LBC Express item not yet received by consignee and customer service agent not following instructions

This is regarding the tracking no. [protected] angelyn buan as shipper and roberto tan as consignee. the item was shipped last october 18, 2018 and we expected that it will be delivered last october 19, 2018 but it did not. I called the customer hotline last October 23, 2018 requesting that the item be picked up at waltermart san fernando branch because the receiver went out of town and will pick up the item once he return and the customer service said yes and instructed me to wait for 2 days for the process to be finished but to follow up and to make sure that everything will go smoothly I called again on 24 and asked if the item is already on waltermart lbc branch and the customer service said again that it needs 2 days to process and call again on 25 but heard the same instruction. I expected that the receiver will be able to pick it up but called to me yesterday october 28, 2018 and said that the item was not yet received by the branch. It is so frustrating for us to be in this kind of situation that item is very important and needed asap. I called yesterday oct. 28 to ask as to what happened and a customer service agent said it was attempted to be delivered again last october 27. I mean we requested for the item to be transferred to waltermart san fernando lbc branch so they can pick it up because the recipient is out of town so why would they attempt to redeliver it. kindly make some move regarding this matter!

LBC Express v cargo declared that they lost my passport

I have to travel back to report to my duties in Saudi Arabia after 5 days who will shoulder my extension stay and other expenses and who will shoulder my rebooking and who will give me a job if I lose my job. Because of being careless your apology will not help I need an urgent solution, I need my passport as soon as possible. I've renewed my passport last 5 of October and today it's 28 of October already. Your negligence cause us delayed in processing my OEC as well.Your immediate action to produce my passport is what I needed.

LBC Express lbc delivery and customer service

I am complaining about the delivery of tracking no. [protected]. LBC delivered the package to JHER VALLANTE on Oct. 27, 2018 at 4:30pm who I do not know and is not my Authorized representative. No one called me to inform me that my package was being delivered yesterday and no one from LBC also informed me that the package will be left with someone else.

I want to know who delivered my package and I want my package to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

Please ask LBC Manila to contact me about my package immediately.

Hi po ilang beses na ako nag pafollow up sa LBC SM SAN MATEO nagkamali po kase sila ng paglagay ng address imbes na sa Dasmarinas Makati ipapadala ung item ang nakalagay sa Waybill na binigay nila is Dasmarinas Cavite then bago po pickupin yung item sa sm san mateo tumawag po ako sa branch nila na palitan ung address tas ang sabe po ng isang associate doon ieemail na lang daw po nila then nung trinack ko po ung tracking number #[protected]
nakita ko po don na May 13, 2019 forwarded to Cavite south delivery team ang akala ko napalitan ung address pero napunta paren sa Cavite pano po yan mareresulba? binigyan po nila ako ng Ticket No#[protected] para daw po pag tumawag ako malaman nilang nareport na tong problema na ito. hindi ko po alam kung kelan nila madedeliver ung item sa tamang address!

LBC Express 1 day cargo fails lbc tandang sora

I'm expecting a cargo last July 26 but no one reach out it will be delayed. I escalated this and assured me the cargo will be delivered next thing tomorrow .. but I waited whole day but no one came. When I finally check online they said they came by but no one was at home.. thats [censored]! I asked them by calling 5x to call me when it's about to be delivered.. piece of crap no one seems to care

Please deliver my item I badly need it! Chineck ko track # sabi you tried to deliver but receipient refused e ilang araw nako nag aatay sa inorder ko. Last time naman ok naman bat ngayon ano nangyare? Kung di niyo mahahatid magtext kayo o tumawag para ipick ko na lang! Trabaho niyo ayusin niyo ska wag kayong sinungaling na ilalagay niyo na expect delivery within the day at tinry niyo ideliver e wala naman napunta dito! Wag ganun. Nakakaabala kayo!

LBC Express I am complaining about my parcel.

A friend of mind sent a parcel thru LBC Express last Oct 22, 2018. Last update on Tracking online was Oct 23 - arrived at Iligan Delivery Hub. Just a couple of hours earlier today, another update was posted, forwarded to Iligan Delivery team. It took 3 days to Move my parcel from Delivery hub to Delivery team. Maybe, a snail carried my parcel on its back! Maybe I have to wait till tomorrow before I can claim my parcel. Very poor Service!

LBC Express damaged products due to delayed delivery

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Good day.

This is to write a letter of complain on what happened to our products due to delayed delivery. Transaction Number is [protected]

On October 18, 2018 at around 4pm it was accepted at LBC-Berkeley Square, sent by Ma. Rose Angelica Manalastas. We availed the next day delivery for the products so we can get it the next day which is October 19, 2018 and was indicated in our receipt. We are expecting the product on the 19th because the cakes will be used in a special event on the 20th, however it was delivered on October 20th at around 3pm and the product (which is cake) has molds already and unpleasant smell. It will not happen if the product was delivered to us on the expected date of delivery which is 19th of October.

We are so disappointed on what happened because it was our first big event of our business.

We want to get back all the cost of the damage products for us to replace the orders of our customers as soon as possible.

Attached are the products with molds, valid IDs with signature, and receipt.

Please give us feedback within the day because our customers is waiting for the orders.

LBC Express passport delivery

Hi,

I would like to follow up on the passport of my son named Jose Manuel Uno Tan Lobrin. We had it on June or July in DFA Megamall. I paid for an express service to be delivered to the address 41 Fatima Lane La Milagrosa Village Marikina Heights Marikina City 1810. Untile now I havent received it yet.

Please assist and Im hoping for your quick assistance on this matter.

LBC Express aircargo

Hi, my fiancé sent me a small box last October 14 2018. Sabi daw nung nagreceive nung padala na it takes up to 5 days yung delivery. We tried to check it sa tracking system nyo pero sabi nasa Rome pa din yung padala. Seriously? We are expecting to get the box within this week. Isoli nyo yung item namin ano yan napasok na din ng magnanakaw ang LBC kasi halos one month na hindi makita kung nasaan na ang pinapadeliver namin

Ayusin nyo ang mga branches nyo lalo na sa Cebu antatamad at tatanga ng mga taga deliver nyo tapos mga hindi pa accomodating!

Maliit na item pa lang yan hindi na maipagkatiwala sa inyo paano pa yung mga importanteng mga papeles.. one month na halos yan walang solusyon!

LBC Express I am complaining regarding the delay of my balikbayan box, for it has already more than 45 days and their system wasn't updated before.

I try to call from there hotline so many times, asking there system was not updated at all. We rely on their tracking and trace online but i am so dis appointed that i checked from 10th of october the shipment is still in hongkong port last 27th of September, i check again and again but thats the which is showing, i've been using lbc for a years but really on what happened today, i will don't have trust anymore. I send the box for a reason that im going on my vacatin this october and i send my box 9th of october and my flight will be on 21st of October, when i call the hotline we will receive the box before end of the month😔. It was really dis appointing, the you can't even see ur family giving them there gifts or requested gifts personally with smile on there faces. I would not recommend even to someone to use LBC express anymore...

LBC Express complaining for shipped 24 broken organic milk bottles

To whom it may concern,

On October 17, 2018, I wrapped in bubble wraps and packed 12 bottles in 250ml. of goat's milk and 12 bottles in 250ml. of goat's milk inside a large styropor box and put on top a few dry iceon top of the bubble wrapped bottles to provide a cold chain for the pasteurized organic milk for them not to spoil. I then went to LBC SM The Block and had the box opened for the LBC employee to inspect if everything is packed properly and in order as per LBC guidelines. I arrived about a little past 7pm and had an hour for final inspection by the LBC employee before the LBC employee had to tape the box sealed. When everything was declared in order, payment was made and i was given a receipt of payment at 7:57pm.

On October 18, 2018, I was informed by the consignee that as she opened the box and had cut the plastic bubble wraps, she found out that all the 24 bottles have cracked.

Now, i declared that the value of my organic milk bottles are P12, 000 worth and paid the corresponding amount for its insurance (i suppose the products are insured just in case the box was mishandled causing the well bubble wrapped fragile contents to break).

Now, what will LBC do to replace my lost income from the broken organic milk bottles including my shipment cost?

Kindly investigate this urgent matter of one of your customers and return my letter of complaint with a quick solution.

I still haven't receive my package yet. The package was sent through your branch in Koronadal city on October 8, 2018. Today is October 19 and still heard nothing from you. I have even requested for a pick up instead but you guys never done anything. Sobra sobrang abala para sakin Kasi napaka importante ng package for my businesses. LBC Express delayed delivery and no update

I have sent 2 xl boxes (tracking no [protected]/ [protected]) last aug 24 and was told that it will only take mac 45 days and til now it's not yet delivered and the worst thing is there's no proper update as the customer service don't know the exact status of the shipment. This is a very bad service. I have sent the boxes expecting that i will be able to give something to my family and friends but I'm already bound to return to UAE still the shipment is not yet received. NEED AN UPDATE PLEASE. AT LEAST INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER THE STATUS OF THEIR SHIPMENT.

LBC Express non delivery philippines to u.s. / no notice to me / now no help — lost apr 19

Tracking # [protected] April 18, 2018 Important Tax Information to IRS (equivalent to BIR in PHP)
I learned just Tuesday from IRS (Internal Revenue Service) they have never received my tax return and I am in violation of an agreement that I have with them that could cost me thousands of dollars.
I immediately called LBC customer support minutes later on 10-16 and they promised a follow up 24-48 hours. No follow up. Nothing.

I called back today. No record of any work done. Told to go myself to where I originally paid LBC in Las Pinas because they could not figure out what went wrong. I responded "If customer service at LBC cannot solve my problem why should I believe my pkg lost by LBC is my problem to solve?"
Then I was told to call back 24-48 hours. I asked for supervisor and told she was unavailable. The "she" was a slip. I asked for her name. The rep came back and said he could not tell me her name.
Unacceptable. I said I believed she was breaking an LBC rule by refusing to give her name. Again on hold and told her name is Mam Salve. But still no help and that she would follow up and call me back. (This is the same promise I received 48 hours earlier that was just words).

LBC guarantees delivery. It appears DHL in U.S. may have lost the package and naturally no one is taking responsibility and I have paid for a great disservice with big consequences. My receipt is mostly faded. I need to prove to the IRS that I did in fact mail the package and they may have mercy.

1. Will someone PLEASE with enough authority AND INTEGRITY to do something besides waiting for emails that will surely avoid responsibility, grow fangs and get answers for me ?
2. AND send me something official apologizing for losing my package that I can forward to the IRS?
If that person exists in LBC, thank you.
