was not working at all and submitted in service centre, Kuwait on 28.07.2016.The technician told that he will return the phone in 3 days. After 6 days, that is today(03.08.2016).the technician is calling and telling me that it will take another 5 working days to solve my problems.Then what is the use of this phones for us. So should I buy a new phone ? Sad to tell that lenovo service centre need six days to find the problem of a small phone. Then wat about the other products of lenovo?.

Lenovo yoga 14

Based on the link below I first encountered a problem that sounds like it's based on your faulty workmanship.

For anyone who didn't move their laptop around like me within the warranty period, and just found that out after the warranty expired, you say it is a customer problem? Did you send out a notice to all the people who bought it saying that might be an issue so we could check it out?

I never received one. I think it is horrible customer service on a known issue and I am just making it known.

On 14/05/2016 & 15/05/2016 I have sent many e-mail to all concern and on 16/05/2016 I have received two phone call from +[protected] & +[protected] in which I was told that another engineer will come to my house for replacing my mother board. Nothing found any engineer on 20.05.2016 I sent another email to your concern email ID and then received a email from [protected]@lenovo.com with a free suggestion that “As per discussed over phone, we have concluded that there is no issue in your laptop” i.e. my SO: [protected] has been closed. HOW? Is it possible without resolve my problem or any intimation? I Can’t believe it. Then after my repeat email I received another Phone Call from [protected] and a email from [protected]@lenovo.com with a New- SO [protected] Service Request- [protected] / [protected] also advised me another engineer will come to my house with a mother board. What is this.

Lenovo mobile repair at authorized service centre

I had purchased lenovo k4 note mobile through flipkart in march 16. Due tu humid condition in city ahmedabad . Gujarat.
Sweat had seeped inside the display while talking and holding the phone in hand.

The phone was taken to auth customer care centre at
nexon technogies at hyderabad.

Mr nishant asnani, the manager informs me that the phone
has fallen in water and it is not the sweat that had damaged the
display. Change of display and touch screen are not covered under warranty .

I am a highly respected govt servant, why should i lie.

Pl resolve the issue and get my display change under warranty

I have purchased a Laptop Lenovo- (G50-70) [protected] (I3/4GB/1TB/Dos) S/N: YB08494967 from Computer Care, PO & PS- Balurghat, Dist- Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal, India, Pin- 733101 on 07/03/2016 in Cash vide Invoice No- CC/BLG/908/15-16, dated- 07/03/2016. On 03/05/2016 I noticed that the F7 / Flight Mode key did not work properly as well as lying dead. Then I have talked with the toll free no of Lenovo Service centre ([protected] & [protected]) and they all try to their best by online but they failed to unearth / solve this problem then I received a sms vide SO: [protected]. On 11/05/2016 a hardware engineer (Mob No. [protected]) came to my house with a new Keyboard but he also failed to work out this problem after exchange the keyboard then he contacted with another engineer (Mob No. [protected]) and was offered me for replace my system after all formalities. On 13/05/2016 I received a Phone call from +[protected] in which I learned that my system will not be changed and also gave me a free suggestion for further contact with toll free no of Lenovo Service centre. What is this? He should not closed my SO: [protected], You should do something. I have purchased my laptop just two month ago with one year warranty, but is this your warranty? Am I wrong to purchase LENOVO laptop? "You can't fool me!" If you closed my SO: [protected] without any co-operation I shall circulate this message.

Lenovo complaint against service center

Hello,

I had purchased Lenevo Vibe P1 and after 2 months, the touch screen issue started. I found a service center in Barrackpore, West Bengal. From 23-02-2016 my phone is at their service center, but still their parts have not arrived. They cannot guarantee me about the date of delivery. Whenever I ask them about the status, they are telling me repeatedly that the phone part has not still arrived and it's going to take more time. Now they are not even sure how much time more it's needed. If this is the case, why put the Clause 12 and 13 of the Service Center T&C?

The phone was delivered to me within 4 days of my purchase but when the problem occurred, I simply have to leave all my work and keep calling the Service center people who keep showing me attitude that if I can't wait I should take back my Phone. Should I consider therefore consider this as a problem of the phone in the manufacturing itself? Or, are your customer service people trained to behave in such ill manners. As a customer, when I paid for the Phone, I have every right to ask when I can get back a working phone. I think we buy phones for our use and not to be harassed like this and to keep calling Service Center.

I am adding in cc the consumer forum admin about all the matter. If I don't get any fruitful result of this email and my requests then I will have to consider this as a defect of the phone and me being cheated as a customer of a faulty product. Obviously, then I will go to any extent to spread out this harassment. Again, it is my request to only let me know of a guaranteed or approximate date when can I have my Phone back working properly.
