I just received a text message informing me that my LBC shipment tracking # [protected] addressed to JOCELYN CAPAMBI, with delivery address 208 Rosal Street, Pingkian 3, Pasong Tamo, Quezon City was received by a certain GRACE RAMIREZ. I do not know this Grace Ramirez and she is not the authorized person to receive my package. How come the shipment was given to her when the addresse is Jocelyn Capambi? Are your delivery men not asking for proper identification? The said shipment contains iphone 4, so I hope you could retrieve said shipment immediately.
Same issue po dito, sa maling tao po nadeliver yung package ko, eh refund sana yun kaya nakakapanghinayang kung mawala. Naresolve po ba yung problema?
Same issue here, ang worst CENOMAR ko pa na deliver sa wrong person. LBC talaga.
