I wasn't inform na lbc pla ang courrier ng item na inorder ko sa shoppe, I am sad and disappointed because wla akong magandang experience with lbc express dito sa leyte lalo na pgdelivery (naturingang hari ng padala). Late ko a nalaman kc nung pagtract ko ng delivery thru shopee, eh paulit-ulit nalang kc laging failed delivery, eh never naman nh. Attempt n ideliver, panay lang ang text ang system nila d nman mareplyan (kc system lng po un). 2 days n may kinansela akong appointment kc nag. Eexpect ako ng delivery kc txt lng ng txt ang system nyo hnggang 8pm. Malayo po ang warehouse ng lbc dito sa amin,. Ang tamad at mnloloko ng delivery men nyo. Last feb3 eh dinugo na ako at muntik na may masamang mangyari sa pinagbubuntis ko kakahanap sa warehouse nyo at pagdating ko dun eh ang sabi d dw alam ni delivery man ung boarding house ko, along the road lng po at wala may komontak sakin. Laking abala at gastos,. Ang seller pa ang ng. Inform sakin na may delivery issues.. I have a bad feeling na ganito n nman gagawin ng lbc sakin kc ang update ngaun ay failed delivery. Please attend to this concern.. Thanks.

The shipped item was transacted last january 19, 2019 at LBC solano nueva viscaya with tracking number used [protected]. And yet the item was not yet recieved by Lazada warehouse. Its been 23 day from that date and the worst is that the receipt is almost fading😔.
I don't know whats the problem yet the item i shipped back to zalora last january 31, 2019 was recieved by shipper last Feb. 6, 19.its an complaint that needs further action since LBC customer service is not responding.

Dec2, 2018 departed from usa at expect 46 daya daw pra s delivery ang status ng box, dec 20 in transit to taiwan, jan 19 arrived at manila port, jan 26 forwarded to bacolod team... They told me 10 to 15 days from manila to bacolod ang delivery, anong petsa na wala pa rn ang box. Kung tutuusin jan 18 46th day pero pebrero na wala pa rn. Lbc sucks!

Lbc distributions branch turo, bocaue bulacan. Napaka laking abala ng ginawa nila sa akin yesterday and today. Feb 9 nagpunta ako sa lbc sta. Maria para ipick up nlng po ang matagal nang hnd ko marerecieve na parcel. Pero natrack nila na nsa lbc distribution (brgy turo bocaue bulacan) kaya agad akong pumunta dun. 6pm ako nakarating at pinaghintay ako ng matagal, pero okay lng ksisbi sakin hahanapin dw nila. Nasa knila naman dw yung parcel ko. Pero inabot ako ng 8pm. Kaya sabi nila, gabi na. At balikan ko nlng daw kinabukasan. Then knina, ang aga kong nagpunta dahil need ko na yung item ko.. (inorder ko ksi yin nung feb 4 sa online at expected delivery ay feb 8 or 9..) pero inabot ako ng 1pm.. Kakahanap nila ng parcel.. Lumapit sakin yung boss nila at sabi, di talaga mahanap. Kinokontak din daw nila yung naka assign na magdedeliver ng parcel sa akin pero di dw nila makontak. So, ano na? Pang regalo yun sa birthday ngayong sunday... Pero naging ganito ang nangyari. Napaka laking istorbo ang ginawa nyo. Tapos ang ibinigay lng sakin ay telephone number at tawagan ko nalang fw ang lbc customer service. Paki aksyunan naman po ito. Dahil hindi biro ang mawalan ng item. Hnd ako mag aaksaya ng panahon. Kung cod yun, pababayaan ko nlng. Eh ang kaso binayaran ko na online yung item na yun.
Ps. Yung mga tao nyo sa branch na yan. Puro harutan, kwentuhan, mobile legends, nag cecellphone at may nag yoyosi pa sa loob ng premises. Na nalalanghap ko pa.

I am expecting a package sent last February 13, 2019 from Bacolod to Davao under waybill number [protected] and up to today it was not yet delivered!
I tried to call your different branches in Davao city but the phones are just ringing but no one answered. The contact numbers and cellphone numbers reflected on your website directory cannot be reach or no one is answering.

When the package arrived at our house in p4. Brgy. San juan, surigao city, it was inside a plastic lbc pack. The moment i opened it, i was surprised to see the top portion of the passport is wet. Now the pages are all wrinkled at the top portion. I Payed 950 php to get this passport and now it looks like [censored] the first time i handle it.

How can this be solved? Please bear with me and cooperate with this problem of you delivery LBC.

We follow uo many times regarding the lost package we are about to receive. According to the tract and trace up Lipa City Branch had received it but now it was no where to find. Hello po tanong ko lang po sana if ever lang po kung madedeliver pa po sa info ko yung parcel na dapat sana nadeliver last january 21 2019 po.. Sabi po kase sa tracking hindi ma trace yung address na binigay ko.. Nagtataka lang po kase ako sabi hintay ko tapos wala naman po ako mahintay that day.. Nung chineck ko ulit yung tracking ang sabi hindi daw matrace yung address ko.. Nagtataka lang po ako before naman po kase nag order din ako sa online then lbc din nagdeliver and same info and address nadeliver naman po ng maayos.. Hoping po na mapansin nyo ito.. Sent item on feb 1 5:02 pm through gil puyat pasong tamo branch for pick up in dinalupihan bataan until now no update regarding the item and the recipient told me that someone called her from lbc saying someone has picked up or receive the item. Pick up branch: dinalupihan (btn01) ive been to pasong tamo branch where I sent the items and all they can say is they also don't have an update and will try to email the north luzon exchange. Please have an action on this lbc.

Hi! I just wanna raise a concern regarding sa items I ordered through Shopee. I was already given the tracking number. Upon checking, na-receive na daw sya by February 05, 2019 (which is a holiday) by someone named Jose Martin Galang which is not an authorized recipient, nor not the one to receive.

Ako yung nakapangalan as the one to receive but someone has already received it. Also, since it was a holiday, so normally walang pasok sa office kaya why would they deliver it on a holiday?

My name is Fernanda Rice from West Monroe LA, USA. I sent two boxes September 29, 2018. Tracking number [protected] and [protected]. My family received the box on January 31, 2019. When they opened the box [protected] they found out that we lost all the Victoria Secret, more than 10 new t.shirts, 3 Nike shoes, children's t.shirts, and shorts too. I even put names on some of the things because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my family. I also had a comforter that was packed with things and I even suctioned the comforter to lessen its capacity. When the packages arrived to my family the comforter was not suctioned at all which means that someone had opened it up and took everything that was in it. I am very disappointed and have so much fear in sending my packages through LBC now. I hope that the managers will take action and initiative to solve this problem becasue I know in not the only one. I worked so hard for so I am able to send things to my family.

Hi LBC Team, lm always so disappointed every time l have to send and receive parcel from you brance at edsa-pasay or metro-point. You staffs in the brqnce are so bastos in terms of accommodation. Please warn them before l will slap them. Super bastos nila sumagot pag tinanong mo. Mga putang ina sila baka ma sampulan ko mga yan. Taga Mindanao ako marunong ako gumalang sa mga taong marunong din gumalang.

Im with my friend (Theresa Chupungco) who just came back from UAE. We went to SM Lucena to get the money, her friend sent her. She went inside LBC and asked the agent (lady) to give her remittance form the agent asked her "how much?" she replied "php 21, 115" then the agent told her she cant get it now because they dont have enough fund. So my friend left and she was so upset and told me what happened.. So I went inside and asked again why cant we get the money its not a big amount to consider. The agent told me (guy) that they dont have enough fund today and I need to book and reserve a slot so I can get it tommorrow. I asked him if its their normal transaction and he said "YES". So I was very disappointed I told him what if its urgent and we need the money badly? how can a remittance center doesnt have enough fund? 20k is not a million that they run out of fund. We need to book to get OUR OWN MONEY THAT WE WORKED HARD FOR? LBC is the only remittance center that I know which the client need to reserve a slot for you to be able to get money. LBC I hope you read this and please do something about it.

On February 1, 2019 my client was expecting a parcel from me which I shipped last January 29, 2019 and expected to arrive on January 30, 2019 at San Gabriel, Tuguegarao, Cagayan. The package as per my client, reported that he received it tampered, opened and resealed without the units that I have sent to my client in which it contained units of used iphone 7 plus, iphone 8 and an iphone x, when it arrived last February 1, 2019 at the above destination. The parcel was reported by my client to be tampered, opened and was resealed and the parcel empty, missing of its contents. On february 3, 2019 around 11:00am I received notifications from my find my iphone app that my missing package was located at PNP AVIATION SECURITY GROUP.
In leiu of the said incident, we are requesting for an immediate action on the matter in terms of refund since our parcel was received without the said units that is under your care. We are demanding a full refund and delivery charge fee with the total amount of 60, 903PHP. Attached is the receipt of the transaction. Hoping for your positive and fast response on the matter. The amount that has been lost to us is substantial to our end.

I sent a parcel containing very important documents with tracking # [protected] last Thursday, Jan 30, 2019 from Gaisano Kalibo LBC Branch to Quezon City. On Saturday, Feb 2, 2019 I received a notification through sms that the parcel was received. I reached out to my receiver but she said she didnt get it. It's very important that she receives my documents by 1pm today. Please make a follow up on this matter.

Dear lbc, I would like to file a complaint for not delivering my item that was sent last january 25, 2019 and accepted by your lbc branch in lipa city batangas. With tracking number [protected]. I track my documents through lbc tracking system it was indicated that " We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."

wala naman po akong nilagay na "LIPA" sa address na bngay q dun sa nagpdla pero bkit dun nla hnhnap ung receiver .. ska diba kaya may cp number na pinoprovide ang receiver pra mtwagan incase na d mkta ang place ng receiver .. so bkit d gngmit ng incharge for delivery ... i also have sent an email but then there is no response .. pls do some action .. thank u

I would like to file a complaint for not delivering my documents that was sent last january 28, 2019 and accepted by your lbc branch in metro colon. With tracking number [protected]. I track my documents through lbc tracking system it was indicated that " we tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. Lbc will deliver the next business day. (january 29, 2019 12:10:00). Our guard on duty confirmed that their is a delivery from lbc but for other person.

Assuming the message you indicated above it should be deliver on january 30, 2019 the next business day. Until now february 02, 2019 I was not able to received the documents (4 days delayed).

I ask the assistance through lbc recto branch and lbc customer service I talk to ms. Reeza I demand that the documents to be re deliver today february 02, 2019. I will lost my position as program head of aircraft maintenance if documents will not received today our legal team is preparing to file a formal complaint within a week if the problem will not be resolve.

I ordered mx3 capsule a week ago, ang problema yung lbc dito sa naga city bicol, panay lang ang txt! Nag seset ng time na pupunta pero wala naman na punta! I have save messages na mga txt nya using cephone no. [protected], at nag seset ng time na mag dedeliver pero dinaman na dating hangang ngayun tatlong araw na wala na. Yung order ko wala na rin dumating.. Very bad experience in my part.. At napaka irisponsableng courier kayo.. Why do you maintain such ignorant and irrisponsible person or employee? This is very disappointing! Pls take action of my complaint immediately! Nakaka abala kayo ng tao..

Re parcel with tracking [protected].
It was sent to me on jan 28, 2019. Expecting the package the next day. Based on trackin, it only arrived pulilan warehouse jan 29 pm. Expecting it jan 30. When I checked on it jan 31, delivery issues were noted on tracking. We have received a package from lbc on the same day when u noted that there was a delivery issue on this parcel.
