Lenovo faulty mobile piece

Hello,

I have purchased Lenovo A6000+ mobile through flipcart on 10-06-2015.

There were continuous problems occurring from the day one. I have done too many calls to customer care centre, but I didn't get the satisfactory result. I have also gone to service centre of Lenovo in Vadodara i.e. Dhara Enterprise 4 to 5 times in 6 months but still I don't have my mobile OK right now.
There are several problems in my mobile from beginning that, mobile doesn't reply properly, system software misbehaviour, hang up, very slow response, contacts problem in mobile etc. for this service centre has updated my system software 3 to 4 times but didn't get the problem solved.
So they told me now we have to replace your PCB (mother board) to solve this problem. Again they took my mobile for 15 days & replaced PCB of my mobile. They gave me my mobile back on 9th February 2016. As I received my mobile I as checking all the things working good or not, currently they have kept basic version software in my mobile i.e. 4.4.4 (KitKat version), and there was update available for Lollipop version in my mobile so I was updating the system software from KitKat to lollipop as all the files downloaded from internet & when I press install all the updates the mobile android version get failed. Images of the failed android version are attached herewith. Again I went to service station i.e. Dhara Enterprise & they replied that your mobile is not compatible for lollipop version so don't try to update the same otherwise your PCB again get damaged & we have replace the same again (you have to keep your mobile for 15 days to replace the PCB). So to avoid this problem have not updated the version lollipop, I kept my old version KitKat.
Just before 2 days I am facing another problem that, when I open gallery my all folder & images display all the things well, but after entering to one folder & coming out from the same no folder displays any image videos & data. It just displays the black background. It shows that this folder contains this many files but it doesn’t shows the file while opening the same.
I feel that I have received a faulty piece from Lenovo as I am facing so much issues from the date of purchase I didn’t get solve that from customer care nor from service stating.
We purchase mobile to make our life easy but after purchasing this mobile my time get wasted just to call customer care about my mobile problem & go to service centre to get repair my mobile & wait when the service centre will give my mobile back after repairing.
Doings all these things I didn’t get the service & good mobile which can be used by normal people.
This is my humble request to you please please please look in to this matter seriously I am facing so much of trouble with is mobile. Please replace my handset else I will contact to GRAHAK SURAKSHA KENDRA for this issue.

Lenovo I'm complain about my lenovo k3 note not repaired. Service center promise to repaired in 15 days, so I claim on lenovo company for extra days.

I purchased Lenovo K3 note through Flip cart dated : 18-07-2015 Price Rs. 9999. Company give warranty 12 months. and in 3 months my phone touch screen not work properly so I gave in lenovo service for station repair my phone and they gave promise to in 15 days repair my phone but up to today([protected] days over and my phone not repaired so please me claim on Lenovo company for extra days and in this days i am without phone me in very trouble so please help me. Good afternoon.

It is regret to mention here that I have been harassed by Lenovo customer support people and running pillar to post to address my complaint. Hence, it is requested to do the needful at the earliest. The brief description of my complaint is as follows:

I had purchased the Lenevo k3 note smart phone from Flipkart on 15-10-2015 and after 3 weeks I observed that touch screen of the Smartphone is not working properly. And when I touched particular point, 3-4 apps are opening at the same time. After that I contacted Flipkart and they advised me to contact Lenovo tech support. Accordingly, I contacted 2-3 times and it was instructed me over the phone to sort out the problems. However, nothing has worked out. Then I was advised, to go personally to LENVO SERVICE CENTER Light zone center at Mecheda, West Bengal . And I visited the service support centre on 07.12.2015 and they advised me to handover the cellphone for servicing. Again after 07 days, when I contacted them about the status of my cellphone, it was told me that the spare parts
are not being received by them. I waited further and after 15 days the reply received from them is same. And they advised me to contact Lenovo Service Head, Mr. Shantanu (HCL) (mob No. [protected]). Then, Mr.Shantanu assured me that my problem will be addressed in 05 days, however, after 10 days also, he is saying the spare parts are not being delivered yet . Now, he has advised me to contact Mr. R. Mattoo at Kolkata by email.

So, it is unfortunate that Lenovo is unable to rectify the mistake in considerable period of time and I have been harassed since 01 month.

Hence, it is requested to SUPPLY ME A NEW SMARTPHONE LENOVO K3 NOTE without further delay and harassing me further. Else, I may seek to take legal course of action against your company without further delay.

Your earliest positive action will be highly needed to address this complaint, please.

Lenovo remington-kuwait ensure services

I purchased G50-70 laptop from Hyper market on 31/3/2015 on K -net payment on authenticated cash invoice. The local warranty support company - Ensure services refused to honour warranty for mother board fault- stating only invoices accepted from respective retailer computer system generated invoice. Despite of providing them K-NET payment supporting bank statement -indicating payment to respective seller they insists printed invoice . Lenovo representative in egypt refused to fix problem under warranty service

I bought Laptop { Lenovo G5070 ci3 4005U 4G-50 } from Carrefour Egypt in 22/3/2015 with one year warranty ( warranty only by payment receipt) ..Redington Egypt….a month ago I faced a problem during charging the Laptop. As it doesn’t charge while it is turned on and only charges while it is closed ( turned off) I went to the Lenovo Representative in Egypt (Redington Egypt) 20/12/2015 and after keeping the Lap for 5 days they refused to fix the problem under warranty )without notifying me with a phone call or SMS or even an e-mail) claiming that there is a broken piece in the charging socket and by this warranty for anything in the Laptop is lost due to misuse ! I tried to discuss with them 1- How is this piece broken…I never thought to see if it is intact or broken (in other words..I don’t know whether I bought it like this or not) 2- the problem is away from the broken piece as the battery still charges while the Lap is turned off and how a broken piece in an area ends a total warranty of the whole Laptop…..It sounds illogical and this is a total profiteering 3- Moreover, there is nothing written given to me to prove this claim and I keep my right to fix the whole Laptop (including the broken piece) under warranty so long that I was not notified by your rules But still they refused after this long discussion and I told them I will contact the official company and even spread this event for all my relatives, friends and even on social media to be cautious while thinking of Lenovo products in Egypt and to know how is its representative in Egypt deal with warranty services Thanks

Lenovo not replacing my laptop

Hi all, I have purchased laptop in january month and after that too many problems started in my laptop and I have having warranty of laptop for 3 yrs. Already nonsence and illitrate engineer did to many expirement on my laptop. Already I have given alot of time to these guys. I have wasted my work upon these illitrate engineer. Below is the summary of the expirement done on new laptop your engineer also dont know what they did see below 4 times touch pad changes 1 time vessal 1 time lcd front cover changes 1 time keypad changed 1 time battery changed 1 time motherboard changed still system is not working is this ur service did I purchased assembled or second, third or fourth hand machine... I have already given alot of time to ur illiterate engineer on different differnt date for doing postmortem of my new laptop. Now I cannot give even 1 min also. If you cannot replace my laptop then either send your person I will hand over this laptop to him or send me address of your md mr amarbabu. I will send him as a gift from my side being a middle class person I will think that I have gifted 1 month salary. My machine serial no is yb05120102. Lenovo not replacing my laptop

Hi, i have purchased lenovo z services laptop in month of january from ws retail(flipkart).i found problem in machine i created request for return return was rejected by flipkart. some technical services was provided by lenovo. machine worked for some days only.After that again problem started and made the complaint to lenovo customer care . Engineer came to my place on different differnt date and replaced these given part on differnet differnt date .what was the excat problem their illitrate engineer also dont know.Did post portem of my newlaptop. 4 times touch pad replaced 1 time vessel cover replaced 1 time battery replaced 1 time lcd front cover replaced 1 Time motherboard changed i think i have not purchase new laptop its like second hand scrap item. enigineer coming wasting my time.still not working uptodate pls look forward and kindly replace my system i am suffering too much .my time is waste, loss of work.i need replacement immidiately i have already given alot of time to these nonsence people My machine serial no is YB05120102. Lenovo lenovo edge 15

October 19th and november 14th.. I purchased my edge 15 which came already downloaded with windows 10.. Not true.. It comes partially downloaded with windows product but no product key.. So the windows apps simply do not fully download.. I know because I exchanged the 1st one for a new one within a month from best buy who has strict return policies.. Since then I have contacted the manufacturer directly and in order to get your product key (Which they will tell you is embedded on the motherboard) you must pay them for the windows recovery disk.. Nonsense! I went through the hoops previously one other option was to ship the computer to them and they would first check the computer out to be sure that "i" did no damage.. Sure, because if I did I would then have pay for the repairs.. Which are "windows sockets are missing names required for connection", need I say more? This company is in china, so I called up microsoft to verify all this armed with the product id # which they use like a product key.. And they identified it as a product id but could verify it as a product id and that lenovo should be able to just give me that key.. Now both cs are located in the philippines, you go through quite a few cs until you actually get that one that gives you some help.. So I am warning you all out there do not buy these products.. If they do not come with a product key you are at the mercy of the manufacturer and as for the geek squad, useless bunch of bs...

Lenovo ideapad g series (4070)

In March 2015, our company purchased a Lenovo G4070 from a Lenovo distributor (Villman Comp) at SM Marikina. The laptop sat on a table and was used by a developer at home. It never travelled nor left its home premises. Sometime in July 2015, 4 months after its purchase, the unit started to make a cracking sound inside the right hinge area. Thinking that this is a new unit, the user assumed this was normal. As time progressed, the cracking sound worsened until the unit plastic cover started to pop out around the right hinge area when you open the laptop. The unit, which is covered under a one-year manufacturer's warranty was brought to a Service Center (Innovista). The Service Center's diagnosis: the warranty is voided because the unit right hinge is broken, and the cover is popping out. Cost to repair is PhP10, 500. We strongly opposed the findings, and raised the issue with Lenovo PH, providing them with several forum links addressing the design fault of IdeaPad hinges. I also raised the problem with Lenovo Customer Service call centerS; there is even a Lenovo IdeaPad hotline number that I called. Q: why would Lenovo put up a hotline number on a product (out of hundred other products) if there was no deluge of consumer issues on it? After 3 weeks of anxious waiting, Lenovo PH stuck with the Service Center's diagnosis - in short, Lenovo PH is not willing to acknowledge a defect with the IdeaPad! The IdeaPad hinges are made of plastic, there is an obvious design flaw! I agree completely with the complaint. I am having pretty much the same problem. My computer is 3-1/2 years old and I also have a broken right hinge. The cover is popping loose on the left side, which I assume is a result of the broken right hinge. As my warranty had expired, I did not want to invest any more money in this piece of junk. There is one more twist to my saga. A few days ago, one of the key covers started raising up and now it is gone. Guess it popped off during my recent out-of-town travel. This unit was highly touted by the salesman at Office Depot as the best computer on the market. If this is the best, I would hate to see the worst!

Lenovo mobile phone

I bought a lenovo S960 model mobile 10 months before which is still under warranty and it is switching off while try to use it. This is happening frequently and have given for service but are saying it can't be repaired since liquid in touch pad and connecting board.I am facing some other problems also before and at least 2 times it was serviced.This not the first time I am facing this problem and I have got it repaired at lease 2 times before.My humble request is to either get it repaired in free of cost or replace the same.

Lenovo cheap parts used in lenovo a6000 plus

Sir,
I bought a Lenovo A6000 Plus 2 months ago (Order ID OD102706513137848800)
in the first flash sale through flipkart. But after using it for about 2 weeks, the phone's touchscreen started behaving wildly. Some areas do not respond on touching while some others keep responding without touching. So, I replaced my phone via flipkart's 30 day replacement policy. But after using it for a month, the same problem started again. I went to an authorised service center and got my screen replaced. But after a months use, the problems began as usual. The same cycle has been repeating 2 times. Kindly suggest me a remedy for this or refund me my money because my phone is mainly in the service center more than it is with me.Hope to hear from you.

Lenovo customer service is useless

I had purchased lenovo a536 (white) with m_imei : [protected] and s/n. : v00 [protected] on 21st may, 2015 with purchase price : rs. 6, 700/-

Since from next day be found below mentioned issues are in mobile

1. add blue shade while recording videos or taking snaps.

2. frequently hanged.

3. automatically change date & time, though device is in ideal condition or talking on call.

4. if we talked more then 2 hours then it will disconnect call.

Many time we try to contact their customer care toll free number. but its useless. so we start to sent mail on following mentioned mail id. but they are not ready for giving any more services, though mobile is in warranty period.

Lenovo a6000 - problems

I upgraded my Lenovo A6000 on 9th of September 2015 to 5.0.2 version. After that in call egister only numbers are showing. No contact names are showing, Some numbers are not at all showing in call register. In whatsapp also no contacts are showing. Overall performance of phone affected due to this.

Lenovo smart phones

I bought a Lenovo A269i around one year ago. Now the set is switching off frequently. If I try to switch on the mobile, it switching off even before boot up fully. This happens frequently, and especially the battery charge go down 60 percent or below. I'm a person handling the phone very well. Even then the phone disappoint me in this way. Some times I'm become so frustrated and become angry that it switches off while attending urgent calls, and cannot be switch on again. The Lenovo is totally disappointed me. What is the solution I don't know. The service of this phone in my locality is so poor that they cannot give me the real reason for this. All the expectations regarding Lenovo phone is spoiled.

It was explained very great about lenovo while purchase of it
but same was not in reality . I have took lenovo a536 in march 15, i started getting problem in display of phone which made to step me up in service centre to get resolve it but all was expected has gone break out there need 15days to change an display for an handset ''Is lenovo ppl dont know to repair the phone then why did there left it market?
The service centre is an dealer who took agency from lenovo and takes this much time to get it repair where also took other agency like vivo n all staff, This is the reason there making it very delay . i have spent 7300 for phone which is not a big money to me but person who purchase lenovo i strongly suggest them not buy it, specially in karnataka dharwad district .. Lenovo operating system issues

My laptop has been wiped clean 6 times in the last 2 years. This time when the one key restore was used, the windows updates will not install. Lenovo sent new install disks for 8.0. After new install the updates will still not install. I was told I would have to buy 8.1 to "fix" the problem. This is not acceptable, if they can't fix the computer they shouldn't sell it! I've had it! Two weeks on the phone and I don't have a computer, I have a boat anchor.

Lenovo cracked screen

The LED screen of Lenovo Yoga Ideapad 3.14 I bought via Lazada had cracked at the 3rd week after I received.
The Ideapad just getting crack for not being bang, dropped, hit, stepped and pressed hardly with object placed above. Since i had only used for 3 weeks/lesser, I am pretty sure none of this incident happened. This Yoga Ideapad has been designed with the function of convertible from normal laptop to pad with touchscreen. Before the cracking happened, I always had the problem of converting it to touch screen which I had no idea this failure has spelled some potential problem with the LED screen. Recalling this, I believe the screen has suffered damage internally which was invisible upon receipt or even when it was started being used.
I see the crack is arise from either poor LED quality or design problem with Lenovo, both Lenovo and merchant are unwilling to take responsibilities for this damage that happened “naturally” . I understand from Lenovo that the warranty has excluded the screen, they quoted me MYR 1, 500 for the new LED replacement and RM160 labour cost while my purchase cost was MYR 2, 580. This actually tell other parts like motherboard, ram, labour cost, profit for both Lenovo & merchant and etc cost about RM1, 000...logic ?
On the other hand, why the warranty has excluded the LED screen which the cost has taken about 58% of their selling price?
Lenovo claimed these reason would contributed to the cracked of LED when they refuse to owner their design /production fault :
- Some pressure put on the unit
- A sharp object or edge forcefully contacts the display screen
- Shutting your laptop with small items, such as pencil or small ear-phone left on the Keyboard
- Placing heavy materials on top of your Laptop and Keyboard
- Holding and lifting the Laptop by its LCD Display (the screen) instead of its base
Does these reasons make sense ? I see it actually tell that Lenovo is using fragile LED……then they should labeled a statement of “ Handle With Care” at this product and explain in the manual book. Unfortunately, they are not ……….are they trying to take any advantage of the loophole with their warranty that has excluded the LED screen which cost about 58% of entire cost ? ?

I referred to the forum of Lenovo and found a group of user has encountered this damage with their Lenovo Yoga 3 ...I will like to urge all consumers not to buy the Lenovo products since the management /business as a whole is not reliable, unwilling to take responsibilities for their product damage without reasonable reason..

Lenovo lcd cracked for using only 20 days

Lenovo should emphasis how to use your Lenovo Yoga 3.14 Ideapad if the LED screen they have used is so fragile. My newly purchase Lenovo Idepad has screen cracking on 24th day from the day I received from their distributor/merchant . Like i used other laptops or pads before, I just opened and closed the Ideapad to work on my documents and surfing as usual. Some more, this design is specifically for converting to pad by folding it ...it is their fault for not informing their user how should it be handled with care if they have chosen fragile LED screen .

Since the cracking happened only 24 days after I received it, I am very sure that it has not been dropped on the floor, bang or being stepped.

I fully believe the Ideapad has start cracking inside before I received /purchased, which is unable be detected upon receipt. My usage just causing the crack being exposed

Checked with Lenovo, cracked screen is not under warranty .

The merchant I bought from is PRO-ACTIVE ICT SDN BHD located at 2nd floor, Low Yat Plaza, Bukit Bintang
I have been written and approaching to the merchant, Lenovo service Centre and online selling agent, Ladaza seeking compensation since 30th June while the cracked happened on 28th June. None of them is willing to compensate the loss to me or repairing it for free. That why I am writing to this board seeking for fair justice. I

Lenovo laptop

I submited my laptop for a problem at the base andtop connection. It took 3 weeks to address this point since the laptop was under extended warranty. Unfortunately when they returned to me after 3 weeks it got worse and started hanging. I had to return it back for probably another vweek. I am not happy since this is going back and forth with colossal waste of my time and energy. At sime point carrefore told me that they can give me new piece or remburse me. All I can do at the moment is a. Put a comoalint. B. Never but a peduct from carrrfoue c. Post it on facebook and twiter which I will be doing.. D. Probabky post in news papaer. E. Tell my freinds.
Not surr weayhet anybidy evervrespond to my grehiance.
But I am going to take above mentiones stpes. Si people are atleast made aware of poor service.

Lenovo repairs

Hi .I bought a Lenova Laptop from 8ta at the Chatsworth centre, Durban which has a 2 year warranty after 5 months the laptop started to give me problems when you put it on it is fine after couple minutes the picture starts to fade away so initially I had taken it to the store because it has a 2 year warranty but I was told to phone the number that was on the box of the laptop because the store does not handle repairs on this device but initially that was not what I was told when i had purchased this laptop I was told if I have any problems to bring it to the store and they would sort it out.but never the less I phoned that number and I was told that they dont deal with repairs anymore and that I need to contact this number I phone this number and they got all my details and told me a courier would then come and pick up my laptop which he did after a week I contacted them to querry what was happening with my laptop and they said they would send me a quote and know they tell me thay want to charge me R3100.00 for cracked screen and faulty ribbon .The thing is the screen was never cracked perhaps a faulty ribbon I could understand but this is ridiculous because I cannot pay that much of money when that screen was never cracked and that was not the reason I had booked in the Laptop if the device had a cracked screen I wouldnt even bothered to send this device under warranty .Know I have been lied to messed around made like a fool with so many different stories I just want my laptop sorted out .I purchased the laptop from 8ta I dont see why I should be running around to anybody else it should have been sorted out in the store .know how do I go forward because the system that you guys use is ridiculous there is no garantee for the safety of our devices and this is daylight robbery and I wish you guys would just step up and sort this out.

Lenovo defective product. lenovo s660max handset delivery and extra custom duty charged

Dear sir,

I had ordered a cell phone from aliexpress dated 20 feb 2015 us$ 89.45, model no lenovo s660max and my order id is [protected] from seller shenzen xin dragon electronics co ltd.
At the time of ordering seller had offered for free shipping to india via singapore post, I had received the product by sweden post and they had charged me custom duty of inr 3349 which is not a fair deal, also the product that I had received is not up to the specification and fully defective. I am facing the following problems with the handset
1. handset is not detecting sim card
2. charger is not working
3. camera is not as per specification and of poor quality
4. screen resolution is extremely of poor quality
5. and on all the above whole product is defective

I had sent several emails to the supplier regarding the issues of handset and extra money charged on custom duty, but there was no proper response.

I request you to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and get me informed about proceeding in this issue. as I had ordered on behalf of your brand name with a faith. I expect prompt settlement of the issue
And if not resolved then please credit me back the amount charged along with custom duty from the froud seller.
In case of non-settlement aliexpress will be sole liable for the legal action under international trade policy
