shipment issue

To whom it may concern,

I bought an replacement battery for iphone 5s at Lazada a week ago and earlier I just checked it through LBC's track padala and it says that It has an Shipment issue-thing.

"We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." yan yun nakalagay.

Will you please solve this issue, I really need that battery so bad.

It's been 2 days na po since nag arrived sa Gumaca Delivery Hub yung item na in-order ko sa lazada which is iphone 5s battery. I always checked it through your website pero may shipment issue raw po. It's says that the recipient address was unknown, which happened to be me. Ito po yung tracking number ng item ko 791010258794.
