Every single interaction I have had with this dealership has been unpleasant. They are rude liars that will say anything to get your money and not follow through. The dealership is filthy and poorly run and I will never do business with them again and tell everyone I know how awful they are. They give Chrysler a bad reputation. They sold me a car that they said had remote start in it, only to discover it didnt. After dropping the car off to have it installed, they called me 8 hours later to say they never had the part in stock and didnt understand why I dropped the car off. I called weekly to find out when the part was coming in and no one could answer me and they were nasty about the whole thing. When I finally had it installed, I asked them to do an oil change which they charged me for and never completed and gave me hard time about refunding my money. On another occasion, they did work which they said we signed off on which we didnt, they couldnt produce the document so their story changed to we verbally ok'd the work which we did not and were incredibly rude and nasty. We reported the incident to Chrylser corporate who promptly refunded our money. Stay away from these low life scammers.
