January 18, 2015. I arrived at LBC binalbagan, Negros occidental to send my mom papers to my aunt at manila. Im the only customer in LBC that time. but, guess what I've waited the LBC staff to finish their business. which is not a business their just calling their phone. LBC company please advise your employee that if its work its work and better be assist their customer properly and with respect

To whom it may concern lbc parcel ref. no: [protected]; [protected] it has come to my attention that my parcel has been returned to lazada from lbc bais city branch by your delivery man. the item that i was urgently expecting was already in bais city a few days ago, but was not delivered to me because your delivery man has refused to deliver it to my home due to its distance from the highway as he said he only can possibly deliver parcels along the highway, but saw him several times delivering parcels in the country side areas in my town driving a motorbike like campuyo and canlabe. upon calling him on the night of january 15, 2016 asking him what will happen now that my parcels has been returned to lazada due to failure of delivery, he then quickly answered me that i have to re-order it again because ones returned, it is already considered as cancelled. so, this would mean that i lost my time shopping and purchasing online and also would mean a lost of sales in part of lazada. bad effect for both consumer and the store then. the failure to deliver at my end it's because i missed his calls for two days but i tried to give him a return call and send him text message, i didn't received a reply nor answered to my calls. he then told me why i did not pick it up at their branch? oh my g. i have no intention to pick it up because i believe that it will be delivered to me because few months ago, i went there to pick up my package but the stuff told me that my package was with him already, so in this case, i never went to your branch anymore for picking up packages. i am extremely disappointed in the service rendered by your delivery man. i have used your company on a regular basis for important packages over the last 3 years but i have noticed a steady decline in the quality of service lately. i may have encountered various delivery problems but not with this most recent one which parcels are being returned to where i bought, quite frankly, being the most frustrating and severe. this recent experience will force me to seek out alternative methods for sending all future packages and parcels with one of your competitors unless i am shown that quality of service will greatly improve. please refer below the attached tracked documents and the call logs for your reference for this sincere and genuine complaints. sincerely marissa a. villaflores contact numbers: [protected]/[protected]

LBC in Mt. Druitt has a leaflet explaining charges for delivery but they charge extras which is not indicated in the leaflet. This is clearly misleading the people . Also when you send a particular amount they ask you to send it in separate remittance so they then charge you for separate fee. This needs to be investigated . I will advise other people who wish to send thru LBC to find other honest options . I have attached the leaflet that they give people and it clearly does not indicate extra charges such as i.e. insurances I have tried this service hoping they are straight forward but very disappointed. I sent a small box to philippines they charge me 77 AUD when the small box only weigh less 1 kgs. Anyway all I can say is extra charges should be clearly indicated even if it is a small tiny print. This will be the last time I am dealing with LBC

I was about to complain my lbc box was forwarded to sharja uae hub last November 1, 2015 and was about to delivered on 23 of dec in the phillipines but suddenly it was delayed so I ask you customer service and had a actionand was out for delivery last jan 04, 2016 and as I check it was again deliver to qc hub so disappointed on your service because I was expecting this box to deliver on Jan 4 was it was not happen. And one of staff reason out that my box is soft how come I thought your box had a standard size how. I just wondering did you made something fishy on my box. I will legally complain this matter here in uae.

When we tracked it on your website, nakalagay dun you have two attempts na ideliver yung package pero house closed. So tumawag ako sa customer service ninyo nung Dec. 12, Sinabi nila sakin na na-hold nga daw sa warehouse ninyo ang package dahil house closed kaya pina-transfer ko na lang ang package from your warehouse to LBC pateros Branch code GDP05 (Ground Floor Gen Luna cor B. Morcilla st. Pateros City) binigay ko pa buong address para doon na lang sana i-pick up ng receiver. Sabi ng customer service niyo, it will take 24-48 hours before matransfer. We waited until Dec. 16 pero hindi pa din na-transfer. tumawag ulit ako sa customer service ninyo noong Dec. 16. I talked to JEN OBIAS which is your customer service representative only to find out na hindi pa din natransfer ng delivery team niyo ang package from your warehouse to LBC pateros. She gave me an assurance na matatransfer na talaga this time dahil ipa-follow up niya daw. But until now which is already Dec.28 HINDI PA DIN NATATRANSFER ANG PACKAGE. Ano na LBC? hindi na ma-contact ang hotline niyo. Wala din maisagot na maayos sakin sa facebook message. Ang sinabi lang sakin house closed daw kaya hindi nadeliver WHICH I ALREADY KNOW that's why pinatransfer ko nga sa LBC pateros para ma-pick up na lang. Pero until now WALA PA RIN. please update us.

i complaining slow delivery of my orders with tracking numbers, [protected], [protected], [protected], and lastly [protected], especially tracking numbers [protected], according to LBC tracking status they declaring refuse to accept by consignee, i wonder how come, i waited for almost 2 week for my orders to deliver by LBC courier and then they declared refuse to accept by consignee?, they dont even try to contact or call or text me?how did it happened? please do some actions regarding this matter especially to those who declared refuse to accept consignee, he must accept punishment for this untruth declaration i think the courier are just lazy to deliver my items so he declares refuse even without trying to contac the consignee or recipient.

I express my disappointment on the service of LBC Gaisano Masbate. I’ve been a frequent customer of this company since it has more branches nationwide..and I believe they can deliver a good service.. but I greatly disappointed with their service: To enumerate my experiences: 1st. The staffs don’t have proper etiquette in dealing with customers. It seems that they are all so busy that they cant even respond to a simple query when you ask them..they ignore customer. 2nd. They will send you an update of your order but isn’t specified which branch is it. “Pls be informed that your transaction with tracking # 17935****766” is out for delivery on Dec. 02, 2015. Thank you.” ..WHERE? WHICH BRANCH? At saka “delivery daw” pero papa-pick up pa pala sa ‘yo.. 3rd. They will update you that your order/package is out for delivery and ready for pick up..but they don’t entertain an important reply from you..they don’t even acknowledge your reply.. 4th. Returned my order even I replied and informed them to hold my package because of a conflicting schedule. 5th. Delivery not systematic.. they have a branch in our Municipality(LBC Cataingan, Masbate) my delivery address is in Cataingan, Masbate. But they will still obliged you to go to their LBC Masbate City Branch which is 75 km away and a fare of 240 back in fort..jus to pick up your order..when in fact they have a delivery van which can bring and deliver my package to our town na may branch sila.. ang totoo, very accessible and place naming kc nasa center of town lang.. …DON’T JUST DO BUSINESS, , do GOOD SERVICE TOO..

Incident happened last nov 20, 2015 saturday here in northills dormitory lower general luna baguio city. Parcel contain medication for narcolepsy with tracking number of [protected]. I did not receive my parcel upto now! Its been already 10 days . I checked the lbc tracking site was stated i received the parcel but didn't receive any. I contacted lbc team in bonifacio street baguio city, they said parcel was received by the admin of the above dormitory. Admin and owner of the building said they did not receive any package nor see any delivery team came in the dorm's vicinity. I made a formal complaint letter and send it to [protected]@yahoo.com but did not receive any response. First of all, i was in my room during the delivery date and the delivery boy did not even make an effort to deliver it personally instead just gave it to people in the first floor Secondly, he did not require the recepient (which he is claiming the admin) to present any valid id but just asked the name. Third, employees are not responding to my case This is very important, anything that will happen to the person needing the missing meds will be held lbc liable. Please make an immediate action Its been already 10days and dont use strategies like "customer will just forget it" because that is a medication. Please adress, thank you!

LBC Express Baguio has not yet delivered my expected package upto now. It has been in Baguio since the 14th of November 2015 but according to their tracking record as I checked, it has been out for delivery for so many days now. This is the tracking # [protected]. I need my package asap. Why is it taking it so long, to consider that I have always been receiving packages through LBC. Infact just around 2 weeks ago I received balikbayan box from Saudi. So there is no reason that they can't deliver or locate my home. It's so disgusting because my last package from Saudi, they called up and asked me if I would pick it up. My goodness! A very big and heavy balikbayan box, they expect me to pick up when in fact delivery fee has been paid? They're insane>>>> LBC Express, do something!

Hi I got your email from one of your representative when I called your hotline 858-5999 option 3. This is what I'm complaining and I am asking for an immediate action. Dated Oct 24, I claimed the money send to me by my previous officemate in the amount of 500.00 pesos. Our housemaid is with me during that time when I signed the paper and received a full amount of 500.00.. We left LBC. Now, I am here in our officbecause I am working I received I text from this number [protected] saying Gud pm mam Katherine Patrick betito. mamlbc Po ito sobra po ung nabigay ko na pera sa inyo 500 lang po and pinadala ni sir cristian pero dalawang 500 po yung nabigay ko base sa CCTV nakita po namin. pls po mam paki return pls mam ty. what I did I called here because all I got is 500.00 nothing more than that and she was saying its was seen on the CCTV if what was given to me is too much ofcourse I will return it right away before I leave LBC. She even threaten me that her husband is a police man which I dont care because it's my right to get mad because she is accusing me. The person whom send the money texted me that she told him that they money I received is 2500.00.. how can it be? she texted me that the 500.00 bill was doubled. So it should be 1000.00 how come she 's saying I got 2500.00? In the first place this kind of confusion should not happen if they are doing their job correctly. Is this the service we should expect from LBC? I hope will will make action about this. This is not a joke I'm totally pissed off. I went to robinsons cebu lbc branch. I wrote my client's name, unfortunately what was encoded was a name I haven't heard of. I only noticed it when I went back home around 7 pm. I couldn't go back to the store, its already closed. Please help me. Tracking number is [protected]

1. Late delivery - I was promised next-day shipping. It's been 3 days but my package has yet to arrive, despite coming from just 7km away!

2. Late updates - The website tracking is at least 5 hours delayed. My package arrived at their Pasay facility at 4 pm yesterday, but this was only reflected on the website at 11 pm.

3. Late feedback - I sent them a Facebook message last night. They replied 12 hours later. It's been 4 hours after our last conversation and so far I'm waiting for their next reply.

4. Useless customer care - I called the hotline instead but they merely repeated what's on the website tracking, the 22-hour old update from yesterday. They did not bother finding out the real-time status of my package, and they couldn't do anything more.

5. Worst customer service - Their webcall doesn't work. Their "Contact Us" form doesn't work. There is no Facebook review option on their FB page, and they don't allow others to post on their timeline.

LBC EXPRESS should be renamed to LBC SLOW.

My package was picked up on june 12, 2015 by union city, ca usa going to palawan, philippines. We were told that the package will be delivered in about a month and a half. It's september 10, 2015 now the package is still at lbc manila warehouse. We contacted lbc customer service august 18 and we're told about the two addresses on the box. We had this issue clarified giving the correct address. However, up to this date the package is still in manila. Good thing we tracked the package and found out it's still in manila. I'm totally disappointed and upset because lbc didn't make an effort in following the delivery status and it's almost 4 months now. I hope the management will look into the problem. Today febraury 5, 2013. 8 :30 pm. I called the lbc hot line [protected]) a guy named theo turla ( not sure of the spelling) answeres the phone was very rude, i was asking about my package which didn't arrive, while my sister's package was delivered to her, though in fact it was sent at the same time.Theo turla mumbled very rudely, and even cursed at me on the phone, and said that he would hang up the phone. He was very disrespectful and rude. I hope he gets fired.

Many times I have come to lbc office at tagas daraga albay to pick up cargo. Sometimes I have to wait there for a couple of minutes and it irritates me because I have witnessed several times that several employees are gambling inside their office. Instead of attending to us customer they do not priority our needs because they are busy with their "tong-its". To my dismay 2 members of the crowd was called boss by their subordinates. Imagine managers of lbc are gambling inside their office premises. How shameful on you! Because of your customer you earn your living but because of gambling you neglect your customer! Are the management of lbc aware of what you are doing?

I went to dfa manila for renewal of passport with my son last september 3, 2012 and when done with it I decided to have it for delivery via lbc to our town in mangaldan pangasinan philippine because that is the only delivery service in our town. And so the package is for pick up in lbc branch on september 13. On september 14 at 1100am I went to lbc branch to get my son's passport and they were asking me documents such as birth cert6ificates, which I dont have because why on earth will I bring my son's birth certificate where infact he is my son, for real. And all the legal document especially with the illegitimate son or daughter the mother or the parent have legal rights to claimed it in the first place, they were looking for my 10 year old son. I may don't have the same surname as my son but we have the same middle name, because I am a thriving single mother, why on earth they withhold it isnt the license as identification enough to prove that I am the mother of my son. I am very pissed with their service. I tried to contact the main office located in manila he made me explained everything where infact I asked for his manager in the first stance of conversation. And eventually he called his manager as he said so and made me wait for a long time by then my line was cut off as I was using my mobile. This lbc service should be eradicate in delivery of passport as it is not a delivery but a pickup with hustle!

Delayed of important documents and according to lbc catbalogan it was missing now and they cannot trace if where is my documents is, this the tracking number [protected], please have an immediate action of my complaint, this documents is very important to me, including my high school diploma, transcript of record in my college and graduation pictures. I want to have this immediately to find job. It was send by my sister last june 2, 2012 in lbc catbalogan branch.

This is in an answer to lbc's solicitous e-mail to me... Now let me make it clear that I have never denied I was able to refund my money, yes,... But a little correction there plz!... It was only p315 for my nso certificate and not p350 as your idiot orion/balanga branch had stupidly boasted on you! Is that really how you settle your negligence and carelessness to your clients? A "refund?"... A refund of money is all you could brag of!... And in my case, a "refund" after 3 damned weeks of hopeless waiting! What about the lost days? How despicable that you lbc express had so conveniently thought your incompetency could be solicitously settled by a mere refund! Your e-mail sounded as if you were so-at-ease thinking that a "refund" could make us, aggrieved customers, happy and pacified. Well, let me tell you that a damned refund could never make-up for the lost days!, now could it? Damn your unreliableness for the delay and trouble you have caused me!

Lbc express, a courier, who has always boasted itself as 'hari ng padala' had stupidly lost my documents and not even informing me right away! How despicable that I wont be able to know such damn occurrence if I have not been so insistent myself in following it up! Imagine their office's 3-week hibernation before they finally told me of the loss... No calls, no texts came from them unless I made the first move! How detestable! I was so damned-at-ease at the time I thought my documents were safely delivered to tel-ppt when all the while their idiot staff/employee had lost them only god knew where... And not even advising me immediately! They were just like sitting ducks there doing nothing! What an outright negligence! I was doomed to have relied on them! Its true that I was able to refund my money but that certainly could never make-up for the lost days! Damn lbc express for the delay and trouble they have caused me!
