LBC Express / shipment issue (wrong route)

my item under tracking #[protected] is not yet received. Feb 9 pa po na place tong shipping na to coming from my friend in bulacan and Feb 10 na sa cavite south delivery hub na yung item
but until now wala pa din dumadating na item sakin. pick up sana to sa lbc metropoint mall edsa sa pasay pero napunta ng cavite at upon checking ng mag punta aq sa lbc metropoint ay wrong route nga po yung padala sakin kaya nag email sila para sabhin na ipadala sa lbc paliparan yung item ko since nsa cavite na yung item at taga paliparan naman ako. pero ayun last check ko tracking online is shipment issue na nakalagay . sana magawan po ito ng action dahil napakalaking abala sakin nito at sa friend ko na nag padala sakin ng item
