Leanna's Hair Care / Non-shipment of Product Ordered
Ordred product in November 2010, and made payment via paypal, as of this writing July 26, 2011, product has not been received. Numerous e-mails have gone unanswered. Also, several phone calls have been met with either (1) full voice mail response or (2) when able to leave a message, no return call. I've learned this is a pattern with them as previously placed orders have been delayed by several weeks for vaious "unavoidable" reasons, all of which seemed practical. However what trust I had in this company has been violated and I now see that they are in the process of recruiting others to sell their product. Not a good thing. Truly unfortunate as I wanted to support this company for several reasons. I highly recommend that you do business with a more responsive company.
