Lenovo / laptop
I submited my laptop for a problem at the base andtop connection. It took 3 weeks to address this point since the laptop was under extended warranty. Unfortunately when they returned to me after 3 weeks it got worse and started hanging. I had to return it back for probably another vweek. I am not happy since this is going back and forth with colossal waste of my time and energy. At sime point carrefore told me that they can give me new piece or remburse me. All I can do at the moment is a. Put a comoalint. B. Never but a peduct from carrrfoue c. Post it on facebook and twiter which I will be doing.. D. Probabky post in news papaer. E. Tell my freinds.
Not surr weayhet anybidy evervrespond to my grehiance.
But I am going to take above mentiones stpes. Si people are atleast made aware of poor service.
