LBC Express late delivery

I called Sir Ian thru his cellphone. He just get the tracking number of my order in Shopee then I ask for follow up and update.. But there was no update for 5 hours of waiting. I think the real problem is the courier itself. Very poor service from LBC. The last status of my order is
"Delivery failed. POSTED STATUS : REQUEST TO POSTPONE DELIVERY SIR ROD BAHIO" Here is the tracking number: [protected]-YVBT. Please help me with this.. I expected the product delivery today (Dec 22, 2017)

LBC Express remittance/refund not received

Hi, I just want to complain about my refund at LAZADA.

I ordered an item at LAZADA and it was delivered to me last December 2, 2017. I decided to return it because it was defective. The process of returning was fine. But the process of getting my refund is so frustrating. I waited for the email of LAZADA for my remittance number and by the time that they emailed me, I immediately went to LBC Prince Mall Baybay, Leyte Branch to get my refund/money. Monday, Dec 18, 2017 9:30 AM I went to the branch and the teller named Kate B. Hinlog told me that I need to indicate the Order number because they are going to email it and wait for the approval. Since I forgot the Order number of the item I decided to be back there in the afternoon at 5:20 PM and give the Order number to the teller. After giving it to the teller, she said that she cannot get the refund now because she will email it and wait for the approval. So, on Tuesday Dec. 19 at 5:10 P.M, I went to the branch and asked if I can get my refund. She said that it was already approved but unfortunately they're OFFLINE and cannot process to pay out my money. She said that just come back tomorrow, Dec. 20, 2017. On that day, Dec. 20 I decided not to go there because I had an important thing to do that day. Yesterday, Dec. 21, I went to LBC Prince Baybay Branch AGAIN at 5:25 PM but unfortunately it was OFFLINE again. So, I decided to got the main branch in Baybay and did not get my refund AGAIN because the teller at the Main Branch said that they still have to email my order number because it appeared on their system that it's still not approved. So, I was shocked because the teller at Prince Mall Branch said that it was approved and ready to pay out. And they told me that I just have to wait for their text message if the money is already ready to pay out.

Question:
Why is your branch here in Baybay Leyte, always offline in the afternoon? Maybe you should change your internet provider so that your customers will not be hassled in getting their remittances.

P.S: not good customer service

LBC Express parcel box was not delivered on time

I am writing a complain letter to lbc because of poor system.I send a lot of boxes from you but this is the first time my box was pending at Singapore from nov9 until nov29. I send a small box for my family earlier for them to be able to receive before Christmas time all my children's cloth was there.but I'm so up set bec until now o don't know where my box is?

LBC Express shopee delivery via lbc integrated

i ordered from shopee, i think that was on december 6 and then get the notification on my shopee app that it has been processed on december 11, and it has been forwarded to dumaguete delivery hub. i was supposed to get the item by december 16, but extended the guarantee till december 19. now i thought that there are just delays due to the weather condition. And my friend told me that LBC will just text or call that the item is ready for pick or whatever. but i was not contented, i checked on google on how to track orders but unable to do coz i dont have the tracking number. but to my eagerness i was able to get the tracking number. to my surprice. from december 14-19 it shows that the "item is ready for deliery and expect for pick". but i have not receive anything, any text, call or email.. by december 20, i read that "they tried to delier the shipment but receipient refused to received"... IM LIKE HOW WOULD I REFUSED THE ORDER IF THERES NO ITEM AT ALL? NO ONE INFORMED ME ANYTHING ABOUT GOING TO OUR ADRESS... NO CALLS, NO TEXT, NO EMAILS... I AM NOT SO HAPPY WITH THIS. I AM WORKING AND I DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON AND WHERE THE HELL IS MY ORDER.. ATLEAST NOTIFY ME OR SOMETHING. RIGHT?

LBC Xpost integrated. How can you say that 1st " i refused delivery" 2nd " refused delivery relatives" if there was no delivery, no items, no delivery man appeared?

LBC Express slo service!!!

Goood day,
I wanted to complain on your employee on both branches here in kabankalan city, I experienced the slow service of your employees, on the first branch located in front of lopues, the employee that time was a girl and an older boy, the girl is having problems with I think logging in because she's trying borrow something she called an icard? I think, she really stucked a long time with that icard of hers that she was not able to serve their other customers, all she do is pressing her keyboard again again and again until such time that their customers are already getting crowded inside, can't she leave that a minute and get another transaction? She should learn how to multi task, couldn't she continue other work if she have problems logging in with her icard?
I also experienced that on your branch located inside the gaisano kabankalan, I told the girl that i'm going to pay and she gave me a payment paper to fill up it just took me a minute to fill it up but she suddenly left me and I saw her doing something at the back, isn't it disrespectfull to left the customer with unfinished transaction? If she want to leave she could just say excuse, inform the customer that you will do something at the back, she keep me wating for a long time and i'm in a hurry that time when I handed her the money she other girl said that she don't have a change?! And ask me for smaller bills, told me to just comeback if I already have exact amount to pay! In the almost half day that your open you still have no bills? It is not our problem anymore, I also a cashier but its not our habit to refuse a customers payment just because you no change! Its illegal! No matter how small amount the customer had to pay if the customer have a bigger bills than what she/he need to pay we don't refuse it. You should always ready bills and coins with your cash fund... It really pissed me of!

LBC Express unable to locate my house

I had parcels I ordered from Shopee but I never received the items since your delivery guys were unable to locate my address. Other courriers, can deliver my order in no time. Three of my orders were cancelled due to this and I needed to re-order it for the fourth time. I am still waiting for my delivery to arrive today. You may contact me at [protected]. LBC Express parcel

i ordered 3x at shopee, and all of my orders was cancelled because they didnt deliver it to me directly. when i monitoring my parcel, i saw that i refuse my parcel. they didn't send me a message or email me. they just decided not deliver it.why is this happening. it supposed to be deliver on december 11, 2017. and i am patiently waiting for it until now but they didn't deliver it to me.

LBC Express not answering calls and texts

Dec 19, I have missed a call from lbc rider. Later I texted him to deliver it the next day. I have received no reply until now, and he is not answering my calls. LBC Express travel

Good evening,

We purchased airline tickets September 25, 2017 in the amount of $2, 706 in cash. Departure was November 26, 2017 and we were to return February 25, 2018. Due to a medical necessity, our trip had to be cancelled. Geraldine Rapacon was hospitalized October 23, 2017- October 26, 2017. Then had surgery November 27, 2017 and was discharged December 6, 2017. October 27th we had informed LBC branch that we were unable to fly out as scheduled due to the advice of the surgeons. On November 15, 2017 we received a call from Andre from LBC, the Salinas branch, he said that a refund check of $1, 323 would be refunded. We had faxed the doctors certification of illness of Geraldine Rapacon. Also, We are asking that the refund for Gail Rapacon should also be refunded as she is the primary care giver for her husband Geraldine Rapacon. Numerous attempts to contact the office have been made. And I talked to Bernadette. The last talk I had with Bernadette, I was referred to Lynn Medina to further my concern. Also, an email was sent and no response was given. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have been provided with LBC.
Please consider refunding the full amount of the other fair or at least a credit for future travel.

LBC Express air cargo late delivery

I sent a package to my brother for his children's christmas party on december 9, 2017 (Usa date) thru lbc mundial corp. The christmas party would be on the 20th of december (Phil. Date). I asked the staff at that location if my package would be there before the 20th (Phil. Date) just to make sure that I will not be paying so much freight then will not be there on time. But the staff of lbc mundial corp. - carson branch assured me that it will be there and the most late possible delivery would be 18th of december 2017, having that assurance I sent the package but until now 19th december 2017 (Usa date) no package was delivered despite the effort of my brother's follow-up. So I am filing this complaint against lbc mundial corp. For breach of contract / late delivery. Because of this incident my nieces and nephews who were all expecting to have their costume for their christmas party were devastated and felt deprived of their children's right to have fun on this occasion.

LBC Express driver

Good day!

I would like to complain about an LBC CEBU driver bearing the number [protected]. Yesterday, my shopee delivery had arrived in Cebu and he contacted me. Good thing, I was home. I replied that I would be waiting at Upper Sitio Kawayan gym for that was our landmark and is always my landmark when I order online thru LBC. He replied that he was at TB Pavilion. This, I kindly asked him to go to Upper Kawayan gym. He informed me okay. I went out and waited there for 15 mins. He was not there. I contacted him again. He replied that he went to another area. So, I nformed that tomorrow was possible. Suddenly, he sent a message that he went again at our gym. So, I went our for the second time. Again, he was not there.

Today, I accidentally forgot to lead my payment to my mom. Thus, I contacted him if possible tomorrow which is Dec. 20. He replied that it would be an rts. So, I asked him that I am able to go to LBC branch to get my order. He did not reply. There would not have been a problem, if he had really arrived at our place on Dec 18. I still have our conversations. So, how can I get my item? I badly need it.

I just want to complain about sa product na binili ko sa lazada. I'll grab na opportunity na mabili ang product na yun kasi nag-sale sya, pero sa kasamaang palad hindi po sya denilever ng lbc calero calapan city branch dito sa oriental mindoro..expected ko po na dec.14-20 sya dadating pero nung chineck ko sya sa lbc tracking nalaman ko na lang na binalik na nila sa lazada warehouse..please sana maaksyonan po. LBC Express poor service / not committed to their commitments

Today is already 1 week since the box was transferred to QC hub but till now there is still no update as to when it will be delivered.

If there is an issue in your warehouse / delivery, kindly update all your customers / clients cause it is our right & your duty to do so.

We are a regular customer but with this incident we will be forced to look for other logistics / courier that can meet their deadlines or commitment in delivering our packages on time.

We were informed that we can expect delivery within 38 days but it is way past your committed date so please try to check your system, maybe that is not applicable anymore. You may need more manpower or remove 1 or two that you think is a liability to the company.

LBC Express converse black not yet delivered and couldn't track.

Hi. I would like to know where is the parcel that I shipped from fastrack. The said item was forwarded to lbc last dec.12 2017 from fastrack and until now my customer did not received it yet. I tracked the parcel that lbc provided but no result found. I hope it will have a resolution as soon as possible because my customer is already complaining, and I really don't what to do about it.

LBC Express it park lahug cebu city

Good day LBC Express Team,

I would like to report an incident about one of your branches here in Cebu City, particularly in IT Park, Lahug Cebu City branch.

On December 17, 2017, Sunday around 5:06 PM we went to this branch mentioned above, to deliver a package (one unit of cellphone) to Silay City, Negros Occ. I talked to one employee named Hans Walter Romero who currently the only one on duty. He told me that he can't get online and that he can't help me until he has internet connection. I said to him, "I am willing to wait". Hearing that from me, he told me that it will be impossible to have internet connection in less than an hour and he will closing at 6pm. I still insist to wait because it is the closest LBC branch from where I am.

It has been 5:38 PM waiting and he finally told me to go to different branch in JY Cebu City. So I asked him " Does it makes any difference if I go there since you guys are offline?". No maam, because we are running with PLDT server while in JY they are using globe server. Besides they are still open up until 9 PM while I will be closing at 6 PM and it's almost 6 PM now.", he replied.

While waiting I have seen him declining 2 customers who supposed to deliver packages too at that time. I asked him if how much will it cost me to deliver the one unit of cellphone and if I will go to different branch will I still have the same fee for the shipping?". He said, " It will only cost you 120 php and yes it will be the same shipping charge. Hearing that from him, I decided to go the to different branch in JY.

In JY branch I was told that it will cost me 200 and not 120 php and I was informed as well that they should be able to do packages transaction even if the're offline, except for money transaction.

I was upset and disappointed thinking that I waited for more than half an hour and transfer to different branch only to find out he (Hans Walter Romero) could have help me send my package even if he was offline.

I am hoping that there is a disciplinary action to this kind of treatment that we get from one of your employee. We don't know if he's been doing this for quit awhile now.

I would appreciate if you will give me some feedback of this incident.

LBC Express service in calamba laguna branch

I was expecting a package last Dec.15 but wala nadating, i checked it sa tracking sabi naka out n for delivery ng dec.16 at exact 1:26 pm tpos 1:34 pm lang declared ng misrouted samantalang ilang beses na ako nagpapahatid sa area namin ngayon sila nag ganyan kung krlan kailangang kailanagan n yan...pag ba ako na delay din sa mga may ari nyan pwede ko b sila panagutin dyan?i called up this morning kinuha nila trackingbno.ng masabi bgla binaba ang phone at di na sumagot? Hindi nla talaga dibeliver yan at nlgyan n lang ng report n misrouted.ayusin sana nila dhil pag ganyan kasuhan ko sila.thanks

LBC Express shipment

Nilagay ko po yung tamang address ng lbc malapit dito sa'min pero nung chineck ko na po thru tracking number ng padala ko it showed na it was forwarded to the shipper because of shipment issue. LBC Express address that cannot be found..

I've been tracking my card since last week and the first attempt was a failure because the address couldn't be found?! The second time was also a failure. Please fix your delivery system and effortly search the address, this all happened because the delivery was a failure. I've already given the full address, so why didn't it arrive? I also went to LBC to validate what was happening but I was just replied with "I'm sorry, our Delivery System didn't find the address/house. The shipping will go back to the shipper." I hope you'll fix this. Thank you.

Bakit po ganon parang na stuck sa WEST HUB yung dalawang item ko from shopee? Mag dadalawang linggo na. From Metro Manila lang din naman ako at ang item na nakuha Ko. Saka may nauna naman akong item na naideliver on time.

Nag pang abot pa tuloy yung dalawang item ko. Ano ba yan? Kailangan ko pa naman yang yung item na yun today. Pambihira!

ako yung courier nila iniwan yung slip saying na wala daw kami or sarado ang bahay namin! at iniwan po iyon sa gate ng kapit bahay nmin! ni wala man lang pong text or info na magdedeliver sila that day...sana na assist nmin sila para di maligaw! anong klaseng courier ka!

Nag order ako kay shopee ng item.. dapat date received ko na kahapon. 02/06/2018 peo hanggng ngayon wla pa din.. west hub bka pdeng pa asap... and ang nakakagulat.. delivery unsuccessful ako nung sunday? 02/04/2018 due to house closed? samantalang maghapon akong nsa bhay at wla nmng dumarating or tumatwag sakin. and fyi lang po hindi po nagsasara house nmin, . laging may tao sa house namin kaya dun ko po pinadeliver.

Naku po. The latest update na release na sa Pasay Hub last night at 10pm then nag update na delivery failed kase sympre 10pm na nga at contact customer service na wala namang phone number man lang. Grabedad! Kunsumisyon! I know its the Holidays season pero jusmiyo 3 weeks? At from Manila lang parehas. Amazing
