Date of incident: december 23, 2016
Description: failure to deliver after one month of drop off
Resolution: I would like to request a full refund. It has been a month since we dropped off the box. The recipient and I (Sender) have already called concerned offices t no avail (Including follow-ups). They just kept passing us around. Asked for advice from the lbc office on what to do, they suggested doing a complaint.
