For fraud and scammer
dear sir:
i am filing a complaint to legend micro. they live at 3030 SW 42nd Street, telephone# [protected]. i am filing this complaint to this company that i order the item. order # [protected], name of the item, hp w2082-a, 20 inches led monitor lcd. i order in September 7, 2016, the total amount of $49.00. i ask the seller from amazon.com. i have some proof of the complaint that i will show you. additional, that i will file an complaint to office of general attorney Pat Bondi.
Awful seller
I bought monitor and computer from the website www.legendmicro.com. I received the receipt and the confirmation email; also I had the one year warranty. But my order arrived in damaged condition, and computer didn’t work. I contacted the seller and asked to change it or repair, because I had the warranty. But the seller refused and didn’t reply to my emails. I just wanted to warn everyone not to deal with such dishonest people.
Horrible service
Horrible. UN-REPUTIBLE COMPANY! They sold us a damaged and defective product that sustaind water and fire damage prior to it leaving Legend Mciro and when they were contacted regarding the bad merchandise they began to scream and yell at the IT manager claiming we had 24 hours from receipt of the package to notify them but the receiver was on vacation for Christmas and our office was closed due to extreme weather for about 2 weeks. A Legal dispute is currently going on. Legend Micro has HORRIBLE customer service, someone actually called and yelled at me when we attempted to return the package back to them. We are a world wide company that is contracted with various countries and states.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Legend Micro is a scammer. They will send you broken items and then claim that the damage happened during shipping, even when it's clear that the damage could not have happened during shipping. I recommend staying away from these people unless you like being scammed or enjoy dealing with crappy companies with even worse return policies.
This is the example of how review system is used to force the merchants to comply with the unreasonable demand.
This customer claimed he received the product from us damaged in Transit. We ship all products insured and would have no problem to file a claim and issue a full refund if customer would have reported this within a day or two of receipt (our policy -24 business hours). We received first call after the product was received and SIGNED in person and was in customer possession for 10 days. Our carrier will not accept any claims 10 days after delivery. We have explained this in professional and calm manner.
“ Fire and Water” damage appeared later on to impress the audience.
Legal dispute is Credit card charge back was reviewed by the bank and was closed in OUR favor.
