Please be inform that I want to complain the three (3) of your staff assigned in your area of operation, who were on duty last January 27, 2018, namely; Maricar Suban with ID number 101652, designated as Customer Associate, Wendel Bactul with ID number 101504, designated as Delivery Associate and the other one male employee which was shown no ID, to their unethical conduct they shown against me and my wife as we did customary business in your company.

My wife had a small online business which relies on the best services offered by your company. I expected that you know that this kind of business involves trust between us and to our customers and suppliers.

In this regard, I would like to complain why that last January 26, 2018 at around 3 o'clock in the afternoon we received a text message from your office informing my wife that the package she order from on line supplier were already in your office and ready for pick- up; that at around 11:00 o'clock in the afternoon of January 27, 2018 we went to your office at LBC Maasin, Abgao Branch and certain Maricar Suban accommodated my wife in an unethical and unprofessional manner that I've never expected that a staff from a big and trusted name of LBC company would uttered and conduct in those manner. In short, we received none for waiting for almost an hour in your office. So, we went to LBC Maasin, Terminal Branch which the duty LBC staff, accommodated my wife with outmost professionalism which adore me to his way of service to his customer. We came back to LBC Maasin, Branch Abgao at around 12:00 NN of the same date, which I fall in line for half an hour as your protocol and when my turn comes, Miss Suban accommodated me but I'm shocked as I asked her about the package, she just uttered in Visayan Vernacular "lingkod dha pag huwat una sir, Dili man lang kamo ang among costumer" "set down sir, you are not only our customer" and she entertained all the customer next after me and I seat down. After she entertained all customers she told me to come back at 5:00 PM of the same date. So, we returned on the time she set and we were entertained by Mr. Bactul and just reasoned out that our packaged was returned back to the sender/ supplier in morning of January 26, 2018 so we were shocked why it was happened; that he informed my wife late but he just reason out, the same of Miss Suban, in Visayan Vernacular Dialect saying "kay dili man lang kamo among customer dili man ito namo responsibilidad" (because you were not only our customer and it is not our responsibility to inform you")

After this incident, my wife did her initiative; she always in your office/branch to check if the packages she orders did arrived because accordingly it is not your responsibility.

Another case, last February 08, 2018, as my wife had inquire about her package another male LBC counter staff, Maasin Branch accommodated her; saying in Visayan Vernacular Dialect " wala my arot miabot diri" (no package was arrived that was send before your name), so my wife plead to your staff; to inform her, if any will come, but your staff arrogantly replied "ug dili makalimot, dili man ito namo responsibilidad" (if I can't forget! it is not our responsibility). My wife failed to get the name of that arrogant, unethical and unprofessional LBC, Staff.

Recently, last March 03, 2018, my wife together with her friend went again to your office to asked about the package and again one of your staff just replied in vernacular dialect saying "wa my Arot ngari" without checking first the packages. My wife and her friend insisted that it already arrives because the supplier already sent an email to her and you had it.

Honestly maam/ sir, KAMO LANG! Ang pinaka TAPULAN UG AROGANTE na LBC EMPLOYEES! NGA AHONG NAKAILA. I was already in Surigao del Norte, Cagayan de Oro, whole province of Samar, Leyte, and So. Leyte and LBC Maasin Terminal Branch and the same I did had business transaction with your employees but the different was they showed some sort of respect to me, as CUSTOMER, and I've NEVER experience of being downgraded by your staff.

In this regard, I am hoping to receive a reply regarding this matter with in two weeks from receive of this letter and if not I will send the same letter to the LBC main office and if I received no action taken with this matter from your company I will initiate to file a case pursuant to Republic Act no.7394 as our evidence warrant.

If you have any queries or clarification about the incident you can contact me in my mobile number [protected] or send me a letter to my office, Pinabacdao Municipal Police Station, Investigation Section, Brgy. Dolores, Pinabacdao, Samar.

Please be inform that those three (3) LBC Staff, Maasin Branch does not ruined their integrity/ dignity but the whole name of LBC Company as the case maybe, which may reflect the way you led them. If you mind, my wife is pregnant for eight (8) months which in her condition must not be entertained in those manners.
