Kmusta nmn ang ngyre s pinadala ko package thru LBC robinson's las pinas last feb20, 2017 5:08pm and as stated sa receipt nila it will be shipped the next day.
But unfortunately Ndi gnyan ang ngyre coz up to now ndi prin malocate un package ko containing a longchamp bag and bdo mesh bag anung ngyre? I called up since yesterday feb21 @7pm un customer service nila and yet no clear response from their end. Ni ala maipakausap sakin n supervisor to escalate the problem. Kht s messenger ng fb ngmessage nrin ako nkipacomunicate pero ala prin mlinaw n sagot anu ng ngyre s pinadala ko.
2nd day of delay feb 22, i felt neglected and can u believe this i was hung bythe fone waiting for the cusomer service to locate me a supervisor almost an hour na..

Kinontak nila ang marikina / cainta delivery team particulary sir eric f. Fabella (team head) sinabi sakin n naaksidente dw last friday feb17 un rider n assigned near the area nun pinagpdalhan ko so i understand atleast mdyo nlinawan ako lalo n nun sinabi nya n iccommit dw nya n kht abutin ng gbi today e mrreceive nun recipient ko un package. Tapos around 9pm ive got a tx message stating n inattempt dw knna 2pm ideliver un package at closed dw un bhay ng friend ko! I got one mobile through LAZADA two weeks, unfortunately there is an internal damage with the phone and it's malfunctioning. As instructed in lazada, i sent my device back to their warehouse address through LBC.

Im about to send package for my husband in USA, specifically Reno Nevada. its 11pieces of jersey which my grandma sewed for his team. LBC nova branch (inside Savemore) asked for official receipt of items and didnt accept my package. I then go to another nearest LBC, along SB plaza, they weighed the package, its 3.2 kgs and said its for 16, 800php and items will be received for about 15 days. Seriously? I saw in LBC site that 3kgs will only cost 4000php. How come its 16, 800? How do they calculate that rate? I badly need to send it right away.

It says on the tracking status Feb 8, 2017 that is was ready for delivery and we just have to wait for 24 hours to be delivered. It is now Feb 18, 2017 and we still didn't received the package. We called 4 times already. We also called today and they said that it was sure that is was there in the warehouse. So we decided to pick it up personally at the LBC Cainta Warehouse and unfortunately, the package wasn't there. The Transaction Status said that they tried to deliver but our address cannot be located. It was very much impossible that they can't locate our address because it has many famous landmarks surrounding us. Also, if they really deliver it, why not call to inform us that they will deliver it and ask us the location? They can also ask in the nearest barangay hall our location. It is almost a week and we badly needed that package. They need to compensate us for this inconvenience they made to us!

There was a package that I should received 2 days ago, February 15, 2017. But I was not able to claim it because I have my class. It was said that the delivery was postpone. I ordered pioneer speaker from lazada and they use lbc express courier, upon tracking the delivery on feb 11 it says expect delivery within the day, so I was expecting a delivery on that day, upon waiting and tracking it, around 8pm same day it says postpone, on feb 13, feb 14 the same happen again expect delivery and they postpone again, this ruined my schedule as i'm expecting of delivery that is not coming, until I call and complain to lazada, this is not fair us a customer this happen several times, the last time I ordered at lazada, and lbcexpress call me that they can't deliver because i'm the only 1 they can deliver on my place so its not possible for them, (Wtf!) which is not fair, how come you call your company a express delivery or in your ads lbc hari ng padala, every delivery is delayed, "###ing lbc is hari ng delay or lbc slow delivery"

lbc delivers black roses that smell like death
LBC failed and dishonored me in several ways.
1. Flower Depot confirmed an order for delivery for Thursday February 9, 2017, but LBC failed to perform the delivery as agreed.
2. When the delivery was not made or not made on time, LBC failed to send me or Flower Depot a notice that it would not be delivered or not be delivered on time. Had I been given notice, I could have canceled if later days were not good. I could have also notified the recipient to request the recipient be available at a different day than originally arranged. At minimum, it would have been professional to notify me.
3. LBC delivery service lied to me when they stated to Flower Depot that it was delivered at 3:45 on Friday. It was not delivered at that time or any day close to it.
4. LBC delivery service lied to me when they stated to Flower Depot that it was received and signed by the recipient herself. Flowers were not signed by and not delivered to the recipient. I know the recipient personally and am in direct contact. If she received and signed them, she would have informed me.
5. I provided both my phone number and the recipient's phone number. At no point did LBC delivery service place a call to the recipient or to me to inform me of any delivery issues or any pending delivery and confirm she would be there.
6. Rather than look at the actual facts of the situation, with delivery not being made, your company representative chose to justify your delivery staff's lies and failures.
7. LBC has numerous complaints against them. Their service is horrid. They have a known reputation for delivering late, for not communicating with customers and recipients, for causing financial losses with customers, for having bad reviews, for stealing or losing expensive items like cell phones, for breaking items, and the list goes on.
8. I have my own complaints against LBC. The fact is that 100% of the time that I have dealt with them, delivery was not made on time or not at all, items were delivered broken, they failed to communicate, and they left a very very very bad impression with me.
9. The reason why I chose MyFlowerDepot and Flower Depot Inc was because I was tired of the pathetic delivery service of LBC and was hoping and expecting that Flower Depot would work with a reliable, honest delivery service other than LBC. Clearly, that was not the case.
10. By allowing these delivers problems to continue again and again, ultimately what you are saying to the public and your customers is that you think pathetic, terrible delivery service with lying delivery staff is an acceptable way to do business. That makes a strong reflection about how your company does business.
11. Flower Depot asked you to investigate the issue, but the entire business day passed and I did not hear a single thing about this.
12. Despite the dishonesty of the delivery service, the flowers were delivered on Monday February 13 at around 5 pm. The recipient was never notified. She did not receive them. She did not sign for them. It is possible that she might have been away for the week or not available. It was lack of communication on top of dishonesty on top of late delivery.
13. The flowers were delivered 4 days late.
14. The flowers were dead and falling apart.
15. The red roses were almost black in color.
16. The roses smelled bad. They had a death smell.
17. The flower petals were dry.
18. The flower package was soggy from a ruptured water package.
19. The wrapping around the flowers was bad quality and in bad condition.
20. During the last delivery, the vase was delivered broken and was unusable.
21. I have spent a lot of time on this issue. My job, my business, does not pay me to spend all my time communicating with you and addressing this issue. It is lost time and lost money for me.
22. If I have to continue to lose my time and my money over this issue, I will begin to charge your company each hour of my time at a rate of $250 per hour, beginning with the hours I lost last week.
23. The roses were intended to be delivered to someone I love and care about for Valentine's. Instead of receiving fresh flowers on time, the recipient received smelly, disgusting, dead, black, dried flowers, after zero communication, after lying about delivery, after being several days late. I would like you to explain how it feels for you to receive dead, smelly, black, ugly flowers for Valentine's?
24. What you did was embarrass me, make me look like a fool, make me look like a ### and an ### for sending dead flowers, make me look incapable of making a good decision about flowers or a Valentine's gift, gave the recipient false hopes about receiving something of good quality and good condition, hurt the recipient's feelings by allowing her to receive dead flowers, offended the recipient, showed disrespect and dishonor to me and the recipient by delivering dead flowers, and failed 100%.
What kind of company delivers dead flowers? As I said, this is not the first time that LBC did this because their service is so pathetic. You have dishonored me and offended the recipient.

Hi lbc! I am expecting a delivery from an online shop. Finally the delivery boy called me up today feb 11 around 10am using your office landline number, he asked me if im home cause he will deliver the item. I said yes il be home whole day. I patiently waited and cancelled my appointments cause I will be leaving cebu on the 13th. Im worried that if I leave the house I wont be able to receive the item, anyway, at around 4 something still no delivery was made and I decided to go to their office and provided my tracking number, they said that probably my item is with their delivery (I wont mention anymore the name) who is at the moment not present in the office. I told them kuya pls inform him to deliver it today please I will wait for him. They said "ay maam sa monday na cgro". I was extremely pissed off! The fact I waited for the delivery boy and cancelled my appointments (Thats one day wasted!) and suppose to be they "should" deliver it to you not you putting alot of effort going to there office and look for your item! But unfortunately, the item was not delivered and your Customer Service Rep confirmed that the item was not delivered because of the reason "house is closed". How can it be closed? I live there, we are 5 members living there and my Mom stays there for the whole day.
I think the courier didn't even bother to knock or call if someone's there, or he just stayed outside and wait for someone to go out which is unlikely to happen. In short, TAMAD si courier.
