I bought a Tuscany Volk Single-Handle Pull-Down Coil Kitchen Faucet, Model Number: 5160SS from Menards 12 months ago and now the coil is leaking right in the MIDDLE. I went to the Menards store that I purchase it from - no replacement parts and they offered NO assistance whatsoever. I've searched the internet - can't fin a thing!! SO disappointing!! I will never buy another Tuscany faucet - apparently they are junk!!!

I had great luck by calling Compass Manufacturing at 800-626-3525. Sent me the parts and I replaced them and it works fine now. Kevin, Grand Ledge, MI
