misconduct
i would like to know how the VSO's can deny my original DD214 when it clearly states i did my time an qualify for post entitlements AND Benefits? I joined at the age of 16, checked out by the FBI at 16 for my MOS, then get kicked out WITHOUT waiver nor "Corrective Actions taken" for NO GED when i had just passed 3 collage courses through the US Army WITH TOP HONORS AND my DD214 states i do have my GED an did have it or it would NOT be marked YES on my DD214? As I see it I either get my job back in full or i get my medical disability WITH service connection ! Your organization married me AS WAS at the age of 16...then kick me out without waiver for no reason whatsoever...that IS FUBAR as I am the son of a Korean/Nam/Honduran 33 yr veteran Special Forces an dual status GS-13 of Mechanicsburgh Naval Depot of which IS an "EPA Superfunded Site"? Along with my service as which i previously stated my DD214 is being totally ignored in my case...my meds are constantly late because my wife had legal issues down south an i cannot get back because she is sick with Ovarian Cancer an since Charlston VAMC screwed up my kidneystone surgery in 2006 i have not been able to work ! The Doctors at Lebanon VAMC prescribe me 20 some pills per day to keep me alive to be their "lab rat" but won't give me my travel pay, my meds on time, no social worker, an a general lackadaisical attitude towards my case? I refuse to listen to a doctor preach if he hasn't done the right tests to prove ME wrong !

Negligence, misconduct
I would like an explanation as to why my meds have been late for the past 4 years...I wanna know why I don't get my entitlements AND Benefits AS stated on my DD214 ORIGINAL copy...i got kicked out of service WITHOUT waiver AND without "Corrective Actions by my superiors" after just re-upping for 5 more years in 1994 for no GED AFTER passing 3 collage equivalent courses through the Army 76Y10, 76Y20, an BNCOS with TOP honors? This goes against everything in Title Code 38 an now this VAMC says it's a privileged to get my meds on time or at all...this is NOT stated on my DD214...this hospital has abused me to major migraines, more back pains, never tested for "heavy Metals" in my system...never did any of the proper tests that should be done on son of a 33 yr Veteran that died of Agent Orange BECAUSE of their negligence an the son being me is a vet too as MY DD214 states I AM "entitled to Post Entitlements AND Benefits...my DD214 also states I had/have my GED...an i did go back in 02 to Stratford Career Institute on MY money an got my high school diploma with TOP honors...how do you go through a 3 foot thick supply manual if i didn't have a GED? I joined the Army at AGE of 16 with letters of recommendations from my Special Forces Master Sgt/ GS13 Father an my JROTC commander Lt. Col Doak to join AT the age of 16...yet here I sit every month my "privilegedd meds" are late, i get told lies by my doctors, an i DO NOT receive my earned benefits as my DD214 states? I have talked with General Wesley Clark on this matter an i quote "sounds like your getting shafted to me" ? I was denied medical care under my last Sgt as he told me an I quote "suck it up my back hurts too"...my Captain an Fmr Sgt forge my name and sell American weapons to Iraq as contaminated...but the government got NONE of that money yet both of them receive their 100% benefits? My fmr Sgt MADE me forge my commanding officers name to forms he was too lazy to get signed...or just wanted to get past my Commanding Officer? I am deadly allergic to sulfates but yet i was FORCED to take Quinine Sulfate during mobilization or get kicked out with a Dishonorable Discharge an NEVER be able to get a job again...an the patient advocate of this hospital in Lebanon VAMC thinks it's his job to sit at his desk on his PC? Title Code 38 is out the door? So two possible outcomes to this as my DC Trial is set for sometime in 2012 you either restore me to my full rank or medically discharge me an give me the entitlements an benefits as it STATES on my DD214 !

it's amazing how simular our cases are but agent orange doesn't pass through DNA right?
