I'm supposed to be receiving a package with tracking number [protected], as per the tracking online it was received in San Fernando Pampanga del hub feb 21 2018 at 4:01pm, out for delivery same day at 4:03pm and delivered same day at 4:05pm.. how is that possible? 2 minutes gap? where in fact, no package arrived. Usually delivery will only take 2-3 days. But it's been more than a week, until now no delivery came. I've already reported it to your customer service but no one is coming back to me for any update. My package contains 10 branded perfumes. Can you please have a look at this case. and call me on my number [protected].
Our balikbayan box arrived at Manila warehouse on June 24th and was en route to San Fernando Pampanga delivery team on July 25th @ 02:31AM; however, it did not reach Pampanga warehouse (as per online tracking) not until we called LBC main number for inquiry on July 28th. And I think I know why that supposedly less than 2 hour trip from Manila to Pampanga took 3 days— because they were busy stealing precious items from the box and then resealed the bottom. I am very disappointed with LBC; I hope they can find out who is behind this pilferage. It can be anyone but I feel that this happened during the transit from Manila to San Fernando Pampanga warehouse. There is definitely a connivance among the staff.
Walang attempt ng delivery at maghapon akong nasa bahay at naghihintay pero walang dumating. Nakakapagtaka dahil sa household namin may natanggap na sLbC din
Hindi sila nag dedeliver agad, pati sumasagot sa calls. Wala namang attempt ng delivery pero ganyan ang nakatag. Maghapon kong hinihintay ang prcel ko.
Ang tagal ah. Ilang araw na kami nag hihintay sa bahay.
Disgusting! LBC San fernando Pampanga Warehouse! Ilang araw na nasa Warehouse nyo yung mga shipment namin from US ang lapit lang ng San Fernando sa Arayat! Mas mabilis pa ang Customs Processing at Manila warehouse delivery. Walang Contact No. Email sa warehouse nyo! Never again sa LBC! NAKAKAINIS!
na deliver na po ba sainyo?
Wag na kayong mag LBC. Hindi nila hinahatid ang mga packages. Wala silang mga rider, sasabihin nila critical area, kahit hindi. San Fernando Pampanga lang ako, paanong critical ang area dito. Ang daming kong delivery sa shopee at lazada, pati na rin sa grab, bukod tanging sila lang ang hindi naghahatid ng package. Itatag ka nilang critical area. Wala ng laman ang warehouse nila, talo na sila ng ibang courier service kaya bulok na rin ang serbisyo nila.
Kailan dedeliver...ang lapit ng san fernando sa sta.rita..madali pang nakalabas sa custom kesa pag deliver sa pampanga...walang number na makontak, di man lNg mag ring. Paki update ang land line or cell no kaya para ma text..
Basta lbc matagal sakin nga ang tagal na eh ang bagal nila dapat hind na tinatangap nang lbc pag hind nahahatid kagad

1week ng na forward sa lbc sn fdo yung package ko from iloilo.up to now walang update.how come kelan madedeliver sa lbc Floridablanca? tracking no.[protected]
Hello. I would just like to follow up my parcel.. lbc track says it has been on san fernando delivery team since may 20.. may 26 and no update.. "expect delivery within the day".. I need the item..

I checked my package last week and this is the latest update, "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient's address cannot be located. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."
I already made follow-ups at LBC Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga and informed them of the correct address. Up to now, no advise/update from your end. Hoping for your prompt action!

I would like to make a follow up regarding my package, track # [protected]. I checked your tracking website and it was stated in there that it was forwarded at san fdo delivery team dated Dec 21 2018, i believe that the delivery period is 2-3 days so for tomorrow, Dec 24 2018, is the maximum date for delivery. I assumed it will be delivered tomorrow. Thanks
