Send package last Nov.25, 2014 at LBC air cargo 7 to 10 business days. It almost 3 weeks now the consignee didn't received the package. I pay too much on this shipment until now they can't locate my package. The customer service are very rude, the info provided by customer service are not matching on there wed site. Lots of excuses & can't even answer my question. Giving me all diff info about my package. They promised to call me for update until now I didn't received any phone calls from them. I'm already upset because the consignee is about to live but he got delayed because of this package.
