Le Style Parfait / product not delivered./rude customer service

I made an order with le style parfait.
Of a shoe costing 5000/-. I paid using visa and after the payment I got a notification that the order has been received waiting for fullfillment
3 days later, I got an email that the order has been fullfilled and it has been shipped and that an agent will contact me. Right now I have not got any contact from anyone. I try contacting them and what I get is arude response from their whatsapp. Here is my order number k2568lspk
